The pictures you may find on the internet vs the reality is completely different. You will find no access sign at the entrance. I checked out after finding out the bed sheet was dirty here and there. Overall, this is just a regular "meet-up" place managed by a bunch of teenagers.

The site is unclear and distorted, and there are no guiding boards for the site or a billboard for the residence. The air conditioners are not cold. I made a reservation on Friday and left after 3 hours. There are no hot water services and hot drinks to sell to the tenant, and tools for using the toilets. The shower towels are not clean and old, and there are no shoes for the bathroom.

First, I don't have any high expectation for any budget hotel that I've been stayed at. Yeah you know about the facility, especially the room that not too interesting. Surprisingly I feel different here, they have very large room for a budget hotel like this, and you can see the photos of the room that explain how comfy the room is. I like this so much.

Room was okay. Smelt a bit weird. Good location. Breakfast is only served strictly until 10 am. I got down at 10.10 and they refused to give us breakfast. Our fault, but quite disappointed for the zero tolerance. Room smells a bit weird. Moldy bathroom. There's only one electricity plug in the room.

Humble staff, enough parking area (in door complex) easy to get food around here and location that surounded by large business building including Government Buildings, Banks, TV Station (trans tv), hotels (5 star hotel, Mercure Hotel for example), apotek and more. Pertaining to the location of MK House Tendean it's unique, because it can't be seen from the streets. And the streets is also many ; main street, highway, regular, ring, tol, special path for 'big guy' like trans jakarta, damri etc., including "jalan layang" that means the street is above another street, even above you and many building here except the modern style building that somehow follow SSC (Stair Sky Concept) where it said; the higher is the best. Like they want to stab the sky, so, typically the building is the tower (in principle) and than they modified as well as needed without losing the strength. Well, I think it's a good idea to stay long enough, enjoying the "weather" I found here. To the people who are looking for standard (mini) hotel, perhaps this is the best choice. IDR 250 - 350k is the deal offered.👍 Remember, this is like the "rabbit surounded by tigers". One last thing that, in complex is quite, it's the opposite of the outside. Strange for me and definitely for all of you that gives a little bit attention.😎 Okey, for now that is all, see you next...👌

We stayed just for one night and I would not stay an longer there. This place doesn't look at all like on the picture. The staff doesn't speak English at all, not even a word. We had a deluxe room what was spacious indeed, but that was the only positive thing. The smell of the room was quiet bad. The walls would need a little painting and the bathroom a small renovation.

The road outside is infested by cockroaches. The bathroom is smelly from the water drain. I covered the drain with a dust bin, and voila! The smell's gone 😄 Besides that, it's great. The room is quite spacy and clean. Public areas are good for relaxing. The service is OK.

Good accomodation for traveler, low price and best service

The spring bed need to be repaired, but it still comfort and at affordable price. The shower was great, water is even harder than heavy rain this season

I stayed here for a couple of days. After staying in the hotel, I concluded that the hotel was pleasant enough. The staffs were friendly. The only thing that I found it a bit uneasy was when I slept at night. I could hear people walking outside in the hallway of the hotel. Other than that, it was pleasant.

A good place for staying! Nice bed, nice bathroom (all that matters for me lol). Even it's a bit hard for newcomer to find this place, it's still worth it i guess. Cute architectures, it really does feel like home. Also there's lots of shopping malls nearby. I like this place, sincerely.

The stuff facing real problems with speaking English. The rooms are fine. Try to not get scared of symbol of biological danger symbol on the bottom of bathtub. Generally the fact of rooms equipped by a bathtub is cool, but it would be much better if there is enough hot water to use it. Ha-ha

Clean and comfy room. Location is great, but access can be rather hard for cars especially during office hours because of so many motor bikes parked along the street

Room is very dirty. Facilities is zero. And very noisy. At night try to sleep but the sound from other room until come to my room also
