I'm someone who rarely gets massages, and when I get a massage my body usually hurts a bit, but after I got a massage here what I felt was that at first it felt a bit painful but it turned out that the next morning my body was immediately fresh, light and easy. So for friends who rarely get massages, don't be afraid, because the mothers who massage here are professionals, know how much strength to use, at first it hurts a bit, but the next morning it's immediately fresh!!

the massage itself is pretty good but the staff and therapist isn’t. i come without appointment and they ask me to come again one hour after that because all the therapist is full so i think they will ask my number to gave me info if i can go there already but they dont ask my number at all and just ask me to take their card. The worst part is when im done with my session, my therapist just ask for tip which i already gave all my cash (because i didnt have many cash at the moment so i gave her 8k) and considering the price for the massage itself is quite pricey i think its enough. but the therapist kept ranting to me and follows me to the cashier and said i can take transfer (for the tip). after im done with my payment and left she kept staring at me with sinical eyes and makes me dont want to go here any more.

Improve the payment system with the reception staff. Don't just accept BCA, if the receptionist answers questions and suggestions, he gaslights the customer. Even though the massage is delicious here.

The massage here is not satisfactory, the therapist is too chatty, gossips about the customer using Javanese. This happened 2 years ago, don't want to come here, it's better to go somewhere else. Thanks me later.

The first bad experience I had had a body massage & scrub, the other place it was front and back, only the back in the prone position was massaged and the front wasn't scrubbed at all. When I asked to take a shower, the therapist said that if you shower at home, just wipe with a towel here. Hadeeeuh, my annoyance is extraordinary. D laughed like a fool when the system worked like this.
