Rooms are nice. The shared kitchen was incredibly dirty though. There is no one at the reception and it was really difficult to open the door to our room which kept jamming.

Great location, very nice rooms, awesome beds (very comfy), very convenient access, great WiFi, I love the automation (no keys needed; you access your room with a code they send you with a text message on your phone! Really cool). Breakfast on the other hand is extremely poor.

To get into the hotel and your room you need a pin code as there is no reception service at night. Due to data problems we did not receive pincode at check or by sms. To come to a new place and been locked out in the middle of the night for almost an hour is an awful feeling. Be aware, don´t take a risky chanse with this hotel! The breakfast is the most simple I´ve had in Sweden. All offered items could easily fit into a small box in your own refrigerator.

Although we booked a room well in advance, we ended up getting a tiny room in the cellar, which was so dark and stuffy that we couldn't stay inside, let alone sleep there. This was the only cellar room in the building, and it was never mentioned on the website - so we got something strikingly different from what we booked. As I contacted the hotel asking if any other rooms are available, they told me they're booked out and were extremely rude - saying things like 'it's not my problem' and 'I only work here'. We were forced to urgently look for another place to stay, which obviously ended up being more expensive than what we paid for the room booked a few month in advance. Later on, another colleague got in touch with me, and promised that the owners will get in touch with me regarding the issue - needless to say, it never happened. This is by far the worst experience I ever had during my travels and I strongly discourage anyone from booking this property unless you want to end up on the street or suffocate in the cellar.

Quiet place. The hotel has small rooms with small kitchen. (about 3.5 m x 3.5 m). Easy to catch direct bus (take 30-40 minutes) and train to go to Stockholm. Near Sollentuna Centrum (mall), easy to buy food and stuffs.

Ett Smart Hotell (a smart hotel) is actually precisely that! Three stars is bulls eye, since the rooms are nice and functional, the internet speed fair and the food-room nice with reasonably okay breakfast and good lunch and dinner options served by a nice and friendly staff. In short: Price and Quality correlate very well! So, don't expect high end and be positively surprised, EXCEPT: The only complaint is thus that the shower head is hand held which is extremely annoying and probably intended to save water, sending a completely wrong signal of utter cheapness, which is really a shame!
