Currently on my 5th day of the 8 days hotel quarantine after arriving from Germany. So far only positive feedback can be given. I was picked at the Airport and got my first PCR at the hotel. The result was given in the next day and it was negative. The room is very modern, clean with top notch service. Three meals per day with breakfast menu can be chosen from American (omelette with sausages and beans), Indonesian (rice and condiments) or european (pastries and breads) breakfasts. You can also choose in advance your lunch and dinner. Mind you however, that the portion might be small, but it‘s just enough for me :). I’m staying in Junior Suite Room (studio room) which is spacious and I am lucky enough to have a corner room surrounded by windows in two adjacent sides. Ask for a corner room if possible. I believe even the deluxe room is also pretty decent. All in all, thank you for the great services, especially to ms. Brenda from the reservation service, mr. Cristofer who stood by in the Airport the whole day, and ms. Fitri who greeted me in the hotel and guided me through the quarantine process. Not to forget to all staffs who deliver the foods and stuffs to the room. They are all wearing protection suit by the way.

Great location, a 5 min walk to subway stop, but if your room is facing the streets, expect loud noise in the morning and at night as traffic and train do go by frequently. The hotel itself is clean, friendly, and affordable. They gave us free Refreshments every evening, which is great, but we can't take it up to our room, we have to eat and drink in the lobby (not restaurant) so it was a bit awkward since the food came from the restaurant anyway because we didn't want to hang out in the lobby.

First time for me at Novotel in this area, I had to go to the Embassy and I found online this hotel at walking distance (less than 10 minutes). Room was quite spacious, clean and sanitized. Bed was very comfortable, I had a very nice sleep and relax; there is a desk with enough space to work and a chaise long to relax. Breakfast is complete with Indonesian and Western option. Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Very good quality/price ratio. I feel to recommend this hotel, I will surely go there again.

It was my first time in this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room but got upgraded to Executive room because the former was fully occupied. Huge and comfortable room. Toiletries were not all provided by default, but a phone call away will get the staff to deliver to the room. Fuss-free check-in and check-out. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't too great. Plenty of choice from oriental to western to local food. They appeared tasty but were quite cold and tough. They were not great, just ok. Overall, nice experience with the hotel and service.

Reception is on point and offer great service. Room is good and very spacious. There is afternoon with quite a good selection for you to choose from. However, I had a very disappointing experience at the Gourmet Bar for a hotel bar. Ordered Beef Chili Cheese Fries with cheese on the side on an otherwise very empty bar. Food only came 40 minutes later with mayonnaise on the side instead, had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to fix. However, they do give a complimentary drink for the long wait and food is not bad. Overall, 4/5 for the whole experience. It would be great if the whole staff is trained up to the reception's standard.

Nice hotel to hold a meeting. They provide wide array of good food and astounding service. I attended fullday meeting several times and their banquet assistance were superb. Highly recommended!

Room is BIG, bathroom is even bigger than our usual bathroom at home. Clean and plenty lights to lit the room. Their hospitality is awesome. I can easily contact the staffs from IG message, then they give WhatsApp number to discuss my request: to let my parents check in the hotel although we’re not in Jakarta yet. They helped my parents without any difficult procedures, and they gave a welcome snacks for my parents. I felt very happy to see my parents happy. Thank you, Novotel Cikini, it was an amazing stay at your hotel🙏

Stay for 4 nite here. Overall nice experience, security and staff all friendly. Breakfast was good. They have a lovely gym with basic gym equipment, include yoga mat and towel too.

Stayed there for 8 days but won't stay again. Some recommendations for the hotel to look and improve (when the room in use) - please wash clean the washroom atleast every 3 days instead of just wiping - change drinking water bottles everyday since the bottles are refilled in your water plant in the hotel and manually closed by the person and manually sticker is applied. - again on the drinking water bottle, please share the details of how your water bottles are filled and the hygiene. There is no way, customer can know whether the water in the bottle is a tap water or really filtered. - train your cleaning staff to NOT to refill the water bottle using the Sink. If the sink water is safe to drink, please inform the customer - DO NOT issue torn and worn out towels. - please upgrade your Wireless Network issues - Have glasses also in the room so that people can drink water. - upgrade your pillows, the material inside is sinking, difficult to sleep - Sound proofing is really terrible. Next room just humming and the other room can hear easily. Can hear the music irritating whole night on level 1, in a disco 100 meters away from the hotel...really

Dirty and smelly rooms I have. Avery bad experience with the family and the hotel downgraded our stay and the said the will refund us next time we visit Jakart ( which never I guess ) and food is below average they were doing omelet and other food in the same pan fryer without cleaning it - Hygeen of the rooms is 0- towels is very old … most staff don’t speak English - room service takes hours to come to your room and most of the time you have to repeat the order reception gave us wrong directions about one bada next to them !!! …. NOT RECOMMEND at all

I had a very good stay here for four days. The room is spacious and admirably clean. The room service is always prepared to help you for 24/7. The staff is amazingly friendly. The buffet are delicious and various and the meeting rooms are accommodative for a large group of people. Thanks Novotel Cikini. I hope I can come back here for another stay next time.

