I tried to book time through 1177 and they closed the case by telling me to call the vårdcentral to book an appointment. However, when I called, a registered voice said that is not possible to book by phone because they are experiencing high booking at the moment..... Are you kidding me, people?!?!

Terrible service! The worst of my life! I had an online consultation with Dr. Gunnar Berglund. My health is not good. My hair is falling out and I haven’t had my period for more than six months and I have stomach pain. I told this to the doctor. He ordered tests, I don’t even know what! They didn't send me the results and I can't see them in the journal! The doctor did not call me back, but, citing my “bad English,” wrote in the journal that everything was fine! In what order? My period hasn’t come, my stomach still hurts, my hair is still falling out! You don't want to solve my problem! Why do I pay for the appointment? Nobody even contacted me! Send me my tests, I'll go to a normal doctor. Yana Gospodar

We been there 2 times with small child 3 months. We waited both times more then hour. 1st time as there were too many people. Why did we even booked appointment then? 2nd time girl at desk forgot to announce us at doctor. So if I never asked why we are waiting so long we would be waiting even more. Also they forgot to book us an translator... So bad, so disappointing

I feel the reviews for this reception is not at all representing the actual state of this carecenter. Sweden over all has a health care system that is well over burdened but this is not reflected when being taken care of here. I have had some really painful throat problems the last 4 days. Upon calling 1177 at 6.00 in the morning and describing my issues, they gave me a phone appointment just 2h later. Describing once more for the personnel here, they gave me an ‘urgent appointment’ with a doctor at 10.20. Been sitting here for 20min before my appointment. Plus some extra waiting time for results on tests. My over all experience on both the doctor I met and all the nurses greeting and taking care of people is above average to say the least. I would not take in account the low reviews that some people have left here. I feel it gives an unfair image of a well functioning reception.

Because of summer vacation, not easy to make the appointment. Didn’t take my booking online or through Alltid App, only accepting the appointment on the phone within very limited time. But the doctor is very patient and helpful, explaining everything clearly in English. Five stars to the doctor!

Dismissive staff, both doctors and nurses. They are very nice and polite, i could get an appointment fast, but whenever i went there with a problem and explained my symptoms, they were quite dismissive, not attentive, didn't give an answer, nor treatment, just sent me back home. "It might be..." but no (further) tests performed.

So nice and helpful! Easier to reach the health center by phone today than before!
