This was the worst place we have ever stayed in. We had a reservation for a first floor, no smoking room. We got there, and they gave us a second floor smoking room. My husband had to go to the store and get 3 air fresheners and decongestant medication. The room was VERY dusty. The piece de resistance was we couldn't use the toilet without getting a plunger from the office. Oh, also people were yelling in the hall ALL NIGHT. Never ever stay here.

This place was super sketch. First off, the door looked like it had been kicked in and it took some special maneuvering to open. The lock latch was broken. Most the light switches didn't work in our room. There were these weird stairs that led up into another room with a busted door knob. There was also some mysterious red stains on the floor. This place would be a big old NOPE from me.

Wow seriously the worst motel I've ever stayed in. After paying for 1 week stay. Me and my son's entered at night and was tired for the long ride. My God when I woke up from the yelling of my 4 year I didn't understand what was going on why he was histerical. I rushed him to the hospital because he said his ear was hurting but wouldn't stop crying and it had me nervous. We were supposed to go to bush gardens and water country usa. After x-ray a MRI we find out he had 2 small roaches inside his ear far in. Not 1 but 2. The scare was insane. We return to motel I showed the front desk the hospital discharge paperwork stating it was roaches in his ear that entered while he was asleep. They denied refund and as I went back in motel room to get my stuff to go elsewhere roaches all over my kids and my food from the night before but I mean a lot of them. In the process of trying to get my money back as well as my son's hospital bill paid. The owner was rude to us n just walked away and entered room in the back. No cops were called just simply packed my stuff and got different hotel room. Do not bring children to motel I advise all parents.

when i came to get a room i asked for a room with two beds because i had kids, they gave a key after i paid 50$ FOR A NIGHT just to find out the room only had one bed. So i go back down to the office to let them know they gave me the wrong room and then they gave me a key to another room that was infested with roaches, they were in the fridge, the microwave, the sheets of the bed and all over the walls, and the room smelled like mold. i dont understand how theyre even still in business thats sick.

bed bugs big as my thumb roaches in the bathtub and they threw out some of our stuff while “cleaning” including a social security card and an ID. front desk won’t answer but I doubt we’ll get them back even if he does. Door wouldn’t open with the room key on the second night and nobody would come to the desk, plus the phone in the lobby doesn’t work so we couldn’t call them down. Had to spend the night in our car and a roach pulled up on us in the parking lot talkin bout “nice watch”. Don’t stay here

If I could a no star rating, I would. This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Beds are rock hard. Bathroom is filthy. Air conditioning doesn't work. Some of the scum of the Earth are living here. Cigarette butts in the halls. Manager is rude, disrespectful, and speaks terrible English. The people who live here are even worse and probably all have a criminal record. If you absolutely have to stay here, get a police escort to make sure you get between your car and your room alive. Also, be on the lookout for drug dealers in the parking lot. There are confirmed gangs here!!!

It was the worst part of my trip to Williamsburg. Bed was hard, bathroom ceiling was licking water from upstairs all night long (I am still not sure if it was water because the bathroom was stinky). TV didn’t work, the appearance of the building inside was dirty, scary, and dark. Also, at the entrance of the building where I had to stay there were a deposit of trash bags sitting right at the main door. On top of that, people sat blocking the entrance to smoke. It was a scary situation just to look from outside this building. Honestly, I didn’t get any sleep just thinking that someone was going to break into my room. As people say: you get what you pay. If $78.00 per night is considered cheap than I guess you get a cheap place. My recommendation is to pay a bit extra and get a cozy place where you don’t put yourself under the stress and bad experience during your vacation.

Stayed one night. Very large room and pretty clean to the eye but not sure how deeply clean it is. General Manager was nice others were not so much. Did see a few white spots on the floor and did not care much for the smell. It sort of smelt like a fruity vapor used for electric cigarettes but a little sickening. Had to ask for more towels and no pillows or sheets on or for pull out sleeper. It was night time and front desk people act as if no one could give us any to use because it was after 8 and only one person was working the front desk. Its good as far as size but I kind of feel that I could have gotten a better hotel for the price though. I would try all other options before settling for this one next time. But please avoid motel 6 on Richmond Road. Motel 6 was nasty all over, smelled terrible, little tacks holding ragged furniture together. Very nasty pillows covers and sheets. This one is better than motel 6.
