My food was amazing. We ordered the loaded potato skins for appetizer and I had grilled 10 oz salmon with broccoli. The service was great. My waitress was very friendly. Our potato skins came out overcooked and I politely asked the waitress if we could get some that were not overcooked. They brought out some more and they were just right. Great service and great food. My salad and main course was cooked to perfection.

Place was packed on a Saturday night. We had a 35 minute wait. Our server was SUPERB. Kailey M was above magnificent. Food arrived at our table in a timely manner considering how busy they were. Our meals were hot and correct and especially important, it was delicious. Kailey checked on us frequently and made sure our visit was to our expectations. I understand how busy it was, but the restrooms needed some attention. One downer - I was seated in such a way that I could see into the kitchen door windows. Only to see another waitress huffing on a vape pen several times during my meal- "In The Kitchen!" Where food was being prepared and handled. That was a bit disappointing and made you wonder of cleanliness issues. Hence, the 4 star rating and not 5.

Stopped in for dinner since we hadn’t eaten here in a while. The menu has changed and some of my favorites were no longer being served like the steak kabobs. They use to fix them as a special order even though they were not on the menu, but not anymore according to the waitress. So I tried the hamburger steak that was supposed to smothered with onions, mushrooms and gravy, but it didn’t have very much flavor and wasn’t smothered. They also gave me a baked potato instead of a sweet potato, but they made it right. My husband got the chicken wings and fries and he liked them.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered a Ribeye and it was so gross nothing but fat! My husband’s steak was raw when he ordered his medium. They made him another and it was so overcooked. We ended sending it all back and leaving. Couldn’t believe a manager never came to our table to apologize or anything. Was disgusting we will never go back!

Not good at all. You should have seen the first half rack the kitchen actually sent out. This is their second attempt...lol. I'll never will revisit this establishment ever again. But my server was great though.

It was my first visit to this Logan's. I ordered the Logan's steak medium rare. I also had a garden salad with blue cheese dressing. And I chose to order onion straws as a side dish. The 11 oz steak was more rare than medium rare and was full of gristle and was very hard to chew. However it was flavorful. The salad was a little on the small side but the dressing was very good.. the onion straws were meh and served with ranch dressing. I ate at the bar and the service there was very good. My meal was $24 and I left a $6 tip.

The chicken tenders and honey mustard are SO good. Salads are fresh. Portions are generous. Rolls are excellent!

Highly disappointed with my visit today. When we arrived the yeast rolls provided to us were hard and cold which they typically are soft and hot with the butter melting to the touch. My food was cold to the point I had to request to send it back to the kitchen 🤦🏽‍♀️. Towards the end of my visit the waitress disappeared. She didn’t provide any drink refills and I had to ask the waitress to the table next to me if she could find my waitress for me to pay my bill after waiting 15 minutes after I finished eating. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars overall is because in the multiple times I’ve been here I have never had such an experience. I hope this was just a bad day on either the waitress or the kitchen because another visit like this will cause me to veto coming to this establishment in the future.

I will start this out with this.. If you go ask for Kendal (10 Star Service). Top Notch service and very friendly young man. We were on our way out to the Hank Jr show that evening for my Son's 16th Birthday and stopped in at Logan's. Everyone was friendly, The food was amazing and pretty sure those were the best Steaks we had eaten in a long time. Kendal even gave me a late Father's Day gift of Seasoning (Win), and my Son was given a delicious Brownie Sundae to celebrate his 16th! We will be Back when in town. The Salads were excellent, The Rolls, The Shrimp... All Excellent. This really set the mood for a Great evening ahead. Thank you Kendal and Logan's.

Overall it was fine. Service was a tad slow but it was also in between rushes when servers are trying to close out sections so I get it. Food was good, especially the Roadhouse shrooms. My only real issue was my salmon. Why would you cook a six oz salmon with a press? Especially when it's not that busy? It made it incredibly dry and very flat. I would say never cook a salmon with a press but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. But it was a basic mistake that's easy to fix. Again not a horrible experience but just annoying because it was so basic. Do better.

Ordered a half rack of ribs, bake sweet potato loaded potato soup and a salad. The ribs were cold so I couldn’t eat them. The soup tasted like it can straight out of a can. The worst potato soup I’ve ever tasted. I requested more brown sugar for my sweet potato it only comes pre portioned sprinkled over the ball of butter which I didn’t want more butter. The house salad was the only thing I enjoyed. Our server was very nice and accommodating to the best of her ability. I would not eat here again. Money wasted. Still hungry.

