Rooms were very overpriced, room was decent but nothing special. The shower door didn't stay closed, the toilet seat was loose, they had a problem with my reservation and for some reason it was done for 2 separate days instead of one booking (which confused every single person behind the desk). I had to bring a printed e-mail of my reservations and had to call prior to make sure I had a room for 2 nights. I am a Silver IHG rewards member and of all the Hotels I stay in, this price was ridiculous. Had I not had other obligations in that area, I would have never stayed there. The breakfasts seem to get cheaper every stay, less selection, less fruits, no peanut butter. Also, room service kept knocking on our door beginning at 9am (check out is 11), and happened about 4 times.

We travel a lot to go to concerts. This hotel was great. No weed smell. Clean, comfortable beds. Love the little omelettes they have on the breakfast buffet. The only negative for me is housekeeping comes way early so put your do not disturb tag on the door.

Expect skin issues from bedbugs. Room smelled like cigarettes, the AC machine is very outdated and extremely loud (it makes a shifting/sparking sound like it’s catching on fire), and this hotel has bed bugs. I had to change rooms at 1AM after feeling an itchy sting on my leg. I hopped up and turned the light on and had an actual bed bug on me. The sweet front desk agent is the only good thing about this hotel. She moved my room so I could get a few hours of sleep. Throughout the next day I found more and more bites all over my legs and arms and had to go to urgent care because of how badly they were itching. I have reached out to management 3 times now (including Daily Seven property management) about my stay this past week and haven’t heard back. Will continue to follow up with them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. Probably better off sleeping in your car.

They knocked on our door, in the morning, while we were still sleeping and woke us up.... but other than that it was a great stay. I recommend using the do not disturb sign so u will not be visited so early by housekeeping. Very clean and more than enough amenities.

My family came to the hotel in a very complicated, steessful situation. If it had not been for two angels from heaven, Elizabeth and Latisha working double time to make our check in as easy and as convenient as possible, we would not have the peace of mind we do now. They took our complicated situation into account and were VERY compassionate and caring to us. Sincerely, Roger Lopez 100% Disabled Veteran, US Army GS-10, Department of Veterans Affairs

Did a girlfriend getaway for the weekend and we always stay a Holiday Inn Express for the breakfast. This was the best breakfast bar thus far. BUT.....we checked in that evening Friday November 11th on Veterans day. We are both Veterans. The hotel is renovating so my friend asked if we could get one of the renovated rooms. The night clerk told us even though the rooms are finished on the 4th floor, they have no electricity so we could not stay in any room on the 4th floor. We get to our room and the bathroom was dirty and crumbs was on one of the beds. We immediately went back downstairs and asked for another room or cancel our stay. Now he all of a sudden has a room on the 4th floor ( the one that had no electricity). We get up to the 4th floor and there were several occupants in rooms on the 4th floor. The maids need to be more thorough cleaning the bathrooms, comforters replaced or made sure they are washed, and night clerk on that day need to be spoken to about unnecessary lies.

I stayed here (Greensboro, N.C.-airport area) on the April 28th in a double queen suite. Carter was a great representative. The rooms are very spacious and for the most part clean. If I had a option to give 4.5 stars, I would. My only issue were the stain towels and wash cloths (trash them please). Luckily we had our own. Also, someone could have done a better cleaning job on the mini fridge and microwave. As for complementary breakfast, Melissa was Awesome working the area! She kept the area clean and made sure food stayed available and warm. There was a well variety of food so plenty to choose from. All in all, I would stay here again. The hotel is surrounded by a handful of restaurants. A few are walking distance.

I called before booking my hotel on a Saturday Morning 6/10/23. I asked if they had a hotel shuttle. I was told no they only had a shuttle M-F. The IHG app does not disclose that. I went with a different hotel chain.

Please"LIKE" my review if you found it helpful. Great spot, would definitely stay again. Nice breakfast in the morning too. Apparently one of the best Indian restaurants is next door but didn't try it.

Quite and good clean beds, nice room and good breakfast! Staffs were friendly enough. Overall, its bit pricey but provides enough value to be on par with other hotels.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. What more can you ask for? The breakfast was also great, most places would make you pay for that assortment of food.

Room was nice and staff was pleasant however, when we booked this room we were NOT informed that they were remodeling. The entry to hotel, lobby, eating area and elevators were hardly accessible and we had to squeeze by people actively mudding walls, sanding and painting. Keep in mind not much was done about the debris caused by this type of work. They still had breakfast open even though dust from the sanding process was present (not healthy/safe). Also, as we were leaving a crew of men (on a lift) appeared directly outside of our window on the second floor to paint the exterior, again without ANY notification that this would be done (major violation of privacy). No compensation was offered nor was any apology given during this entire stay. Overall, my husband and I were extremely disappointed being that this was supposed to be a time of rest and relaxation. It's difficult to accept such an experience when you spend hard earned money only to be greeted by this situation. Please note: any amount of communication concerning the situation or some type if compensation beyond a few snacks placed in the middle of the work zone (which the workers were helping themselves to) would have been appreciated and would have gone a long way to rectify our feelings concerning our stay/experience.

I stay here for work frequently. Christina C. is absolutely amazing. She is extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She makes you feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good.
