25 minutes north of Stockholm City Center on tram and a three minute walk from the Rotebro Station where you'll find a grocery store, two convenience stores and two restaurants, as well as an assortment of other small businesses. The Part-time Home units are modern, minimalist and well thought out, supplying guests with the essentials, including laundry on every floor and a gym facility off of the main lobby. Relatively inexpensive with a long term stay. Has basic kitchenette supplies. Very small stove, frig and sink, bath towels are thin, bed ok, bring your own amenities including hair dryer. No normal tv stations, smart tv only. The depiction of the hotel chosen for wall decor makes the room feel depressing. I was happier when i took it down and had a blank wall. Building exterior is also depressing industrial. Has self laundry 2 washer/dryers for the floor so difficult to get a slot in the evenings, need to book in advance but another lady has been running over using half of my time slot. I was under the impression that this was a new hotel. Rather, it seems to be a new tenant of an old building. They are however, bulding a new section next door. Very close to trains and buses. Including walk, about 25 minutes to Solna Mall of Scandinavia, about 30 to Stockholm C.

Good for long home stay though a larger room would make it more comfortable. The beds are only for a single person and small. Basic Kitchenette is provided for with weekly housekeeping. SMART TV is an excellent concept and works beautifully. The WiFi speed is good though at times lags. There are two super markets located in about 10 minutes walk. Railway station is only a 400 M walk and provides connectivity to Stockholm and Solna. From Arlanda, it takes about 1/2 hour by Taxi. Night life is almost absent. The Gym is excellent with all modern equipment.

It was cheap through airbnb but you get what you pay so. The apartment was alright but very empty, plain walls with no curtains and beds that could not be kept together. Very small tv with a sofa far away which required redecorating... only 1 shower towel and 1 small towel provided which would get exchanged each week but if 1 got dirty and you wanted to wash it then you have none to replace it with. If you only use the room to sleep in then it's functional but I'd much rather pay more for better accommodation somewhere else. Not coming back here anyways.

Great place at a great price for long term stays. Fully equipped studio apartments with small kitchenette and shower room. Very polite and helpful staff. 3min walk to Rotebro Train Station. 20mins into Stockholm City. There is a Hemkõp Express supermarket close to apartments. There is also a fully equipped gym and sauna on site.

PRIVACY VIOLATION! Was very happy with room and all until housekeeping walked in without knocking at 08.25 day of departure. NOT OK!!!

Nice homestay apartment. Rooms are fine and provided with all amenities for a short stay. Has a well equipped gym. No restaurants inside the facility but are in nearby areas.

Very convenient and, although basic, well equipped if you want to have your own space. The air vent was a bit noisy but will return.

I stayed here for many months. The area is quiet and the facilities are great. You have cutlery, dishes, microwave, kettle, and stove in the room, as well as a smart tv, good internet connection (wifi) etc. Plus the room gets cleaned every week. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. There are several markets within walking distance, a really nice Lebanese hamburger place close by, and its right by the Rotebro station with connections to Stockholm, Uppsala etc. I highly recommend staying here. Especially off season, it's very affordable.