The service is not really people oriented. We have been arriving to the hotel at night with a baby, requested a babycrib 1 week ago. It was not in our room, we had to wait with a screaming baby for 1h. For the conference room they didn't let me in when it was free to have a call while my son was sleeping in a room, they said i have to book it in advance))) Very slow room service, never picking up the phone and so on.

Room meeting & it facility is complete. The environment is also quite and peace. Unfortunately you have to wait for drinking a cup of coffee since the coffee maker machine can only be operated by hotel's staff (This review asked by Zevanya dan Anisa)

1. It is situated strategically in Cikini, Central Jakarta. It is close to Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini Commuter Train Station, Metropole Cinema XXI, and RSCM Hospital. No need to worry if you're hungry because it is really near food vendors like KFC, Bubur Cikini, and 2 Tak Sundanese Traditional Restaurant is just 5 minutes walking. 2. I booked a Deluxe Room but I had double upgraded to Junior Suite. It is totally superb because it's spacious, modern, and comfortable. However, this room is not equipped with a bathtub. 3. Breakfast is truly satisfying because of its outstanding choices and taste and served on the second floor at Food Exchange. 4. As a platinum member of Accorplus, I got a refreshment on the lobby floor at Gourmet Bar with two choices of snack and beverage. 5. Swimming pool is on the fifth floor but unfortunately guests need to pass meeting rooms through the hallway. The pool is separated for kids and adults. It's a little bit awkward. 6. Inside the room, they provide two big water bottles and satisfying complimentary minibar.

Held a meeting here and the conference room was wonderful, fully equipped, and cold. The restaurant had varied menus and delicious food. Good service by Amanda and Indah!

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights here. 1st room allocated to me had aircond faulty & the room was hot. Requested to change room & was given a replacement room at 10pm. All staffs were very attentive to our request. Tasty breakfast as well! Tried their special menu mie ayam bakso, laksa betawi with all of the local side dishes, all were tasty. The one that i couldnt forget until today was their Telur Berlado! The hotel located in Cikini, quite city centre. Walking distance to KFC, indomaret & some local cafes. Definitely gonna come again whenever i come to Jakarta!

2nd time at Novotel Cikini. Well maintained rooms and facilities. Cleanliness is good. Room has good amenities to meet the casual or business traveler. Local food and vintage items shopping is well within walking distance. Great hotel and good service by the staff.

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Novotel Jakarta Cikini. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Jakarta. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a city view and a king size bed. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of international and local dishes. I especially want to thank Bu Rani, who served me with a smile every morning and made me feel at home. She was very attentive and friendly, and always greeted me by my name. I also appreciate Bu Salsa, who was very helpful and professional at the front desk. She checked me in and out smoothly, and assisted me with any requests I had during my four-day stay. She also gave me some useful tips on how to get around the city and what to see. The hotel also has a fitness center, a spa, and an outdoor swimming pool, which I enjoyed using after a long day of work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Jakarta. Thank you, Novotel Jakarta Cikini, for making my trip memorable and enjoyable!

Novotel Cikini Hotel is my second home in Jakarta. In the past 2 years, I have been back and forth visiting Jakarta to see families and friends. I stayed in different Accor hotels in Jakarta, nevertheless Novotel Cikini has stolen my heart. Everyone who works here is incredible. They treat me with passion and love. Especially Aris. I met him when he worked as a reception 2 years ago, we became friend naturally due to his friendly personality. He is such a sociable person that makes me feel comfortable to ask anything when I need something during my stay. He deserves a raise!! Moreover, I love the concept of Novotel hotel rooms. They offer spacious room and king size bed yet not too small, enough for what we need. Hopefully they keep working on maintaining the hotel. So in the future, I will still be their loyal customer.

It was a superb experience in terms of staff friendliness and cleanness. Sufficient pool just to play with kids. However, the aircon is too cold and central.

First experience to stay here and it's amazing. All the crews are humble especially Indah and Elsa. The facilities are amazing, and i saw this hotel were concern about environtment. The room is cleaning and food are tasty. They served 2 types of cuisine like indonesian cuisine and western.

We dont really agree with rule of go green about the facility in the room... giving us hard time to call reception to ask it... Hotel should know that we all need facility fot taking bath like tooth brass and pasta, cotton bath... Mskasih sekali mba zefanya

We spent eight days here for quarantine. We got connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was excellent and plenty. Fantastic service from all the staff.

