We weren't even staying for the night, only momentary for make up, and we even requested a room with glass THE NIGHT BEFORE WE CHECK IN but they didn't give us that room. They say the room is full while it was in fact empty. We requested for an additional chair but they didn't give us the chair. They said they didn't have it. The service was awful, we asked for a change for the room.but they could only change it at 1.30 pm while we have arrived at 10 am. Everything is very bad and certainly wouldn't recommend staying here. I personally have never stayed at a hotel this bad.

It was uncomfortable because the traffic was heavy and the door lock was broken. However, there are all entertainment facilities in one building. It's a good hotel for entertainment

I stayed for 2 nights room 1203, got baby roaches inside. Bathroom sink is clogged. Breakfast aren't so good. Tasteless fried rice, soto lamongan soup extremely salty, musty cereal. Female staff aren't as friendly as the male staff. The chef talks in a mannerless way such "anj*ng a*u g*bl*k. Hot water functioning well. AC very cold even if you set it on 25°. So far only the security officer at level 3 that satisfy me because they're very friendly and polite. They greet us with good morning/afternoon/night. And the bed was superb. Huge and spacious can fit to to 4 people.

Everything you can expect from a good hotel, nice bed, hot shower, clean room but the location deducts all the points. The hotel has a night club in it and you can expect heavy clubbing sounds reaching your room till 3am, unless you're there to crash after partying, I don't think you would want your sleep to be disturbed.

This is my first time to stay in bfashion hotel and wow... it's a nice hotel, small but very impressive. when i came the staff has been greet me kindly. all the staff very helpfulness, especially at receptionist warm welcome me and i feel well serviced. During i stay event only 1 night, feel at home. about the room are clean enough and they have standard facilities and i think it is worthed value for money. also breakfast it's so variety and the taste is OK. I am promise that i will coming back to your hotel when I travelling again Jakarta. I love your hospitality. BRAVO......

Very old and noisy rooms. I had to wear noise cancelling earphones to go to sleep. Checked out after 1 night.

The hotel itself is fine. I got a spacious room but it didn't have any windows. The restaurant up top serves amazing steak. There are 3 malls within walking distance that should satisfy your shopping needs. Although there are families that stay here, this hotel is a one stop entertainment for the gents😉.

Decent hotel for that price. The room was clean, ac was working nicely, bathroom also was clean. Just the inside of the shower head needs some cleaning so the water can flow freely. Kettle to make coffee and tea which are provided in the room. 2 bottled waters also provided inside. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets were all looked very clean.

reasonable price, good services, clean room, water for bathing was ok, only at night there was like a night live sounds until 10p.m.

this was 2 steps up from the NYC subway and a gas station bathroom. the lobby smells like an ashtray because there is a club on the second floor overseeing it. the 12th floor has a restaurant which also becomes some sort of club at night so it also smells like an ashtray and the recycled air makes your room smell like that too. my room hadn't been cleaned well if at all and there were water stains & mold in the shower since the water did not drain and all over the bathroom as well as dirt all on the floor. debris/soot dropped down from a ceiling vent onto the bed. the mattress cover was so stained that it showed through the linen. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe for the 2 nights I stayed. would not recommend it. i booked this hotel last minute based on bogus reviews and out of ignorance since i had never been to indonesia before. the one plus was the location since it was close to the main malls.

Welcoming receptionist, concierge and great hotel lobby with taxi available at any time. The room is clean and you can have a fine dining on the rooftop that opens during day and night. The hotel has a spa and a club so you do not need to go afar to enjoy a typical Jakarta(n) nightlife.

Located at Jakarta Barat near Taman Anggrek mall and residence can go by walk only 5-10 minutes walk, if you are stay at this hotel there are 2 airport you can chose Soekarno Hatta or Halim Perdana kusuma and both them is accessible by the tol way. Check-in is from 01:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. You may request early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability. Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. The hotel offers luggage storage to guests for before check-in and after check-out. The front desk is always open, day or night.

Room is old but spacious. Location walking distance to mall and blue bird taxi near lobby entrance which is convenient. But there are bad experience : 1. toilet has sewer smell even we are at 11th floor. I suspect do with sanitary waste.discharge and Bath room has stains. 2. Wash basin discharge stuck with very slow drain off. 3. TV has blur image with no sound. 4. Aircon is cold. But the supply ducted air grill mounted at ceiling, which is direct above the your head when sleep on bed, appeared never clean. There are black dirts was blown down on bed found. So we reposition sleep with head on other end of the bed. Tomorrow will inform hotel reception the above issues. We decide change another hotel to stay.

The cafe here is the frequent place i go as the services here is quite good

I'm just had an interview in here, placed on the 12th floor of the hotel and the vibe was so comfortable and has a good view to see, because we seat near all of frame of view are glasses.

A bit cold ambience at lobby and the air was not fresh, need better circulation.

Good place for shopping, but bad smells due to smoking, loudy noise of exhausting air fan in the room.

It's near Hub Life, but it's old hotel and lit bit smelly. The club under the hotel is lil bit comfortable , but the service is very good

Not really a so called "family" hotel because it has a bar/disco, karaoke rooms, and spa with extras. More an entertainment hotel so to speak.

The smoking rooms are small and non smoking rooms are large with a view of the outside. The staff at the hotel will try to sell a deluxe room by saying smaller rooms are not available. Thats one way to overcharge. I was a foreigner there and did not understand the language. Location is fantastic near the major malls of the city.

Very bad air everywhere inside this hotel, from parking lot, lobby, all the way to room coridor and inside rooms. All contain very heavy cigarette smokes. Even indoor cafe are allowed to smoke when there's a Non-Smoking sign there.

Nice clean room, surprisingly affordable price via agoda. Great food for breakfast. The tv remote didn't work but the wifi was great

It is reasonable price hotel, I got 3 times guests from Taiwan, Beijing, & Philipine. They stayed in there for doing businesses outside. They all rode my bluebird taxi for dealing a meet with their colleagues business somewhere, for an appointment lunch at restaurant & cafe. The hotel is very close to Taman Anggrek Mall, Central Park Mall, Mediterania Apartements and sorrounded by hectic business offices & buildings
