I recently stayed at the Tru Hilton Greensboro and was very impressed with my entire experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was pleasant, welcoming, and efficient at helping customers. The common areas like the lobby and hallways were spotless, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were great - the shower had hot water and excellent pressure, and there was a nice flat screen TV with tons of channel options. The bed was comfortable and perfect for resting after long days of exploring the city. One of the best parts about this hotel is the location - it's close to so many amazing restaurants! We tried three different places that were just a short drive from the hotel: Blaze Pizza, Five Guys, and Viva Chicken. All three were delicious and offered quick service. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the Tru Hilton Greensboror during your next visit. The staff hospitality, cleanliness, and proximity to attractions make it an excellent choice. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the area. A great hotel with outstanding service!

Newer hotel that is kept clean and presentable. Rooms are nice but a little small. Beds are comfortable, and cleanliness/maintenance are both good. Water pressure is pretty weak, there was no microwave in room 121, and the refrigerator was turned off when we got there. There is an outside sitting area on the backside of the hotel but nothing like most Tru's I've stayed at lately. On a few occasions, Wednesday and Thursday, there was a clerk or cleaner outside the entrance talking loudly on her phone throughout the day.

The hotel lobby was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The mattress was really comfortable (more firm than most hotel mattresses). The complimentary breakfast was good - many choices. The only reason for a 4 rating instead of a 5 is for the price. I felt it was a little pricey for a simple hotel room.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, great shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; all in bottles - so nice! The bed was very comfortable and clean. They had a water bottle filling station and great breakfast.

The rooms were clean. The service was nice. But they tripled charged my card. Offered me nothing for the inconvenience, on vacation so triple charging me and just saying it’ll be back in 3-5 business days was not helpful. That’s a lot of money. Would not stay here again or recommend staying here.

Less than a year old, it is a beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast, which was good. Comfy beds. Water pressure could be stronger, but otherwise a great stay. Ryan and Janesa were so nice, helpful, professional and the kind of people who you want to greet you at the front!

My first stay at Tru was a very positive experience. Sound rooms, good beds, sparse but solid furnishings, ample lighting, GREAT TV, roomy bathroom, and shower with good water pressure. A great place for a good night's sleep!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone we met was wonderful. Coffee and hot chocolate are available in the lobby 24 hours a day. It is meant to be a Hilton with a lower cost as it has less amenities, there is no pool, or laundry facility. The lobby has 2 Foosball tables, games for kids to play, 2 large tv's, and small individual seats with desks. The front desk has snacks and drinks and there is a fitness center on the first floor. There is free breakfast and parking and pets are allowed. There are several additional bathrooms on the first floor which was good for us since we had 4 of us in our room with one bathroom.

Updated and clean Hilton with clean, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are very nice. The lobby has nice seating, work stations, snacks for sale, and a lot of games. Unfortunately, our room did not have a coffee machine—I’ve never seen this in a hotel. The breakfast should also be improved. The number of options was disappointing compared to other Hiltons and the cube shaped eggs were really off putting. The orange juice was all water. They should also serve bacon as an option for people who don’t like sausage. I lost a water bottle somewhere in the lobby and went to the front desk to see if someone picked it up. The woman just said “No, I don’t think so,” didn’t look around behind the counter or ask any colleagues (she wasn’t behind the counter when the bottle was lost, she came later). It would’ve been really appreciated if she’d actually checked or asked her colleagues. Overall I do recommend this hotel, we had a very nice stay in a nice room. They also gave us a late check out.

Really nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is newer so everything is very nice still. The breakfast has a few hot items as well as the usual breads and fruit. Only thing they can improve on is either emptying the garbage more often during breakfast or bringing out larger garbage cans. They were overflowing which is gross but also really hard to balance a plate and cup on top of. Housekeeping came the 3rd day of our stay which was needed and appreciated. Location is good. I’d stay here again the next furniture market.

I recently stayed at this property during my overnight stay in Greensboro. I found the hotel staff to be very welcoming and efficient with getting us checked into our room. The hotel has a very modern feel with bright colors! The rooms are spacious and extremely clean! The breakfast area has an array of hot and cold food options as well as coffee, teas, and various juices. The exterior is well lit and safe! The hotel is close to many restaurants, stores, and local universities. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Highly recommended especially if you need a handicap room. The rooms are very spacious and the accessible bathroom is big as well. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was tasty! Although the room does not have a microwave, we were still very happy. Location is perfect if you need restaurants or stores or anything. We always love Tru by Hilton and we will definitely stay here again if we are visiting.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They even gave my dog a treat when we checked out! The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be staying here again.

Clean rooms. Seemed to be a newer building. The parking lot is rather small & fills up quickly. Breakfast was nice. They offered pancakes (snazzy pancake maker), oatmeal and a few hot items. They offered coffee, tea and hot water. I appreciated the French vanilla creamer. They offered a few snack items and pre-made sandwiches, bottled water & other beverages (for purchase). The water refill station (like at the airport) was nice. My room had a mini fridge but no microwave or coffee maker. The mattress was comfortable. The king room is on the smaller side but comfort enough. Overall a nice stay. All staff I encountered were very pleasant & helpful. The location was a bit difficult to find in the dark. There is a Best Buy & many food options nearby.
