One
of
the
only
few
parks
in
the
hustle
bustle
of
Jakarta
megapolis.
It's
a
sad
reality
but
certainly
a
rarity
to
treasure.
Right
in
the
corner
of
the
entrance
of
Tangerang
toll
road
entrance,
traffic
noise
would
be
your
constant
friend
in
the
background.
Aside
from
that,
it's
conveniently
close
to
Taman
Anggrek-Central
Park
area.
The
park
has
a
nice
paved
walking
path
encircling
the
not-so-picturesque
brown
pond.
But
if
you
are
running,
you'd
probably
want
to
go
off
the
path
along
the
trees
because
the
pavement
is
not
really
that
even
and
quite
tight.
Encircling
the
park
off
the
path
would
be
around
400
meters
long.
Worth
to
mention
is
a
sculpture
by
a
Ukrainian
artist
to
symbolize
Jakarta
and
Kyiv's
connection
as
sister
cities.
It's
located
near
the
entrance
and
it's
a
statue
of
Anne
de
Kyiv,
who
was
the
queen
of
Henry
I
of
French.
It's
a
favorite
spot
for
the
locals.
Little
kids
jumping
around
in
the
fountain,
a
little
girl
is
playing
badminton
with
her
father,
a
couple
is
sharing
nasi
bungkus
together.
Truly
a
park
for
the
people.
A
park
won't
be
complete
without
street
food.
The
vendors
are
prohibited
from
entering
the
park
but
they
can
be
easily
found
in
the
entrance,
including
the
never-go-wrong
tahu
gejrot.
