We had an iftar here, I ordered the dry noodle (Ja Mian) Mamu (hot and spicy) and Teh Susu. I won’t complain about the noodles because it’s still to my liking though for me it’s quite saltier that I expected. Spiciness is okay, heat kicks in, toppings are royal and good. Portion-wise is okay, not too much, not less either. We also had Sibijibi Sukiaw and BS Sukiaw. Both are good. Crispiness extent to what I had expected, filling is good, taste delicious 👌🏻 What is the thing not to my liking? Its Teh Susu, I don’t like too aromatic drinks. For me it’s not just sweet but too aromatic. I couldn’t enjoy the spice on the drinks. Ambience is good, service is excellent. Though the place is quite small and the lights are too dim. Would I recommend it to you? 8/10 recommended 👌🏻

I can conclude, the taste is neither special nor bad. The location is next to kopi nalar. Looks small from outside but inside you can see the place is wide and we can see the chef cooking. The ambience a little dark inside. For price, you can say its not cheap for some people. But still reasonable for reataurant in that location.

The only thing good with this place was the bowl of noodles or else they would've gotten a 1 star. The rest of the place makes you never come back again. The front staff are NOT service minded at all, just some regular abang² taking orders, couldn't even take a simple order of three items right, music is too loud, place is DIRTY af and unhygienic af. Even tho greeter had a mask the rest of the staff, included kitchen and suppliers that walked in and out, had their mask hanging below their mouth. Their stupid door doesn't even have a handle and to open it with so you have to insert your finger(s) insida a hook and pull open, very hygenic, nice! Seems like the place haven't been visited by a manager or a owner for a reeeally long time.

I came here around 1 PM on a Wednesday... BUT since Jakarta was still in PPKM level 3, the place was pretty much empty (although next door coffee shop is quite busy 😄). I don't know if it's the time of the day, or maybe that's how it is nowadays. Since it was pretty empty, I could choose any seat I want, and the service was quite fast. FOOD WISE I ordered the Mámù Mian; or noodle with spicy (mala flavor) broth. If you ever taste Mie Sedaap the Red Curry flavor, that is how this broth remind me of 😆. Add the garlic oil or chili oil if you want. I like spicy broth so this one fits me nicely. Not sure about the bean crust though, since I thought it would be crispy. I also ordered B.S. Suikiaw. This was the one that I didn't like very much. It was VERY OILY, like I ate it and all those oils dropped from the suikiaw and my mouth 😔 So I guess around 4 stars for the noodle but 2 stars for the suikiaw. Which is why I could only rate it 3-stars at the moment. Oh yes, the place is rather small from the outside so you couldn't really park here. You must park on the side of the street PS: Noodle + Suikiaw + Tea = around Rp. 148K (include tax and service)

This hidden treasure is a must-visit for noodle enthusiasts like me. The Ja Mian and Su Mian options were delightful. Both dishes were accompanied by a flavorful range of toppings, including braised brisket, pan-seared chicken, to sautéed mushrooms, which will add an extra layer of deliciousness. The broth truly stole the show – it was aromatic and filled with a blend of tasty herbs that made it superior to any other noodle bar I've been to. Every slurp was a burst of delightful flavors, and it perfectly complemented the al dente quality of the noodles. What impressed me more was always the unique ambiance and music vibe of Pò Noodle Bar. 🍜🎶🌟

Order Ja Mian Chicken with Mamu sauce (flavor wise similar to Mala), a bit spicy, but i like it. Add more garlic oil and chilli oil, to enhance to taste. This is typical dry noodle. Sui mian beef noodle, the broth flavor is very tasty and rich, it’s really good i would say. Suikiaw just ok lah. I don’t really like the dipping sauce. Service is excellent, helpful and informative. Place rather small, better to come as early as possible. No parking space, but car can be park on the side of the road.

the place looks small from the front, but its actually quite spacious inside. the waiter was very helpful and friendly! i did not remember the name of the menu that I ordered, but the i bought their dry spicy noodle. it tasted a bit like mala, but less spicy. they provided garlic oil too, if you like the noodle to be more savory. i love the noodle texture, it's chewy but soft. the beef is also perfectly cooked & tender. i did not really like their dimsum, thought that it would be a bit spicy since it has jalapeno in it, but it tasted more tangy and sour. personally, i think the sauce also does not help the taste.

Tried the You Mian, I think the menu has been updated since the last time I was here. The taste was good and I loved the broth. The portion was very reasonable but the price was a bit on the expensive side (70k for the beef You Mian) imo. For the place, however, the vibe and atmosphere were are very lovely! Will go back again and recommend this to my friends

Used to be my favourite modern noodle place, sadly they're closing down by the end of September 2023. Modern noodle place, creative takes on classic flavours. Also halal. Had many great memories here. So come while they're still open. My photos are from a collab they had recently on September 8th.

Definitely love it!! Love the foods, ambience, decorations, and playlists. Not a big restaurant, limited seatings, but quite spacious. Went there on a weekend, but it wasn't too crowded. I ordered Ja Mian Beef, and it was amazing. They provided some condiments as well. i added too much chilli oil in my food, got a sore throat afterwards🤣 price is very reasonable, approximately 100k/person, depends on what you order. Overall, when you are looking for a fancy noodle, this place should be on top of the list.

