Good place for karaoke with your friends. Most of hits songs are available in their list. Plus point for Japanese songs, the lyrics are available in roman character. Foods are okay. The crews are helpful and very responsive. Room looks clean and well maintained.

I cane to this place quite often but. What I really like is the facilities, the room is fancier and the sound system is better than the other karaoke in the same building. BUT what I'm really dissapointed of is the services. Seriously we had 8 people in the room, I asked for 8 beer mugs but they only gave 4. It takes really long time to change the mic's battery, and more than 15 minutes to get the bill. The staffs are terrible.

Worst karaoke. We cant use their promotions (voucher & credit card) as the cashiers told us we have to let them know in the beginning. we had to literally find the staff and went outside as their bell didnt work. We had to get them to fix the sound system. When we asked where were the staff, they gave excuse "all of us were in briefing" room customer service and food was okay.. but never going to come back because of their cashiers and the security who made us took all our food Better go to other karaoke place where they treat their customer well and not cheat their customers by not letting people use the promotions

Nice cozy place, offered live music shows also, a lot of carreoke rooms, affordable especially if you have masterpiece membership. This place is perfect for having fun with your friends singing along together releasing stresses.
