    We were exhausted and hoping for a restful night. Our room was clean, fresh and very comfortable. It was quiet and we slept well. That evening we walked across the parking lot to have an enjoyable and delicious dinner. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious freshly cooked full breakfast. At check out Tracy asked about our stay and we said we could not have been happier! She was so helpful and very professional. Wonderful experience at a much needed time for us.

    This is one beautiful, very modern property. Customer service is amazing. Extremely well-kept Hotel. You can tell by every detail that they care about their patrons. Using the app is great for Mobil check-ins and making hotel request in advance. I was very impressed. They have a wonderful in-house store and awesome breakfast. There were some great healthy choices. And some wonderful ones for kids like chocolate chips for the waffles. If you want comfort, care and amenities this is the place. (Photos Via TripAdvisor)

    I stayed there a couple days ago and the hotel was excellent. Levone and Marquita were excellent at the front desk. The room was perfect for my stay. I will come back to visit this hotel.

    Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Very upbeat 😊 The Lobby was clean, well decorated and welcoming with infused water to quench our thirst. Room was clean and neat and well decorated. Hotel was easy to access with food nearby. Great breakfast and a real treat was they had tons of free snacks in the lobby!

    The staff on all shifts were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and liked the free snacks. Kitchen staff even prepared me something that wasn't out on bar(turkey sausage). Tracy checked me out and was very pleasant. Only downside was one elevator out and other was slow. Will be back

    Simply lovely. I wish more hotels were like this one! Every staff we ran into was kind, the room and the eating areas were all clean and kept. Most of all the snacks and smiles made our stay. Thank you, Olvie - your kindness means a lot to us road warriors!!

    This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so incredible. Super nice and accommodating. There were even complimentary snacks and drinks. I never leave reviews, I really appreciated my stay here.

    Wonderful hotel. Exceptional customer service. They went out of the way to make sure I enjoyed my stay! I was picked up at the airport by this Fairfield, and it saved me a ton of money since I didn’t have to Uber. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was banging, and the customer service was filled with kindness. Would definitely recommend!

    Absolutely wonderful 3-star hotel. Room, bed, and towels were all very nice and clean. All of the staff were incredible. All of the front desk staff were always quick and helpful regardless of the time, and there was free water bottles and small snacks available after checking in. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful in solving a personal need during our stay. We were staying overnight because of a nearby wedding, and had called in the morning before to ask if there was any way we could check in an hour early. The staff was very accommodating, and let us do that. Since we are a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member, we also could check out late. This was absolutely wonderful on both ends: we had an extra hour to get ready for the wedding, and then we were able to sleep in after enjoying the wedding reception. They also provide a free full breakfast (biscuits, waffles, sausage gravy, eggs, yogurt, and more), and have a gym and pool. If you need a clean, friendly, safe place to stay for a night or two, you can't beat this place. It delivered exactly what it promised.

    I use this location for work. Staff are very flexible for my ever changing schedule. They are cordial and help book me in my favorite room when available. Hot breakfast is good! Thanks to Kenneth, Tracy and many others inc kitchen, front desk, & cleaning staff that accommodate my frequent stays at this location…my home away from home!

    I'm a Marriott member, so we always pick one of their brands. This Fairfield Inn is a keeper! We arrived early (before noon) and were able to check in. The staff was very friendly throughout the stay. Thy always had fresh cookies, a popcorn maker, and very good breakfast! This will be our choice when visiting Highpoint in the future.

    Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfy. They offer a welcome goodie bag, which is a nice touch. They have a popcorn machine in the lobby. The breakfast was yummy. The fitness room was nice!

    This property is an awesome place to relax and find comfort. The rooms were nice and the staff was beyond helpful. I loved the way they had entrance snacks for the guest and the manager Kenneth was so kind and helpful. I would definitely be back

    Starting from my check in experience with a very friendly and amazing staff to my departure, the Fairfield Inn - GSO Airport was an amazing stay. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely keep this hotel in my rotation for future visits to Greensboro. BTW, the General Manager, Mrs. Williams, was an exceptional leader who truly cares about her guest and her staff.

    The General Manager, Desiree, went above and beyond during our stay at the Fairfield Inn Greensboro Airport. She was friendly, attentive, and extremely hospitable for the duration of our stay. Further, the rooms we very clean and comfortable. It is also a great location near the airport with multiple dining options within walking distance. I will definitely be using this hotel again when I am in Greensboro!

    I've stayed in plenty of hotels in my life and I have never seen such positive interaction like I did between the GM and employees. They seemed so happy to work together and it made me feel good to know that such an environment has been created here by Desiree Williams. She is helpful, friendly and welcoming. I mean what else can we want... oh and the cookies.... uuuuuffffff

    Delay in shuttle from airport to hotel as they did not have anyone to drive, but they ordered taxi. Main issue was found someone else's dirty clothes on the floor, which makes me question the cleanliness. I only wish I had seen it prior to sleeping in room.

