    Listad här och sökte vård. Fick först svar att jag inte var inskriven där och bad de dubbelkolla och visst var jag listad där och enligt sjuksköterskan ”oj jag missade det”. Beskrev sedan bakgrunden till varför jag sökte vård och fick vänta 1,5 vecka på att en läkare skulle återkoppla senast 5 april. Jag fick aldrig svar och ringde själv och fick då höra att läkaren skrivit en anteckning att hon träffat mig för 4-5 månader sedan och att hon inte kunde hjälpa mig. Jag har aldrig träffat läkaren och när jag förklarade det fick jag till svar att jag ifrågasatte bedömningen. En bedömning som jag fick utan att ha sökt vård eller besökt vårdcentralen. Riktigt riktigt dåligt!!! Läkaren har absolut ingen koll och skriver lögner i journalen hur hon själv tycker och vill avsluta innan jag ens fått chansen att träffa dem.     I have visited Capio Vårdcentral Gullmarsplan a few times before. I was really happy with all the help I got here. The treatment was very good and a stressed visitor calmed down quite quickly. The doctor was clear with information to me, which was of course important. It's just a shame that Gullmarsplan is so remote...

    It's more or less ok place if you are well prepared. Doctors tend to be in a rush to send you back home and wait until symptoms becomes more obvious but if they are you would probably be sent to an emergency already. The only good thing is that they allow booking for the time over the phone but most of the times you have to wait a few hours to get an appointment in another few hours. Considering all this it might be better to go straight to Narakuten or wait a day or two until Vardcentral opens.

    So disappointed! Have taken samples back and forth for six months and was treated nicely on the first visit. After that I have not received any feedback and I have had to nag every week. My sink has been elevated for a very long time and a doctor just answered me in the chat that it is nothing serious and closed the case. Have now listed myself at another health center as I still feel unwell.

    Have you had symptoms of a stroke? You get an appointment in 3 weeks. HONESTLY. I say that tomorrow doesn't work and do. Can't take a booking more than 1 week ahead. I STILL get a piss appointment 3 weeks later. You run with your patients. My symptoms have worsened and I hope I die at 27 so MAYBE there will be some change in their insane system.

    Not only is it near impossible to get an appointment with a doctor here, it is near impossible to get any straight answers. Once you do get in constant with a staff member via phone (which is usually way after the time they say they will call back!) each person says something different. Completely confusing. I’ve been trying to get a referral for 2 weeks without luck. Although I did experience one fantastic doctor (Ann-Charlotte) the organization of this place is not worth the stress. I will be registering somewhere else.

    It would be great if you could announce on the website when sampling is closed/other non-standard opening hours. Went from work for sampling today and then you were closed due to planning day (note in reception). Need to miss more work to get back to you next week, feels like that can easily be avoided with a little foresight/communication.
