Poor condition, the rooms need make over. The touch screen is quite old fashioned as well, it's acting up many times. They need to upgrade their machines and rooms. The sound is not too bad though

The service was really bad. When you clicked on "call the waiter" button they didnt come for like 15 minutes unless you went outside and literally called them, even so they still took long too come to the room. We took small room and the room was smell of ciggar and smokes. They did sprayed it with room freshener but the smell was still there. It was really uncomfortable. One of the mic was broken and at the last 30 minutes of the singing, the screen (which we choose the song from) was not responding. So they have to restart the system and it took like 10 minutes of our singing. When there was still 15 minutes left, they asked uf we wanted to expand the hour but we said no. Then they turned off the screen. Like literally in the middle of our singing and there WAS STILL 15 minutes left. Overall not a recommended karaoke place.

They're okay, lah, but... There's something weird here, they tell us about some rules & regulation (minimum f&b order for some package) but they can't show it anywhere on their pricelist, I can only order food before I enter the room, and what bother me the most is they don't include my f&b order in the payment receipt for many unacceptable reason. And oh, one of microphone in my room doesn't function right.

The room is old and tired, food is below average, and the beer we order taste like water, too much ice in the beer dilutes the taste

The room is quite large for small room but they should pay attention for the cleanliness of the room, I don't know is it only in the room that I visited or in every room but the floor was dirty, so I got a little bit uncomfortable.. but it doesn't matter if you did not pay attention too much to the floor..

Hang out place when you need to realese your stress out

Very pricey. The place was literally rotting. We can hear people singing from the outside. Note: like any other karaoke center, we have to order their food just to book a room. The food was okay as it was just fast food.

Place felt rather old and not as well kept as expected. Food was okay. Song selection was good

I love the sound system in Diva Karaoke Salemba. But, it is need some improvement in facility in the room. Need to be more clean, and make the room odorless.

sing along with your friends. let your stress left behind that door. no worries if you had bad voice, isn't it the reason you are not a singer? just relax, take your microphone and just dance. want some good food? eat at ground level, not here. there's a real restaurant

Bad sound system yet expensive Impolite staff (the mbak2 at front), the way she talks, the way she prepares the room and microphone is so NOPE. You can't just throw anything in front of your customer mbak.