    Nothing terribly wrong with this airport area hotel. Our stay was okay. Fairfield is one of the lower end options of the Marriott chain, and offers free breakfast. A lot of the airport hotels are clustered around here (still a ten minute drive to the actual airport). Check in and out was easy, the morning eggs were incredibly salty not sure why, the coffee was a bit weak. All staff were nice the whole time we were there. The room was clean just no conditioner (this place has the bottles attached to the shower wall) but I always bring my own just in case. Oh, their sundry market does not sell beer/wine (I think it's a NC law thing). However there is a liquor store nearby and there is a Ruby Tuesday across the parking lot. Speaking of parking lot, it is at first weird to enter/exit because it is shared with other hotels and Ruby Tuesday, but after you do it once you are good to go.

    I love this small but convenient hotel! It's close to highway 85 and a Ruby Tuesdays in their parking lot. Marquita checked me in, the process was smooth plus she has a lovely smile. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, elevators clean, kitchen area was clean, more food choices would've been good. Overall the stay was pleasant! I will return.

    Breakfast was amazing for the entire family. Awesome stay, rooms where cleaned professionally, and front desk manager Marquita has a pleasant attitude and created a warm energetic environment. Will stay again.

    Location to the airport is good. Booked this hotel because parking and shuttle were included. Website said 24/7 shuttle but when I got there and told her I needed a shuttle at 3am I was told they don't run that early. I asked if we could cancel our room and get a refund so we can go somewhere that has a shuttle that early and she said you would have to call the manager in the morning and ask if they would give you a refund or not. We opted to stay and park at the airport. Should have stayed elsewhere, ended up with a leak near the shower from the ceiling (it did eventually stop but soaked 3 bath towels before it did. ) I did go down and tell her so she could let maintenance know in the morning. The room was clean enough but they need to work a little more on the dusting and cleaning the corners of the floor. I just needed a place to sleep so I could get up at 2:30am for our flight.

    Terrible stay! Rude night staff (Marquita) , lack of care from assistant GM and below Marriott standards by a long shot in many ways! Disrespect should never be accepted- glad I have standards and value my freedom! The way my husband and I were talked to no matter the reason (supposedly bc our puppy barked disturbing someone while he was in his crate while we were out for a few hours during the evening) room wasn’t cleaned properly (also supposedly prepared for us by housekeeping as we are members) this stay was a joke and we will be reaching out to corporate! Room had dirty shower walls& floor, no bags in garbage cans, huge stains on floor, no soap dish, no cover on ironing board, surfaces not wiped down and more … Keep your points/money and stay elsewhere. Also in the very back of the property.

    There was literally a centipede in the tub. I wish the pics caught the smell. The bathroom was just the beginning. No cable. No smart tv. No basic cleanliness in the elevator. Very disappointing.

    A decent hotel with the usual Fairfield amenities, and friendly staff. Good gym with two treadmills and an elliptical, and some dumbells. The room seemed clean and bed comfy. The shower had good water pressure and volume, I don't like those eater miser showers! The shampoo and soap were in pump dispensers on the shower wall, I like this setup, convenient and less wasteful. The only negative was the breakfast; limited choices and empty fridges. It was scrambled egg every day with bacon and sausage two days, and just sausage the last day. The fruit cups were only there two days, and there was only white bread, I prefer wheat. The coffee was just warm.

    I stayed at this hotel for a few days on a business trip to Greensboro. I am very satisfied with the service Kesha gave me. She is very friendly and took care of every request I had. I will definitely return.

    Being a rewards member I was disappointed. The service is questionable, I had to literally ask for lotion since none was provided in the room, as a reward member at check in I usually receive a bag with 2 bottles of water and a little something. This location I was told I had to request my 2 bottles of water at check-in, I had never been told this at check-in at other locations. The rooms are average and the breakfast was not bad.

    I had a pleasant experience visiting this location and its staff. Clean and neat hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Deshun the manager was very helpful at accommodating me and my partner for our stay. I recommend this location!

    It seemed I was interrupting the front desk person because I was trying to check in. When I arrived, no one is at the desk and the switchboard is ringing non stop. I hear someone talking in the back and I wait and wait and wait. The switchboard continues to ring. After 5 to 20 minutes I go and knock on the door and this woman comes out irritated that I had disturbed her as she was on her cell phone and she brought it with her when she checked me in. No greeting, no hello, nothing. She asks for my drivers license and says nothing more…. I get told where the elevator is located, but my room is on the first floor…. I did not get told where to find my room, but I didn’t want to bother her any further so I go looking for it on my own. The place is clean, the breakfast was good, but the front desk is not what you would expect from Fairfield for this price.
