    The service from customer service takes a long time, apart from that there is no telephone number that can be contacted so there is no direct line of communication, if via email then you have to wait for a reply after days, sometimes up to weeks there is no response or reply to your email, and even if they reply, the answer is always the same that it is in progress but in reality it hasn't been/hasn't been repaired or there haven't been/are no changes whatsoever, the point is that user satisfaction may not be a priority or something that onlinepajak strives for The system sometimes has errors, especially if there are revisions/corrections, data that was previously correct often turns out to be wrong Correcting errors can take weeks to months, even if it's just changing a number, date or a simple request such as deleting a checklist (even just a checklist can't be deleted in the system?), it turns out the error is on the customer's side because they entrust tax matters to their side. With so many errors and problems, I am not sure about the correctness of the data in the CSV sent by onlinepajak to the DJP server In the end, there are more problems and losses than advantages when you use onlinepajak. I recommend that you avoid using onlinepajak for your tax purposes, whether individual or corporate.

    Sir, I want to give you information that if there is someone named: Pimpin Suryono who uses a Central Jakarta KTP, then Pimpin Suryono shows the family card with the same address in Central Jakarta, don't put it in "S A H", right because in the name of: Pimpin Suryono, he is no longer in the family card and I have withdrawn it. because our family doesn't recognize that person.

I've confirmed that I haven't received the BPE VAT for May 2019 until now, I've emailed you repeatedly and I've followed the instructions from the support system, but the answer is that and the answer is always this: "Please upload using a file "Latest CSV using today's latest eFaktur application, but you don't need to click report for the reporting. After that, please confirm back to us if you have uploaded the CSV file." (I have resent this) and the answer again in the email is always like this "After we checked again, for NPWP tax type and VAT period Revision: 00 Period: 05/2019, it was stated that it was still unsuccessful because the CSV file you uploaded was not CSV e-Faktur" (I've sent it again) and "Please upload using the latest CSV file using the latest e-Faktur application today, but you don't need to click report for the report. After that, please confirm back to us if you I have uploaded the CSV file." (I've done it again) But from the answer, the support for the online tax system is not satisfactory... what I asked for was when my BPE will be issued, right???! annoyed.. It's an answer to an email from the support system with the names Devy, Amirta, etc. The answers are all the same and are repeated, it sucks... online tax calls don't work... so what's the solution for my BPE??? Please give priority to service if there is a problem like this... the problem is that if we are late we will get a tax fine then who will bear it??? online tax ?? I can't do that, right?? I'm an employee with a small salary and tough tax fines, which is not my fault, but the online tax system is wrong.. then the boss is tough??? where do you want a tough leader!! Please make the reporting process fast and accurate for the BPE to be issued... I sent the VAT proof and I haven't received the BPE and the email from the online tax support system always gives the same answer until today, the answer is the same again. When I screenshot, there are lots of emails with the same answer and they don't satisfy me... Please process my BPE immediately... Online tax is not professional!!! The service is not good! Help me, my BPE from last month 2 didn't come out??! I've followed the instructions but it still won't come out... I've tried almost 10 emails and tried again, the instructions won't work, my BPE will be issued! Today my email said, "We apologize that we cannot process your request because it has exceeded the reporting deadline. If you want to report again, please click report on the report, for information, your reporting date follows the date on which you click report. " In other words, my June 23 PPh report is late, bro!!! so who is responsible? You are not responsible and don't help me... how come the service is not satisfactory!! I've done this 3 times and then, no results... on the phone I can't get it? What's the answer if the BPE doesn't come out?? Please respond... so I know your answer...

    It's not clear, top up tax pay using mobile banking doesn't work where the nominal value is more than 5 million... it's your turn to email the tax online, only to serve the premium features. How is this ? The service period is like this... I'm already late paying VAT and it's not clear where my company's money goes. Responsibility, bro. At least just give an explanation. Updates. There are pluses and minuses to payments. If you want to get your NTPN quickly, it's better to pay via internet banking. Because the money coming into TaxPay doesn't come in fast. But thank you, if there's anything you can do, just contact them on social media. (It's better by telephone) Updates. It's been a week since the NTPN payment has not appeared, emailed, contacted via social media to no avail. no response. what about company money????? If you report late, there is no real responsibility

    actually very helpful, the only downside is that contacting via telephone is too difficult. It's really bad for communicating via telephone, there is live chat but it's still not enough. Please fix it, I think hiring 1-2 customer service won't make PT Achilles lose money. Thank You.
