One of the high end shopping mall in Jakarta and Indonesia. Located near Bundaran HI, contains of 2 major building of West And East mall of Grand Indonesia and connected by the sky bridge. Even this is a High end shopping mall, the entire area looks always crowded. There are plenty of both locals and international brand store and mostly the premium brands. You can only just walking around or having some meal at the restaurants and Cafe.

The West mall has many specialty shops as well as the Food Hall and other restaurants & cafe. We're looking for the Kinokuniya book store, in fact it's inside the Food Hall. If you're looking for a BCA ATM you are lucky because it's located on the first level. Strangely, you need to go up 4 more levels to find other banks' ATMs.

I recommended those who is new in Indonesia. You can come here instead of other mall. This mall has everything you need, it is big, you can enjoy it whole day here. Foods mostly japan origin Super market is also these Cosmetic is more expensive then other countries

Expensive. Clean. What could be improve is the manners of the staff. I found a few of them are quite arrogant. Unlike other malls in Indonesia. The staff should be servicing all customers instead of judging them by how they look or what they wear when they enter their stores. Treating everyone with respect and warmth is what bring more people to come in and bring luck. Never judge books by their covers. Many people who can afford their stuff will choose not to spend their money there if treated unfriendly or in a reluctant manners. Body language can be read by anyone.

Great restaurants, and also a great place to have a long walk. Good stores that serve all classes of people. Been going here since 2009, when it first opened. However, nowadays management is unprofessional and store employees have no discipline. Also employees can still use customer's toilets, and some are not very hygenic. Also, when the mall is about to close they take up all the lifts, and are seen walking while playing with their phones and bumping into people, or laughing loudly and disturbing customers. Also, online food delivery drivers also walk around while playing with their phones, and bump into customers. Better to go back to the old days, when it was more exclusive. That is why I still prefer PS, PI, Senci and PIM's management. Since I have been a long time customer here, I find it to be such a shame.

Absolutely one of my favorite malls in Jakarta! This place truly has everything from A to Z, catering to all my needs and whims. A very modern and one of the newest shopping malls in Jakarta. It has a great variety of shops, but majority is high end brands, so don't expect any super bargains here. The hallways themselves offers great space. The layout can be tricky in the beginning and a little bit awkward, but it is easy to get into the groove of where to go, just make sure to have enough time ^^. 2 spacious and wide areas for dining where you will definitely be ablebto find something to your preference. As well as a couple of places are located in the LG and UG floors too. A great mall to visit if it is your first time here in Jakarta.

Got my wallet Robbed at Ace Hardware Restroom! Be careful people, don’t think you are safe because you see some security stand at the shopping! This security don’t help you with anything!! I was there with my hole family on 26-02-2023 so it was Sunday. Monday morning realized my wallet wasn’t in my bag! It took me forever to get a response from the shopping mall or Ace Hardware!! Not coming to this shopping mall ever again!👎🏼

Grand Indonesia West Mall, having its address at Jl. MH thamrin, a place when we want to shop. There are several other well-known international fashion and lifestyle brands for all ages in Grand Indonesia such as Pull & Bear, Levi's, Mothercare, ELC, Justice, Dr. Marten., Nike, Adidas, etc. Grand Indonesia is not only a place for fashionistas but also a paradise for foodies.

It's a very big mall with a lot of goods. It's so big it's hard to look around

This place was a very very great. So lux. They have a friendly securty staff, very helpfull. Also the officer, they serve you better. About facility at this mall was great, lift and escalators, clean toilets, large parking area, etc. I took photo when atletico madrid u-20 come to enjoy this place. Very nice.

Visited on Saturday with my best friends. A bit crowded since it's the weekend. They still have the fountain show which was cool and am happy to know they still play Frank Sinatra's New York, New York as the background song. I also like their toilets because they're clean. They also offer a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

Always love visiting Grand Indonesia as they have many restaurants starting from the affordable one up to the not so affordable. You can find almost about everything here. You can visit this mall with public transportation. You only need to walk a bit if you use busway. They always keep the toilet clean and during pandemic they also applied health protocol.

