1st time & great time.. Just found out the inside of the forest.. Never realized we have one beautiful nature place in this busy city, right nearby our place!! Quite many people there although it's quite late (closing time). We can exercise (walk, jog, cycle), play (kids), hang out, picnic; many even fish in the huge water reservoir. The security staffs are nice & welcoming, so it's like an open invitation for our next visits.

It is a good place to get a fresh air in the heart of the city and close to our home. You'll be charged only Rp2.000 per person (and motorcycle) to get into the so-called forest. Unfortunately, it seems not well-managed. The lake's water in the center of the forest looks dirty (full of falling-leaves). But, you definitely can do jogging around and go fishing!

Actually a nice little spot to get away from the traffic & noise if your in the area. Only Rp2,000 entry. Nice trees, birds, flowers & forest creepy crawlies. A bit of garbage overflowing from a slum on one side. The rest is well maintained.

Just tree and ponds, a lot of mosquitos and oxygen (few swans), nothin else. What a surprised they put mini forest side by side with garbage dump area.if they managed the place more serious it could be a gateway for kids to learn more about nature. Small entry charge that cost you a pennies.

Cleanliness was quite good because there were many sweepers on site. Shady atmosphere, comfortable to relax. Unfortunately, there were so many wild mosquitoes that can disturb the comfort of visitors.

A forest area is priceless in a big city like Jakarta. It give me the fresh of clean air whenever I visit srengseng forest. I love to do jogging and bicycling here. The moment I come here make me forget that I'm in the middle of Jakarta. We can see many plant and birds. The facilities are street vendors inside that sold not to much varieties of food and drinks, toilets and musholla

This public forest space has the potential of being a good public space. It still needs cleaning treatment especially for the lake. The lake in the middle of forest contains some fishes like Mujair and Sapu-sapu. It really looked so green and dirty, though it's still good for walking around or even a jogging track.

Its public space ( hutan kota Serengseng) . Need to improve on maintainance, pour by water disposal from housing complex, add some public facilities such as public toilet and sitting areas

The city forest that is dear is comfortable to be enjoyed both morning, afternoon and evening. Various types of large plants provide cool water, there is also a small lake in the middle of the forest adds to the beautiful scenery. The most fun part is the track for jogging. The parking lot is also large and there is a small mosque.

Good place, inexpencive into the place, nice experience for jogging or leisurely strolling with family

This place is quite nice to avoid hustle and bustle of city, always be a whole life fans of this place. Fresh air, fresh view and little bit privacy.

Great place to cool yourself down from the hustle bustle of Jakarta. You won't expect there's this kind of forest in the middle of Jakarta. Maybe it will be more comfortable if there are some bench or field where you can sit or lay down or even picnic with your lovely one

Surprisingly chill.. city forest of west jakarta, located in busy neighbourhood, with full walking path, many trees, small lake (dirty). Nice and quiet, but sadly a lot of trash (wet and dry) till it create a swamp :))) with aroma...

Great place for jogging. It still has so many natural tree.

A good place to take a break from urban life and bond with with nature for a while It also easily to reach from public transport

Hutan Kota Srengseng is supposed to be a nice place, yet it requires better maintenance. It is actually fulfilling to find a city park in the middle of a highly populated city, backed with a decent access road and spacious parking areas. However, it seems that its lack of maintenance, especially on cleanliness, becoming a major issue.

It's a calm place to relax and to date with your significant other. But it's not quite suitable for picnic in my opinion.

My favorite workout spot. There are playground for kids, track for bicycle, track for jogging and walk. Diversity of plants. Sounds of birds. I love it.
