Very bad experience. Booked for 9 am appointment, by 9.30 still waiting. No confirmation/ info from anyone. Have to check to receptionist (2 floors down - staircase, no lift) When i get to the receptionist, i get the information i have to wait another at least 15 minutes. So my booking was 9-9.30 am, would have been able to see the dentist at 9.45. Great way to value people’s time FDC 👍 Booking fee non refundable eventhough they were the ones who wasted my time.

What an experienced! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy waiting room, the toilet is so clean! There is a praying room. Very recommended ❤️❤️❤️

At first, I was afraid of going to the dentist here in Jakarta Indonesia since I am a Filipino. But FDC Joglo did not make me feel that way. I was so happy with the result of my teeth after they applied composite pasta in my front teeth. My doctor Radita was so kind to me and very patient in explaining to me my case.
