Easy location near I 40 and great restaurants nearby. West of Greensboro. High Point area has lots of retail shopping too. Hotel is clean and easy free parking. Breakfast was fresh and good selection with choice of yogurts, fruit, great coffee and silk milk, cereals, pastry assortment, scrambled eggs, and an assortment of breakfast croissant/egg/cheese sandwich for to go and Jimmy Deans sausage/egg/ cheese wrapped to go as well. And they fed us at 9:15 am which is 15 minutes past closing- thought that was nice of them🙌 We stayed here before and had a good stay. So when work offered to pay for us to come to this area we asked for this location again. We must pay for the first night with personal funds and work pays the other nights. So, we were charged $139.00 plus regular taxes...Fair Price! Everyone was nice and helpful. Room is spacious with sofa and desk, large TV with swivel wall hanger so you can watch TV from sofa or bed, refrigerator/ microwave/coffee maker...modern newer building, carpet and best of all great bed with nice new bedding and lots of pillows. Workout room and inside pool. .. Conference space was available too. Thank you. We will stay here again.

I think this place was overpriced! Front night desk clerk was rude! The pool is super cold! The deck around the pool is super slick! Not only did my granddaughter fall three times and hit her head my boyfriend almost slipped and fall as well!! When I said something to the night clerk she was extremely rude!! I asked for spoons she was rude about getting them! The room however was cute and I like how it was separated! Also not very kid friendly with just the showers! I'd say to many hotels in the area and I would choose somewhere else! Also when I ask d her for directions she never gave me those either!

I have a complaint in regards to our room cleanliness. Upon laying down in the bed for the night my sister turned over and discovered blood in our sheets. I complained to the night staff and unfortunately there were no additional rooms available so we had to stay in our room. She did send up additional sheets for us to use in which at that point it was after 1 am and we had no choice but to stay. The next morning I spoke with the front desk staff and she was very apologetic and also new to the team so she needed to speak with management. That person did not even take the time to come out and say anything to us. He said because we received a military discount all he could do is give us some Marriott points. We have a military discount because we sacrificed our lives for this country. That should not be a means of punishment in regards to a complaint. Although I know that was not the right course of action I felt that was needed for this matter, I accepted the points knowing that I would need to write the corporate office. I feel that with the climate we are living in now and all of the diseases that are being spread around (ie. monkeypox, STDs, etc.) and blood and bodily fluids bring that main source of that spread more should have been done. I feel as though he as the manager could have taken 30 seconds off his time to come out and hear my concerns. I had my infant son laying on that bed and crazy as it may sound all of us have had a stomach bug since leaving. I am not a happy patron and feel as though a training is needed for that management staff on how to properly handle certain situations with guest. I wasn't complaining about towels or food accommodations I was complaining about BLOOD ON MY BED. I am still very upset.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Check in and out was super easy. When you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly front desk staff and a clean fresh fragrant and modern lobby. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in a king) with their own seating areas and workstations that are separate from the sleeping space. The bathrooms are all upgraded with a huge walk in glass door shower, modern fixtures, and a large granite vanity sink with space for all your guests toiletries without feeling crowded or looking messy. The mounted lavender and eucalyptus shampoo, conditioner & body wash were delightful - eliminating the need to have housekeeping replenish during our stay. There is a large smart TV with tons of channels on a swivel arm that adjusts so you can watch from anywhere in the room. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was not an outlet or a USB port on both sides of the bed, so one of us had to use an outlet in a different location to charge our devices over night. Not a deal breaker but not something I would have expected with all the other upgrades and modern renovations. Maybe this was isolated to our room. Who knows. They have an indoor pool & fitness center which we saw but didn’t use this trip. A Hot breakfast with the addition of prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and an amazing nut, seed & fruit topping station for oatmeal or yogurt bowls provided something for everyone. There was even a fully stocked lobby bar where we enjoyed drinks and sports on the large screen TV. If you are traveling to the Greensboro NC area make this your hotel stay choice.

This hotel was very nice. It was close to the Greensboro airport and a variety of restaurants and fast food. The staff was friendly and the rooms were pretty clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

I cannot stress enough how horrible this hotel is (it’s really the manager and one other guy). The customer service was awful(and I’ve seen the worst of the worst but these people made the bad experiences look great in comparison)! The manager was rude, disrespectful, unkind, unhelpful, and honestly was racist. Lots of passive aggressive comments then just straight aggressiveness. I believe her name is Rachel? She has blonde hair and is high up in the manager status. The rooms were clean, and the crazy part is the rest of the staff besides one other guy was great! It’s a shame that two people can ruin the whole experience. Rachel didn’t allow the kind people to help us, she insisted that she take control and demanded them around instead of asking. How you treat your staff as a leader is always very telling to me. I have a service dog with a service dog vest, service papers that describe her services which also show that she is a trained service animal. They refused to look at the papers or accept her as a service animal and charged us with a $200 fee. This is illegal in every state in the union. If that isn’t enough, they told us “you people” (a racial slur) to clear the room in the next 20 mins, leave the property, and threatened to call the police even though we were calmly handling the situation. It was definitely a Karen bbq Becky all in one type of scenario. Being a teacher, I’m used to seeing all types of behaviors, but nothing like this. Do yourself a favor and save your money! Don’t stay at this hotel especially if you are someone of color or an ally for POC.

