The
hospital
is
great
(without
any
doubt).
Very
cost
efficient
and
the
opthomologists
are
very
experienced
and
polite
who
do
actually
cure
their
patients
and
advice
them
thoroughly.
Although,
the
same
can't
be
said
about
all
the
staffs
working
here.
Some
of
them
are
very
moody
and
harsh
in
their
tone.
Sometimes
even
scolding
the
patients
for
minor
reasons.
But,
in
general,
most
of
the
staffs
are
professional
and
polite.
The
only
thing
of
my
grave
concern
was
the
cleanliness
of
the
patient
wards.
Most
of
the
patients
who
opt
to
undergo
any
surgery
or
treatment
here,
I
found
out,
were
diabetic,
who
are
at
risk
of
infection
post
surgery.
I
myself
asked
the
cleaning
staff
very
politely
to
clean
the
area
but
to
no
avail.
Also,
I
noticed
the
staffs
(not
all
of
them)
working
in
general
ward
area
in
the
top
floor
were
generally
loud
and
harsh
with
their
tone.
Mind
you,
the
patients
here
are
mostly
elderly,
and
it
was
quite
disheartening
to
see
them
being
treated
like
this.
But,
sadly
the
choices
are
limited
as
this
is
the
only
hospital
in
the
town
with
genuinely
good
doctors.
I
hope
the
concerned
staffs
develop
some
empathy
and
work
ethics
(of
a
hospital
and
not
"sabji
mandi")
in
the
future,
as
they
aren't
the
ones
suffering,
instead,
they
are
here
to
guide
the
ones
who
are
suffering
and
are
paying
to
redeem
from
it.

If
only
this
small
concern
could
be
amended
to
some
extent,
the
hospital
deserves
5
stars
and
more,
like
their
food
(for
patients)
in
cafeteria