We got the Ja Mian garlic sauce (dry noodles with beef) and Mamu Mian (Mala broth noodles with beef). Both were amazing but the Ja Mian definitely takes the cake. The chewy texture of the noodles which were cooked to Al dente perfection paired very well with the crisp garlic sauce, especially once you add chili oil on top. The toppings of mushroom and beef brisket were also very generous resulting in an explosion of flavor and texture. The noodles aside, the beef slices also deserve a review of their own with its flavorful richness. The dumplings were just ok, nothing really stood out, but they did make a nice addition to our lunch. Appreciate the helpful and friendly staff crew!

A very unique style of noodle. Definitely not your ordinary noodle stall as it has a distinctive taste of noodles. I ordered their beef and chicken noodle, i love the al dente texture of thick noodles. You could choose what flavour you want for the noodle. I also ordered their dumplings which also tasted nice with the black vinegar. Only downside for me is the dark ambiance in the dining area and club-like bathroom which makes me question their cleanliness. (Or maybe it aint for me).

one more slurp before it goes forever, great place, great taste, the OG ja mian (dry noodle) and sui mian (broth noodle) is the way to go. will be missing this place for sure

You can definitely taste the feel of homemade noodles. The noodles are thick yet chewy. The broth and sauce that I tried are very garlicky, on top of the garlic oil they serve. They also give generous amount of topping. I also like their tea cause it has a hint of vanilla. Have visited twice and I'll be coming back

Very bad experience Place wasn’t really clean and quite small, food taste not so good - the meat were like cheap frozen meat. -Service was super bad and not nice. -Drink super expensive (20k for 500ml not branded water) -chili oil was like indomie oil + chili

I only ordered dim sum here and it tastes good. My friends ordered dry and broth noodle, all were good. But nothing spectacular that make us want to go back there. The ambience is Cantonese style with dim lit atmosphere. Personally I don't like the place with poor light. You pay for around 100k for a bowl of noodle and ice tea.

The noodle was good but a bit hard to chew. The broth was not as expected, too salty for me and a bit sour. The beef was soooo good and contains a bit fat. Great bitee The dumpling was also soo yummy (bcs of the fat also)

Tastewise, it has been going downhill since last time I was here (November 2019). Came back couple days ago only to find that the chicken chop's batter was bland and the serving was smaller; tasted nothing like I had last year. The ja mian chicken was also lacking in depth, I don't know what was missing but again, it tasted nothing like I had last year. They should really do something to improve the flavor.

Po Noodle Bar is one of my fave restaurants in Jakarta as it is a pretty unique place providing interesting twist and modern rendition of delicious traditional chinese comfort food with very good value. They often had seasonal and collaboration dishes which also unique and were good. I have visited and ordered their food online many times and it's pretty sad that they will be closing down next month. IMO their best dishes: Ja Mian Beef, Super Swekiau, Beef Bao (seasonal), Xia Fengbo/prawn congee (seasonal), pearly baby crab noodle (seasonal), holy butter fried rice For improvement, I just wished that they could offer thinner noodle option as the current one is too thick for my liking and enhance their noodle broth as the current options were lacking 'punch' compared to their competitors. Wishing the PNB team all the best! Will be missing your food guys!

The noodles were so tasty and worth the price. You should try the Lu Mian, the vegan noodle, as it surprisingly tasted so delicious. The waitresses were also very helpful and polite. The noodles are homemade and you can see just how they made it, which is a guarantee of how fresh and healthy and clean it is. 👌🏻 The toilet is also very decent and spacious.

(Translated by Google) The best noodles in Jakarta. The interior of the shop is very Chinese and very pleasant. For the sui mian menu, the broth is very kicking and feels like the broth is cooked seriously then for the beef brisket it is also very tender. Very extraordinary. And what really should be appreciated is they are very adherent to the protocol, where everyone is checked the temperature outside the shop then the spoons, visitors are guarded and the number is limited and the chopsticks to be used are soaked in hot water first (Original) Bakmi paling enak di jakarta.

(Translated by Google) Previously, I only saw it from ig's exploration and it looked good, then finally tried it right here. This is the first time here but I immediately add to it. Because this is the first time I have asked the waitres for advice on the most favorite noodle soup menu here and the mas said that it is the most ordered suai mian, finally ordered that one and my friend ordered the niurou and that's the variant with the rice. It turns out that both of them are really delicious and because it's the first time you try Chinese food like this but it tastes really good and fits on the tongue of Indonesians. The aroma of the food is quite strong, it just doesn't make you feel sick. The portion is also very fitting, not too much and not a little. The waitres is friendly too. Oh yes, you can refill the chili oil and garlic oil and also no pork and no lard here. You must try the pokok. (Original) Sebelumnya cuma liat dari eksplore ig dan kelihatannya enak trs akhirnya nyobain langsung deh kesini. Baru pertama kali kesini tapi langsung bikin nagih. Wajib dicobain deh pokonya.