This was a very clean, capacious hotel. The room was clean and modern. 5 of us slept without any problems. AC actually worked on a super hot day. Breakfast was excellent. You have a variety of options from self-serve hot food to cereals, breads and beverages. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly. I am saving this hotel into my favorites.

Refused to give my 19 year old a room after his flight home from college was cancelled despite my husband providing credit card and credentials as a loyal Marriott Rewards member on eve of Thanksgiving. This is incredibly poor customer service by Marriott. Had to get him an Uber to another hotel which apparently had no problem providing him with a room. Will not be renewing or staying here again on our visits.

Called to ask if my wife can take her emotional support dog. Not allowed, so I will give one star. Never had that happen at any SpringHill Suites. I am a Platinum Elite member and spend a lot of nights in Marriotts. Would have probably been a nice stay.

Omg I was surprised I found a I believe she 16-17 year old girl worker at the hotel pregnant my daughter spoke to her and she said she is a few months pregnant working with her mother this is unbelievable how is the hotel manager going to allow a under age minor work pregnant she says she 20 but my daughter told her that is a lie that’s when the young ladie said she is 16-17 and the mother allowed her daughter go work pregnant without going to school for couple years this is unbelievable the manager needs to look into the people who he hires even if their working with fake ID or not he needs to make sure I feel so sorry about this young ladie and that she runs up and down she may not look pregnant to you guys but me as a mother I know and so did my daughter I’m sorry but I am shocked

I was in the area for a couple nights attending a company training event. I had an amazing stay thanks to the staff at this location. The rooms were spacious and clean! And the amenities were spot on as well! Also, special s/o to Ms. Marissa Mass who offered a nice smile and warm welcome as I entered the facility. She was extremely accommodating and she recommended a t 5 stars for this establishment, I know exactly where I’ll be staying anytime I’m in the Greensboro area! Keep up the great work! 👍🏽 👌🏾

We stayed from 6/7-6/10. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean, newer and very safe. The rooms were quiet and we didn't have any outside noise. The breakfast was good food, restocked clearly and the cleaning staff was immaculate, especially during breakfast. I would stay in this hotel again!

If you’re looking for a nice hotel close to the Greensboro Airport then stay here! Rooms are very clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly. Good location not to far from shopping centers and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days during the Thanksgiving holiday and we enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly! Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable!! I stayed here with one of my friends and we felt very safe in this area. Close to the highway so you’re close to the airport, Greensboro coliseum, etc. There are also a lot of restaurants about 5 minutes away!

We just wish the couch and desk chair was more comfortable, otherwise the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also the breakfast was good.

A very clean hotel, the rooms were nice. Convenient location to the airport and 20 mins from the Truist Stadium. Pool was crystal clear even with JO's going on. However the breakfast has no meat. The breakfast wasn't very big in general. If your vegan it wouldn't bother you, but if you love meat all they have are omlettes, waffles, blueberry scones and muffins. And of course cereal, but no meat. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, just be aware of the breakfast. Also despite the hotel being near the airport, you can't hear the planes takeoff and land unless your outside. That means the walls aren't paper thin.

Springhill Suites at the Greensboro Airport was great. The staff was ALL courteous and kind. The design of the suite was very efficient. More hotels need to review your design. It was a genius idea to have a storage rack on the a/c unit. It did not take away from cooling the room at all. We were staying at the hotel for a wedding so they were handling a large group and every employee and manager was terrific. The only downfall and it does not take away from the 5* review was they did not have the ACC network and we were unable to watch the NC State / Florida State game! Go Noles! Thanks.

Great hotel, super friendly staff. Perfect location for dining. The hotel was extremely clean and even had a small bar which was nice after a long day of work. This is my new go to when heading to Greensboro. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was clean. Breakfast was good! Closet was awesome to have. Bed was so hard. Made for some rough sleep. We didn't have hot water for a quite a while,(half of our stay)and we had 5 people and 3 towels.

Britney at the front desk was the absolute best! She was able to, last minute, get our huge group 5 rooms at 11pm and was so gracious to us! The rooms are clean and spacious, well definitely stay here again!!

What an oasis! after driving several long days and staying at some not so pleasant hotels, this Springhill suites was an oasis of rest for us. Greeted by a very nice evening Clark and also being helped in the morning by a cherry staff really made it extra special. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had many options. We utilize the laundry which, although they are nice size commercial washer and dryer they do need to be cleaned. All in all I would put this as a definite repeat stay if we ever come back through Greensboro!

Very nice and clean hotel. Normally no issues however today, no hot water in the morning and when I went to leave the hotel attendant was sitting asleep in front of the TV in the lobby. I woke him up. I would stay here again however.