A very gigantic shopping mall, located at the most strategic area in Jakarta. Neat and Clean. A little expensive, cause this mall targeting the middle-up class citizen. If you want to go here, i recommend you to take a car or ride a taxi (as well as rideshare like gojek or grab), it was hard to find a legal parking spot for motorcycle. You can almost find anything you want here. Fashion, restaurant, salon, cinema, etc.

Biggest mall in Jakarta, consist of West wing and east wing. Next to plaza Indonesia which is more upscale than GI. Much to see here. Takes minimal of 6 hours to scroll all the mall

I haven't visited Grand Indonesia since Covid. Since I like Car Free Day a lot, I have a stroll at Grand Indonesia East and West Mall after CFD. The latter is renovating a lot, a lot of shops are closed but there is a variety of food choices. I like the architecture of the East Mall and love to catch up with friends at Social House again.

In hall have grand piano, but you don't play. Never. Who are you? Professional pianist? Go out, don't play. Only this city i see bad service and bad relation. Never back this place.

The West Mall is a sprawling complex offering artificial recreational areas to replace green areas and parks that are largely missing in Jakarta. It is home to a wide variety of high-end brands, as well as more affordable options, as well as excellent street foods outside the West Mall that should have the right to be inside the mall also. There is also a large food court with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The mall is well-maintained and cleans up to the minute details, and the staff is friendly and very helpful and I hope they are paid far above the minimum wage. The mall is at the central location in Jakarta, making it easy to get to, makes us wonder how they occupy a vast commercial area close to a historical landmark. The mall can be crowded at times, especially on weekends as there are almost no green areas in Jakarta. The prices at the mall can be high, so it is not the best place to go for budget-friendly shopping. The mall seems not to apply any green building or green energy design and there is not a lot of natural light inside. The mall is a maze and is a bit overwhelming, especially for first-timers, and for senior citizens. Yet, as most malls do, it is a reliable place to find what you are looking for. Car parking can be costly and hard to find. Anticipate people driving recklessly and selfishly within the mall surroundings.

It was a delight to explore these hidden gems and find distinctive items that represented Indonesian culture and craftsmanship.

Long time not coming to here. It’s still good as ever. The parking was hard to find because it’s crowded. But overall it’s okay.

The Grand Indonesian Mall was across the street from our hotel and we were told that it was a good spot to get some food. This was my first time to Jakarta and I was shocked by the size of this mall and the food options. Almost the entire top levels are food places, which meant that we had close to 100 places to choose to eat. We had at least one meal a day in the mall as we found so many places we wanted to try eating. Once you were done with that, you could shop as well. I know for locals, this is some pretty expensive food, but for a tourist, it was very affordable.

This mall is one of the busiest mall in jakarta especially on the weekend and nite time. If you want to window shopping is better to come here at noon time on weekdays, cus the customer normally come from workers who work around here. This mall is more welcome than plaza Indonesia....

I see no one reviews their parking so here you go Price of the car parking is 5k idr for the first hour and 4k for the continuing hours Sprial for going up is kind of steep, so be careful. Also the exit is always crowded so expect some congestion when going out. There is staff that can help with managing the traffic when we go out

Visited this mall after 4 years. It is still a overwhelming experience. You cannot cover the whole mall in a single time. It us just too big. Has all the big brands. I loved the toy store on the top floor. Not much restrictions now. You can easily visit.

Biiiig, very big mall! Nice e place! There I'd only one place with Singaporean kind of system to charge phone or laptop. All others they offer you to charge but the system is European with2 pins, 3 like Singaporean one. :)

Nice mall, lots of shopping and dining varieties. But it got too crowded on the weekend. The parking space is abysmal and the lobby is very jammed.

GI has changed a lot on the 3rd and 3A floor where they have food stalls. Now it has become food court like, unlike previously they have 2-3 large restaurant. This is good change and able to attract more people.
