    Great place to stay! The staff was wonderful and so very accommodating for our family of 20+ during our time there, put us all on the same floor and everything, what more could you ask for. Also, the food was way better than what I have experienced at other hotels, they definitely took care of us!

    Our stay was excellent. When we arrived, we skipped the desk and used our mobile key. When we got into our room, it was very clean, had a pleasant smell, and was a comfortable temperature. We were able to adjust the thermostat for sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the 4th floor was quiet. The shower was clean with plenty of hot water. We ate a decent breakfast that is provided. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

    Perfect for a visit with our daughter - only 5 minutes from her apartment. Room was clean, the plugs for electronics worked, (not always the case at a lot of hotels, which I don't understand) and we were able to park fairly close to the door. Breakfast was adequate. Nice that coffee was available during the day. Were there for 3 nights and no complaints! 😀

    Great location! Customer service was super! A bed, TV and a desk do not make up a suite. I thought every room was a suite, but apparently not. Bathroom was pretty decent sized and bed very comfy! It was less than a 15 minute drive to NC A&T, Bennett College and NC at Greensboro. Would stay again if in the area.

    Not a care in the world for their guests… AC wasn’t on, fridge wasn’t on….shower curtain is 2 ft short.. room smelled and was musty. What a complete dump they should just liquidate and stop the bleeding… sad, Marriotts we’re once so nice and had guests in mind. Staff was friendly.. only positive I have.

    I spent a week at this hotel and the people who worked there were very friendly. Their breakfast gave you several options to choose from. It was convenient to everywhere I wanted to travel to.

    We had a reservation (with a prepurchase) and the day before they cancelled our reservation without a call or email to notify us. We arrived at 1am due to our flight. The front desk clerk was horribly rude, blamed us for canceling our reservation and had to find another hotel. When we called the next morning, they continued to blame us for canceling until I escalated to Marriot Corporate who confirmed the Fairfield Supervisor cancelled without notifying us. The front desk clerk this morning was also rude and unhelpful. I never leave poor reviews but this hotel deserves it.

    This hotel is a great value. Many places would charge double for the room you get. And I was able to walk to good shops and good restaurants. Staff was beyond nice and super helpful.

    This hotel is a complete scam. I how to registration for a room which I booked on the 18th of october. I had an emergency flight that I had to take that same day so I went to cancel the reservation. While I was at the property the manager said that I was not able to cancel it. So they charged me a no-show fee plus the fee for the room. My suggestion would be to use the bonvoy app and pick another hotel. Do not pick this one. There are other hotels in the area that are not scams.

    After staying at a brand new location, no way could I give this location all 5 stars for its rooms. This location did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash though. It also offered scones. Pre-packaged scones, which was a great break from muffins.

    I stayed in 10 different rooms over the last 3 months and my main complaints would be the shower curtains appear to have shrunk in the dryer...too short and not wide enough. And the toilet seats are cheap thin plastic, open in the front. Once or twice a week there would be no hot water. After 15 minutes you get warmish water. Breakfast is just fair and noisy...TV, overhead music, and radio in kitchen all at once. The staff turned over completely while I was there. Most of the new employees are cheerful. Pool is warmish, no hottub. The only elevator is super slow. They fixed it once but it broke again a few days later. Overall it is fair but it doesn't compare to other Fairfields.

    Please train your night audit Stacy. She "chills out" with the guests at the lounge area and doesn't know how to properly check people in. She also wasn't at the desk and I had to wait a very long time before she decided to "help" me. No greeting, no smile, nothing. Pretty sad for a Marriott...

    Thin walls, 1 in the morning room upstairs were training mini elephants. The front desk did nothing about this. The bathroom had mold, shower curtains improperly installed, water sprayed everywhere on the walls and on the ground. Breakfast: we are past Covid people. Please stop wrapping everything in plastic and serving food with preservatives. No self made pancakes, no fresh waffles, no fresh fruit. Not up to par with the many Marriott hotels I have stayed. Will not return if we come back to the area.

    I stayed here one night and was very impressed. The hotel has very modern accommodations. They have enough outlets and USB ports around the room. The lighting is easy to turn on and off. The restroom was well appointed, plenty of towels, adequate lighting, and they had the body wash included within the shower. I think that has become standard for all Marriott hotels? It's a great touch! The bed was very comfortable and there was a couch in my bedroom I guess it was a pull out sofa. It was nice and sturdy with pillows. Breakfast was pretty decent considering some hotels I've been to lately that only offered dry eggs. You had a spinach quiche which was out of this world delicious. They had bacon, sausage biscuits, packaged waffles, packaged bagels, and other pastries. They had fruit, variety of juices, and coffees. I didn't check out the other areas of the hotel like to find out if they had a gym a pool or anything. I typically don't really care about those amenities because I don't use them. The hotel was in a good location that is close to a lot of shopping if you're in the area for a few days and need to do so. You could walk to a few restaurants because they're very close by. And that is coming from someone who doesn't like to walk! This is just an all-around quality hotel!!!

    Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. At checkout they recognized us from the pool and asked if we left a life vest, they even ran back to the pool to get it for us. Accommodating and allowed us to cut our reservation short due to weather concerns and reimbursemed us for the second night.

    Beware they swipe your card more than one time. Don’t clean the rooms properly. Horrid smells. I do not recommend.

    It made you feel like you were at home room clean and nice the food 💯💯 for breakfast and everyone who I came in contact with was very friendly made you feel like you was with family when I come back this way this will be my place to stay & I felt SAFE!!!

    Was in town for my niece wedding and stayed here my family and I had a excellent time in North Carolina and Stacy Anglin at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Thanks for treating my family like family. The whole staff was great had everything we needed plus plenty of stores around this location

    For a limited service hotel, it's quite good. The room was missing one chair which wasn't the end of the world. Room, in fact the whole facility, was clean. Staff was courteous and competent. For me, the location is a little awkward in relation to the business I do in Greensboro, but for folks traveling I-40 who need to overnight in Greensboro, it's good.

    Easily accessible but still has a secluded, quiet feel. Service was exceptional and very friendly, rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was basic and edible but I'd probably not bother with it again. Unfortunately, that seems pretty standard for hotels in this day and age. Overall, a great experience

    Positive: Clean rooms, nice staff. Negative: If you can sleep through the noise of people above you walking until 3 in the morning. Please come here. If not, I don't recommend if you value your sleep.

    There were ants all over the bathroom floor when I woke up in the middle of the night. Since my daughter was asleep before an early swim meet I killed them (with hand sanitizer spray) and told them on the way out in the morning. They assured me they would take care of it. They didn’t and when I was killing ants in the middle of the night for the second time I realized what I thought were stains in the bathroom floor easily wiped up so was clearly it was a poorly cleaned bathroom. We had not been in the room at all except to sleep both nights so it couldn’t have been from us. On the way out I noticed a wall of ants in the hallway between 2 other rooms. I told them at the desk again and they said they would call to follow up and make it right and I never heard anything. DO NOT STAY in this hotel! So gross and then terrible customer service that followed.