Just spent 7 days quarantine at Novotel Cikini. Really impressed with their excellent service. Everything went smooth from the airport pick-up, PCR tests, Covid-safe protocols and the stay throughout the quarantine. Food was really really good. Room is good size, plenty of spaces too for different activities (working table, exercise in the room). The staff are all professional and give excellent service. I especially love that we can request Indonesian food and it taste like a home-cook meal with different sambal varieties. Thank you to all the team at Novotel Cikini for the hospitality and making my quarantine a good experience.

This hotel is the quarantine hotel. The staff is waiting for the guests at the airport in Jakarta. The hotel provides with PCR test as soon as the guest arrives. However, the test result is very strange. I got the negative result from the PCR test in Korea in the day before I arrive at the hotel but I got the positive on the 3rd day after I arrived. I got 2 negative results after moving to another hotel for the isolation in Jakarta. My test results were negative-positive-negative-negative-negative during 16 days and I got the negative result after returning to Korea. The hotel replied me the medical part is not on its business, but the test personnel belongs to the hotel. If you choose this hotel, you may stay at another hotel for the isolation for over 14 days without going out from the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel.

Great service from fitri and pa abdul at front office, strategically located in cikini area, strict health protocol make you feel safe and secure..recommended for staycation.

Stayed on 13 Nov and the check in process was just fine. As I got in, I had high expectations on this hotel but most of them weren't meet. But that's okay! I don't recommend this hotel. Things to be considered: the policy to use hotel's facilities actually weird and limiting people / family that aimed to have staycation / WFH. You need to book reservation to swim (and this is ok), however you mostly will not have any chance to swim. Why? As I checked to the staff, they mentioned only guest(s) on one room could use the pool at their reserved time. Confused? Let me explain the example: guest in room 001 can use the pool at 7 AM as they reserved, and around that time only guest on that room whom able to use it. Can you imagine if all the rooms were booked, then not all people could use the pool then? If the pool's operational hour is 12 hours then only 12 guest(s) can swim on their pool. It's better if Novotel reconsider their policy again. I knew some better hotel that have even greater policy in using hotel's facilities tho. Another disastrous thing during my stay dated 14 Nov. The electricity totally went out in the afternoon. COME ON NOVOTEL, REALLY?????? The TV where I was staying also sucks (do not let the receptionist giving you room 1117). It always went off every 4 minutes, and it was annoying bzzzzz hahahaha The only thing I like from Novotel are the bed and the helpful housekeeping staff. Thanks!

1. Not very nice location. 2. Bathroom very dirty, on top of the sink under marbel black dirty, shower corners black dirty, tiles around WC dirty like poo mash on it. Constant water leaking somewher under the toilet flooding whole bathroom floore. 3. Dirty and stinky towels. A big yellow stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. Drinking water in refill glass bottle gave me diarrhea and stomach crump! It just made me fill they fill it with tap water...😱 The only nice think I can say was staff at the reception and the cheap price. I recommend if you stay in big Asia city to choose 5* hotel in modern area.

The first i come till we check out very good. Hotel very cozy. Room very clean and coffee morning very nice, but for breakfast sory for my opnion not to good.

Parking is so narrow and limited. Hospitality was fine. The Peduli Lindungi access should not cover by glasses instead of acrylic to avoid reflection.

Overall a very good experience. Check in was very smooth and fast. Front office staff were very friendly and helpful to whatever needs were required. Hotel rooms were a very nice size. Good amount of amenities. Breakfast spread could be improved a little bit as I saw they served the same dishes 2 or 3 days in a row which don't create variety for the guest staying at the hotel. Locatiom was good as quickly accessible to quite a few malls and places to visit. Overall a very pleasant experience and will return to this hotel in the future.

All I gotta say is it was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. Food was great, the rooms was great, hey my room even got a mini fridge so that's a good thing, the view from my room was ok and the location is surrounded by great restaurants too so food is not an issue. Staff service is good too. The only thing that is I hope the hotel can improve upon is parking space, I know parking space is limited but I really hope they can remedy this somehow.

Good place to stay. There was misunderstanding about the room at first day, but solved right away. The room meeting is good, the food is good (well just a little bored with the hotel food at the last day, got dinner at the food court near hotel), great hospitality from the staff like Ms.Feby, who responsible for our couple days meeting. Well designed and nice, sadly they signed me up for their program without me wanting it, hardly marked with signs, so not easy to find the swimming pool and gym, but all in all, nice stay and fresh and modern. Shower a bit funny since you can see from your room anything there. but i found out that there are curtains. Internet is slow. Breakfast wasn't included so that was sad.

It was a short wonderful stay at Novotel Cikini. It's just within a walking distance from the Cikini station. The room was nice and clean. They provided iron and the table in room! that was very thoughtful indeed. Staff are helpful and nice, and love the breakfast buffet!

one of the newer hotel. room is clean and quite spacious. Check in/out is fast. Right in the middle of town. But the parking lot is quite limited. Take 1 star because the shower floor has tendency to leak to other part of bathroom.
