The lobby looks amazing, the breakfast was nice and the staff working in the bar was friendly. But the room was a bit dirty, pillow in the extra bed was disgusting. Staff at the reception was the worst I ever met. Did not speak Swedish or English. Took forever to check in. All over a bad experience and not a hotel I would recommend.

A Charming, cozy and friendly hotel. very much enjoyed the breakfast with a wide range of items, presented professionally but yet friendly.

Best near-Stockholm/Kista hotel for me. I've been visiting this hotel multiple times for many nights, it was the most favorite hotel for me. Room standard (Superior) was very nice, they even have bathrooms with both bathtub and shower. Breakfasts were very nice. The whole hotel infrastructure was just perfect and hotel stuff was very friendly. They even found my watch which was lost several weeks ago. Also the area next to the hotel is very nice - you can take a walk towards Edsviken. One train stop to Kista, nice 30min walk. I definitely recommend this hotel!

When I first saw the hotel pictures I was thrilled. The hotel has a great location, right next to the railway station and it looks nice as a decor. BUT... The value for money is simply not there. The breakfast is quite meager and repetitive; the rooms have incredibly noisy, banging doors and one can hear all neighbors coming and leaving; the cleaning services are a disgrace; there is no kettle or cup for tea or coffee in the room; the sauna and pool are at the level of a 2* hotel; and the worst - the Internet keeps disconnecting after 24h and you need to run around the hotel at 5am to catch the signal again. To add insult to injury, I asked for an invoice for my business stay that I haven't received after 30 days, and when I called, the receptionist interrupted the call and switched off after 13min of talk with no apology or calling back. Very hard to communicate with the front desk via phone as well because of strong accent. Overall, an unpleasant experience with very little value for money. Unless you absolutely have to stay there I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Nice hotel by the center. Very close to the railway station and shoppingcenter, like 20 meters away. The atrium is great. Kids friendly.

Room was with atrium view. No sunlight. Receptionist was unable to change room. Getting invoice took time more than 15 minutes. Basic services.

Good hotel and good entertainment at hotel. Had a good time with my family.

Adequate accommodation in a quiet suburb in Stockholm. It is located right near a small shopping centre with decent food options as well as an ICA grocery store. The hotel is also very close to a commuter rail stop and a fairly big bus terminal. The facilities in the hotel are ok. The rooms are comfortable but sparse. The gym is enough to build up a decent sweat.

We have had good experiences from before when eating breakfast at Scandic, but were extremely disappointed this time. There were a lot of semi finished products such as cookies, pancakes and meatballs, instead of being freshly made. Hot chocolate was not available, juices were awful. Scrambled eggs was very runny. We went there to celebrate a big birthday so asked if they could write a little note beforehand, which they could not do, they seemed understaffed. The 2 staff we saw there were friendly though, that’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Comfortable bed but too much noise from the bathroom and you can hear other people from the bathroom. The breakfast is OK but missing Oatly for those that can't eat/drink soya, lactose and milk.

Nice, clean and spacy room. A good gym and a nice pool. A good breakfast buffet.

The shower glass broken, the water flows everywhere, the Wc is very small, very small room as well (we have chosen a standard room)for high price, Internet connection not working, They didn't even ask us why we requested to cancel!

The pictures in the booking look nice. Reality is a bit different. The room felt worn out. One of the drawers almost came loose. One of the coffee cups was dirty. On the breakfast buffet there was hair in the butter. Otherwise it was ok. The showers in the spa area smell moldy. If I would have a choice in this area I would choose another hotel next time. This is not a four star hotel. Check in and check out was friendly though.

Nice Hotel located outside the city centre but with easy access using commuter trains. Friendly staff and with a restaurant that provides a variety of food. Try the bigger rooms.

4 / 5 Really, really good hotel with amazing staff & rooms! Breakfast can be better, but it wasn't bad in any sort of way! The rooms themselves were incredibly clean and uniform! Would seirously recommend if you're looking for somewhere cheap and nice to stay at, but not so much if you're looking for a serious breakfast.

Great venue, friendly staff especially the restaurant. Enjoyed the tasty food and great service. Really really close to the Sollentuna station and the shopping mall. Only one issue with my stay... They wouldn't give me a bath mat. I asked, and got one half way through, then they took it away. I even jokingly offered to pay for one. Then on my last night I got two bath mats. Result!

Nice rooms, great location, close to the mall overall a comfy stay. Slightly broken down rooms (the light swith fell off). Small TV as well but otherwise very satisfied.

Two lamps didn't work did get cleaned when we asked. And all around not cozy att all would not recommend

Basic accommodation with friendly staff, rooms cramped and heating system outdated making rooms cold. Housekeeping only clean the room if you request service other wise no fresh towels or amenities! Bar and restaurant close at 10pm! Not highly recommended
