Gomaji Maharaj Temple, located in Nagzari, is a place of serene beauty and spiritual significance. As a devout traveler, I had the opportunity to visit this ancient temple, and I was mesmerized by the profound tranquility that enveloped the surroundings. Upon entering the temple premises, I was struck by the architectural grandeur and intricate carvings that adorned the temple's facade. The temple is dedicated to Gomaji Maharaj, a revered saint known for his wisdom and compassion. The atmosphere inside the temple was filled with a palpable sense of devotion and reverence. The interior was adorned with beautiful paintings depicting various scenes from Hindu mythology, further enhancing the spiritual ambiance. One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing the aarti ceremony. The rhythmic chants, accompanied by the soul-stirring sounds of bells and cymbals, created an ethereal aura. It was a deeply moving experience that filled my heart with peace and devotion. The priests conducted the rituals with utmost devotion and grace, making it a truly immersive experience for the devotees. The temple is nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a picturesque view of the surrounding hills and valleys. The serene atmosphere and the gentle breeze that caressed my face added to the overall sense of tranquility. I found solace in the tranquil surroundings, allowing me to connect with my inner self and find a moment of respite from the chaotic world outside. The temple complex also houses a meditation hall, where visitors can engage in peaceful contemplation. The serene ambiance and the spiritual vibrations make it an ideal place for those seeking inner peace and introspection. In conclusion, Gomaji Maharaj Temple in Nagzari is not just a place of worship but a sanctuary of peace and spiritual rejuvenation. Its awe-inspiring architecture, divine atmosphere, and natural surroundings make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a deeper connection with spirituality.

Beautiful temple to visit on your trip to Shegaon. It is approximately 8kms away from Shegaon. TheĀ SamadhiĀ of Shri Gomaji Maharaj is the main attraction of this spot followed by Hot spring where devotees can take bath. There are a lot of Lord Shiva temples around the Samadhi mandir. It is a peaceful place. Distance between Car Parking and Mandir is more which may make Seniour citizens somewhat tired and breathtaking. Entrance of Mandir is beautiful and a photogenic spot when we see the blue sky at top.

Goamji Maharaj temple is located at around 10KM from Shegaon. The route is bit difficult to reach as it is under construction right now. On this place there is samadhi temple of Gomaji Maharaj. There are two temple in one you will find the Samdhi and in second you will find the statue. The second temple is in small cave under the main temple. There is also a water tank called as 'Gau Mata Kunda ' in which there is Mysterious water strain coming from Gau mata mukh. Overall this placement is very nice to visit. Peaceful location outside of crowd and city.

Very beautiful temple. Very clean place. The only difficulty is to reach here. Roads are not there. No proper transport is available. Even if you try with any public transport like autorickshow or dumdum, very painful journey due unavailability of roads. Heavy dust when vehicles passing through. At this moment will not recommended to travel here.

This beautiful temple has many small shiv temples in the campus. There is also a hot water spring, where devotees can take bath. Moon bhaji and tea at the entrance of temple is highly recommended.

The temple and the vicinity is very pretty and beautiful..however the road from shegaon to nagjhari is a super bumpy ride of uneven road and almost no road area of a backbone breaking experience. Will like to request the administration to take necessary action looking at the importance of the place

It is located around 8Km from Shegaon.Autos from Shegaon take around Rs 250 To rs 350. You need around two hrs including travel and darshan. There is railway station but frequency is very less as only passager trains halt. Best way is to go from Shegaon. The village got its name from the existence there of the ancient temple of Shri Nageshwar and a number of springs flowing in the near proximity. Close by is the river Mohana flowing a bare distance of a mile emanating from one of the springs in the Nagzari and on the banks of which is theĀ mathĀ of Gomaji Maharaj. TheĀ mathĀ contains a tunnel supposedly dug by Shri Gomaji Maharaj for the purpose of carrying on penance. The river Mohana flows eastwards and is met on the way by a number of streamlets in one of which is a pond known asĀ Ramkund.Ā There is another pond known asĀ GopalkundĀ close by. The water running out from both the ponds flows eastwards to join the river Mohana. Further east is another pond known asĀ GomukhkundĀ containing excellent potable water. It is said that Shri Gomaji Maharaj used to performĀ bhajanĀ by seating himself in knee-deep water in theĀ kund.Ā The water flowing out ofĀ GomukhĀ kundĀ meets the river Mohana which turning eastwards joins the river Bordi. There is a legend prevalent about theĀ Gomukhkund.Ā It says that formerly Shri Gomaji Maharaj used to go for bath to the riverĀ PurnaĀ (Payoshni) but in his old age he was unable to do so. Even then with great physical forbearance he persisted in going to the Purna. The river Purna was pleased with the devotion of Shri Gomaji Maharaj and gave him a boon that she will appear in theĀ Gomukhkund.Ā She also asked Shri Gomaji Maharaj to throw his walking stick in its flow. The truth or falsehood of this legend may be questioned but it is generally found that whenever the river Purna is flooded a strong current of water emanates out of the Gomukhkund. TheĀ samadhiĀ of Shri Gomaji Maharaj is erected on theĀ Panch-lingiĀ MalĀ at Shrikheshtra Nagazari. On all the four sides of the samadhi-cum-temple, speciousĀ pathshalasĀ have been built. To the north of thisĀ samadhiĀ is situated theĀ samadhiĀ of Sadanandgir Maharaj, one of the disciples of Shri Gomaji Maharaj. TheĀ samadhiĀ was granted anĀ inamĀ land by theĀ Ex-Nizam Government. At present theĀ devasthanĀ has anĀ inamĀ land admeasuring 415 acres. A fair in honour of Shri Gomaji Maharaj is held onĀ ChaitraĀ Shud.Ā 4 (March-April) which is
