Worst experience and money making hospital, there is no proper response i got admitted here and they will charge too much bill for everything there is no proper doctors , only students will attend the patients and mainly language barrier is there,receptionists are very high attitude... And better to close the hospital, to save the poor people..... For medical certificate also they will charge the bill even I got the admission. . Finally hospital is there for money making

Each and everyone are careless accept ground staff.. Don't care about the patient, they make patient to stay there overnight and make a bill and shift patient to Venlok,even they don't give a ICU bed in their Kankanady hospital, if they found patient is a BPL Card holder, something wrong is happening in medical field.. Its a total planned business which make poor people to suffer.. No value for life.. Even well educated doctors behavior is shocking.. Money plays a major role

Bakwas hospital.. Only for make money. Staff are very rude with all.

Negligent Staff. They caused severe injury to my family member after a surgery and it led to infection. We had do another surgery to remove dead skin(burnt skin Durning surgery) and remove pus from all infected area in another hospital. I will never step into this irresponsible hospital again. Very bad experience.

Doctors are very good but some Staff nurse, nursing supervisor and medical social worker very worst and behaviour very rude. And they don't have basic communication skill also. I wil request to mangagemt plz terminate some nursing staff, medical social worker and Nursing supervisor. These staff reason your hospital repution going down. Plz change the staff. Thank you

No proper way to attend patients, clinical staffs can send in anyone as per their wish even when it's not an emergency. Please it's my humble and kind request to treat the patients fairly. One should not wait too much because the staff managed to change the order of patients going in and out.

Worst service ever . They made my mother wait for 30 mins outside emergency. After going inside emergency no proper care is given. No proper information given to us.

No experienced doctors. All looks like students. I had a worse experience in this hospital They take more than usual time to give blood test report. They have given written report for scanning. No printed report and also not received the scan prints.

After discharging geting files to take more than 3 hours still waiting for files with pationt carmel ward 3rd floor very poor techinical service...staffs are working irresponsibly...must and should you have to teach hospitality to youre staff..

The quality of treatment has been extremely poor. Despite a full 24 hours, no doctor has attended to the patient. The requested medications have been obtained, but there has been absolutely no improvement in the patient's condition. As a result, we have decided to seek care elsewhere due to the lack of progress and the overall disappointing level of hospitality we have experienced. Significant improvements are needed in these aspects.