“We visited this restaurant for the first time since the pandemic and we were disappointed with the experience. The system they use to assign tables is inefficient and inaccurate, unlike other restaurants that have precise or flexible timings. We had to wait for an extra 15 minutes after the initial 60 minutes that we were told, and we were not the only ones who faced this issue. The waiter was courteous and tried to make up for the delay by offering us a free dessert and a drink. The service was great and attentive, but the food was not. The steak was bland and overcooked, and I could have made a better one at home. However, the prices were reasonable for the quantity and variety of dishes.

My family & I went to Logan's to celebrate my birthday. There were 10 of us. The service was excellent! The waitress was very attentive & accommodating. I heard no complaints from anyone about their food or drinks, although the rib eye steak that I ordered medium well was closer to medium rare.

We went the for a 20th birthday. Waitress and staff were great. Food was good. I didn't like the fried mushrooms and steak wasn't as ordered but everything else was great!

Ordered online for take out. Called but couldn't get through for the curbside number. Went in to get the food and was told that I needed to check my order cause they would only remake my food if it was wrong while I was there. All of the food looked correct except for the burger that was ordered. It was supposed to be the fried cheese and bacon, but instead of the way it was advertised and the pictures shown, they put 3 old mozzarella sticks on it and one was smashed. When I turned to talk to the person who told me to check my order she was now on the phone.

My chicken came out raw and it was horrific! The manager could care less about my issue, just apologized and took the entree off my bill. Very disappointed in a restaurant we have been coming to for years!!!

I placed a to go order for grilled chicken & rice w/fried shrimp, side salad w/thousand island dressing, and 2 baked sweet potatoes. When I arrived to the restaurant I parked in the designated parking spot for to go orders and I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for my food and no on came, so I walked inside to pick up my order and the first thing I checked were the yeast rolls and they were completely raw. I expressed to the young lady at the to go counter that the rolls were raw and she rudely snatched one of the rolls out of the bag and stated that the rolls were cooked but they were just a light color. I kindly explained to her that if a customer smells yeast as soon as they open the bag, that means the rolls are not done, she continued to try and argue with me so I asked to speak with the manager. Let’s just say that talking to the manager was a waste of time, plus the chicken was burnt and cold, the rice & shrimp was cold, and I never received my salad but yet they put the salad dressing in my bag. I will never go back to this restaurant ever again.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Logan's in the past. But tonight I took 8 of us to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive at the table. When it finally arrived, every plate had to be sent back because every entree was cold or room temperature. The cowardly manager made no attempt beyond a quick apology to make things right. He had the poor, frustrated waitress offer us free desert. It was Thursday evening, the place was not busy, and most tables had turned over at least twice while we were there. I had to bus my own table because there was no room to set the birthday cake, and no attempt was ever made to clear table. The food (when re-done) was very good as I usually expected, but the kitchen service and management was very sub-par

Our server was on point and made frequent checks on us for drinks and if we liked our food. The only bad thing I would say is the onion pedal appetizer is garbage. They were not pedals more like strings of onion they weren't even fried enough to dip in the sauce. The pic will explain better, other than that they cooked steaks perfect as we both like them to different doneness and were flavoured well.

We had not eaten at Logan's Roadhouse in many years. While traveling through Greensboro, we decided to have lunch there. We were seated promptly and our server came immediately for our drink orders. Our food came very quick. We were there on a Saturday at noon. I am so glad we chose Logan's as we had fantastic burgers. Very lean, juicy, some of the best beef I have had in a long time. And their burger is a half pound. It came with fries or chips. And their tea is just as good as the burgers. Our waitress, Brie, was outstanding. I highly recommend Logan's in Greensboro. You will be glad you did.

This was my first Logans Roadhouse experience. I went here on Labor Day for dinner, it seemed very similar to Texas Roadhouse. The service was great and our waitress was very friendly, the food was plentiful and delicious, but the only thing that knocks this place down a star was the cleansiness of the restaurant. To compare and contrast to other steakhouse/ roadhouse places there was some food left on the floor throughout the restaurant in the front entry that I had noticed while walking in and exiting out.

I used to say Logan‘s one of my favorites. The ribs are still very good. But why is the management not able to train their staff to clean the tables and boots? And nobody cares about the bathrooms? Just gross…your customer wants to see and feel this is a hygienic place.

What can I say about a good old-fashioned roadhouse that hasn't already been said? The steaks are perfect, the burgers are top-notch, the sides and salads are amazing, and the service is excellent. Logan's is our favorite steakhouse in the area, and with good reason. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

Everything here was fine. Food is good. The rolls are DELICIOUS. The wait can be a little bit if you don't plan ahead. But major props to Patrick (our server) who was absolutely the best.

I had an excellent customer experience at this establishment. They had the softest rolls I ever had in my life. The food was excellent . I would recommend this spot to anyone and I most certainly will be back.
