My experience at Super 8 was horrible! The only thing that was decent was the sink & the mirror! I did not feel comfortable sleeping under their sheets, so I slept on top of them instead. Their sheets and blankets that were provided were not appealing. Cable was an issue as well. After complaining three times about this issue, assistance finally came 😑. $182.00 is overpriced for a room in those conditions. Only one lamp worked out of three. Just pitiful! Remodeling is definitely needed!!!

The people working the desk from dayside and evening shift are great. I haven't had any interaction with the overnight shift. The rooms are filthy, the fridge does not work and is filthy and a sheet has what books to be blood on it. Which would have taken this grossness out. Crud lines the walls where the rock meets the wall. There is hair in the tub, and the doors are dirty. The song alarm appears to be falling apart. The decor is very 70 / 80s style, with a popcorn ceiling. The curtains are falling down and they have visible yuck on them. It is a place to lie my head down. There are holes right behind the bed, with my not knowing what the visible crud is greatly concerning m we with my children and I are breathing in. My rating is based solely on the sanitation and cleanliness being unsatisfactory.

Mattress was dirty, the bathroom look like it had not been cleaned and several weeks the floor had not been vacuumed there were no ashtrays in a smoking in the switches for the lights didn't work spots where the paint was peeling off of the ceiling multiple spots. Wow the staff was very polite when we first got there they were very not so polite as we were leaving recliners sitting out on the walkway banging on walls or doors from different tenants throughout the night. The rooms look nothing like the pictures they're dark and dingy

So the room smelled horrible... Like stale cigarettes and we had a no smoking room. We didn't get towels or anything and when we called about it, we got two towels. I had 4 people, dude. The bathroom was dirty, there was some residue left on the night stand from one of the previous occupants that wasn't cleaned. The beds were comfortable, though and we took advantage of the refrigerator in the room. There's also a microwave in the room along with a coffee pot, which had terrible coffee. They have an outdoor pool. The breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit, coffee, juice, mini donuts, and frozen waffles in their tiny front office. Go to Hardee's next door, trust me. I paid 90 bucks for my family just to sleep here and I kind of feel cheated.

Very unpleased! I understand that cheap things aren’t always nice, but my room was something else. They had leaks and cracks in the shower and over the bed, the door didn’t close all the way unless you locked both locks, and one of the chairs had mold on it. I didn’t touch the bed but I’m sure it was nasty too. I was supposed to be staying there for two night, in stead I was there for TWO HOURS and in those two hours I was trying to get my money back, I was in room #128. When I did try to cancel I still had to pay for one night even though I didn’t stay. When I went to talk to the front office they said that I needed to call the headquarters of Super 8. The lady on the phone said to just charge me $20 but the man in the office said no and that he’d only charge one night instead of two, even though it still wasn’t right. The lady at the headquarters said that she was going to report him being that I didn’t stay. Ps, the only reason I gave them a one star was because I couldn’t post without it.

You know it had to have been bad if I ended up choosing to sleep in my car rather than the motel room. Consider this your warning. Upon first inspection, the room seemed very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I don't think they have ever actually vacuumed the carpets either because boy oh boy did my dust allergies act up like crazy. It was so bad that I couldn't breathe and had to go sleep in my car. The toilet was grimy and had a toilet ring. Shower fixtures were rusty. Worse of all, the sheets, blankets, and towels appeared to be overused to the point where they were unable to perform their fundamental function (keep you warm/absorb water). For the love of God, please replace the towels and blankets! I also found other people's hair in my sheets. The chairs were dingy and really wobbly as well. The room also lacked shampoo and tissues. Basically, all you got were two measly bar soaps. The Wifi was rather spotty and kept cutting in and out or wouldn't let you connect even with the correct password. On top of all that, the "free" breakfast consisted of just really bad coffee. Apparently, the breakfast food was all gone by the time we got there (8:45AM), and the manager didn't replenish the food. Last complaint is the motel is located very close to the railroad so trains come blaring through every few hours throughout the night. It's so loud that I jumped each time. I'm surprised this place is still afloat considering how atrocious the living conditions are. The owners seriously need to renovate and stop being so cheap! Get some new linens, add some basic amenities to the room, and replace breakfast food when it runs out. Most importantly, try doing a better job CLEANING and VACUUMING!

Stayed there for three nights. The staff was nice but there were problems in that the TV didn't work and had to get someone to fix it, which they did. The shower controls were very difficult to regulate and when standing in the tub it felt like you might break through it cracked so much. Had to ask for clean towels the first day and the second day they never brought towels until late afternoon. The price was doubled from Thursday night to Friday night, which I thought was excessive.

The room was not what I would call clean and pleasant. The sheets on the bed were clean, but there was mold on the end of the mattress. The parking structure was under the motel, which had noticable water damage. The train is so close that it sounded like it was going to go right through our room. The staff was friendly, but the breakfast consisted of cereal, frozen waffles, and Hostess brand doughnuts. I would not recommend this motel.

🫤 I really like this place people are nice and actually look out for one another. Then the tourists come and they kick you out because they make more money on the day rate. Gotta wonder about folks that take your money 9 months out of the year then kick you to the curb when the tourist show up.
