Nice South Indian restaurant. 1. Food: 4/5 Nice food with good taste. Portion size is good, prices are decent. I expected more menu options from Kerala. Food quality is good and authentic. 2. Ambience: 4/5 They have tried giving little South Indian touch with wall designs but kept the North Indian fine dining intact. 3. Service: 4/5 Staff is polite, courteous and professional. They are knowledgeable about what they are selling. Service time is usual 15-20 minutes. Visited in October 2021

Kochi Express was the first Restaurant in Dugri that I had really liked. The food there was good, especially South Indian Food. I liked the interiors and ambience of the restaurant as well. Service was good too. Mostly good although there was one time that they were pretty rude to us, which was disappointing. Overall, a good restaurant to dine in.

Kochi Express Resturant is a nice vegetarian restaurant. Both north and South Indian dishes are served here. The staff is courteous and service is quick. The overall ambiance of the place is excellent and is a nice place to be visited with family. We tried South Indian food and found the taste authentic. Buffet option is also available at very reasonable price where one can enjoy both north and South Indian food on all seven days of the week. The weekly buffet menu is displayed on wall in the very impressive entry and menu of the day is available on your table.

We celebrated my first nephew’s birthday at Kochi express on 25th of November 2022 We opted buffet for our big family group. Food and drink were absolutely delicious 5/5 😋 Staff was helpful and attentive 5/5 😊 We had a memorable day. We will be definitely visiting again. Thanks Kochi express team.

Very economical dinner buffet in town, with mix of continental, South Indian and North Indian food. Price is 399 whereas I got it for approx 300 using dineout application and hdfc offer. Also reserve table on dineout as it can be overcrowded at times.

5 stars for food and ambience. However, Mr Vijay, the manager was extremely rude and misbehaved. We’ve never experienced such behaviour with any staff earlier except for him. We were with friends hence did not want to leave the place.

To find Kochi express right at the heart of Punjab was a surprise. They have buffets menu where starters are south Indian dishes and rasam followed by standard north Indian vegetarian fare. The starters are good verieties and quite filling not leaving much space inside the stomach for lunch.

Great food buffet covering Southern and and northern food platter. Recommended to order lunch buffet when confused on what to order and sample all the dishes. Atmosphere was a little too lively as it is a great location for kitty parties and small luncheon gatherings...

It is one of the best place to try south Indian dishes. Though the price is little high but the service and food will not let you down.

The quality of food is absolutely bad. Didn't like any item.And apart from this, hair from the head was found in the food. When we asked how this hair came into the food, owner said that people are also eating it. What is your problem? The quality of food at your place was very bad.And the behavior of the owner here was not good. And we had already made payment here and Honor was told us that you do not want to do the payment . Overall everything is not up to mark.....

It will sound funny, but it's true. In case of buffet, when you take your time, eat calmly and sit for more than 60-70 mins and still eating. Waiters serving you become eager for you and expect you to leave asap because the peace and calm behaviour of waiters become serious with time, when they keep on serving you the dishes after 60-70 mins. The smile and politeness vanish from their face. Faced this thing not once or twice but many a times.😂 Anyhow, I like to go there because of the food quality.

Amongst south indian food , upma was the best . Dosa and other dishes were decent enough. They served a special type of jaggery or "gur" in the end which was delicious, but they didn't have it the next time I went there .

It is a buffet surving restaurant. Service very slow, quality waste of money. Given 1 star just for the ambience and 1 star for the snacks. South indian dishes were awful. They serve as per their choice, we weren't served by soup, but on the otherhand soup was being served. I suggest dont waste money and your time there.

It is right now my favourite place to have dosa!! The flavours are so rich…. Also the ambience is very pleasant… sitting arrangement is comfortable. We went there tonight for a dinner. We’re a party of three people and our experience was not as great as the past reviews of others. Two biggies were the attitude of the staff which was unwelcoming, and the service that was quite slow specially when it comes to simple stuff i.e onions which was supposed to be served with the main course not when we were done, similar experience we had with the dessert in which ice cream was ordered but that took forever to come. Overall the ambiance is good but I’m not sure if I’ll go back there.

Pretty good place to go and eat with family but the price is high as compared to the quantity and quality of the food it wasn't like lip smacking but it was okay . so not totally preferable but if you have enough money to spend then you may move ahead and try this out .

Ate buffet comprising of south indian snacks as starters and north indian food as main course. Had my stomach full with just the starters. All were delicious..

I was regular customer and sometimes we do get together here only but today they did not accepted their mistake in wrong order. I have ordered for 2 masala dosa for takeout but they gave me plain dosa and when I called them they did not accepted the mistake. I will not visit again its time to change the place. Everything was good. A must try place for South Indian food lovers. Authentic dosa, uttapam sambhar and chutneys. However their Punjabi food may disappoint a bit.
