I’ll start with the positive - and that was the staff. Each staff member that we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Beyond that, I have nothing nice to say. This hotel does not come close comparing to other Drurys we have stayed at. As others mentioned in reviews, the parking lot is a little shady if coming in late. When we got to our room, upon checking the beds for cleanliness, I found hair. I called the front desk, and they did switch our rooms, but the second wasn’t much better. Thankfully there was no hair in our bed, but the carpet was some of the most filthy and grimy that I have ever seen. The walls were just as dirty. We stored our food and my daughters medication, in what we assumed was a working refrigerator, wrong! Our stuff was ruined. It ran, but didn’t keep anything cold. I am honestly not sure how this place has so many positive reviews as it is in serious need of updating and deep cleaning.

If you are in a city with a Drury Inn, book it! For the quality and the perks it is a definite bargain. The Greensboro hotel is super clean, very nice and in a great, convenient location. They offer free dinner and breakfast. Dinner also comes with two free drinks per person. If you have kids they will love the free popcorn and soda offered in the afternoon. The staff here is incredible! Miracle, who works in the food area is the sweetest! She will make sure you have everything that you need. The manager Michael, checks on people several times during their meals. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Room and pool were nice, the highlight was the amazing customer service given by Riss and Heather. My wife forgot an important earring and didn’t realize it until we were two hours away. So we called and Riss went into the room and got the earring and put it in the safe and Heather got it out in the mail the next day. Two days later it arrived packaged really well and they both had great communication throughout the whole experience.

Excellent Hotel. Kept very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Staff are always pleasant and so helpful. We had a minor problem with the refrigerator. Staff came immediately to fix it and brought a bag of ice to put our food in while waiting for refrigerator to cool down. I left my hat in the breakfast room. Staff kept it behind the desk until I came down to retrieve it. And the food is excellent. They serve both a free hot buffet breakfast every morning and a free hot buffet supper every evening. Not only would I stay there again, in the future I will look for Drury Hotels wherever I go.

I really like the consistency of Drury Inns. The quiet rooms, same breakfast, dinner and drinks, room layout, large number of tv channels, etc . At this hotel I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness . Our room was on the fifth floor. The hallway on that floor needed to be vacuumed badly. The tile in the elevator and outside the elevator on the fifth floor was filthy. Our room needed to be vacuumed better too. But the rest of the room was clean. The first floor of the hotel seemed much cleaner.

Our girls travel soccer team stayed here this past weekend. I cannot express how impressed we all were with this hotel. The food was hot, tasty and just what we all needed. Plenty of options to choose from both at breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. The girls really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the game. The parents enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the lounge area where we could all come together and talk. The service from the employees at this hotel was beyond amazing! Always a smile and prompt attention to our every need. This was our first time staying at a Drury but it will not be our last.

I never leave reviews for hotels, but I had to for the Drury. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the food was great. They have a full continental breakfast and dinner with a full bar (2 drinks). The food wasn't anything fancy, but classic southern comfort food. There's even popcorn and a coffee bar open all day. One of my favorite hotel experiences! Only complaint I have is that the gym is pretty small

Had to get a hotel for one night that would accommodate my sons dog. The pet fee was affordable compared to others in the area. The hotel was clean and rooms could use some updating but overall were clean and acceptable. The hotel does not have a bar HOWEVER, each guest gets 2 drink tickets a free buffet style dinner! We woke up too late for breakfast and I didn't get to the gym either. Its small but definitely allows you to get in a quick workout if you wanted one. Front desk staff member was pleasant and helpful. Overall satisfied!

It wasn't bad, I had a woman approach me for money. This place would be perfect it was located elsewhere. Good breakfast, good services. The lady that manages the cafeteria is outstanding!

I have stayed here before and will probably stay here again. The room was a little dingy, the breakfast was really good but be careful if you walk outside of the property. I was approached twice by some pretty bad people while I was walking my dog. I'm a big strong man but it shook me a little bit. The other thing is that there's a constant smell of Marijuana in and around the building. I don't smoke so that was bothering me also. The hotel is good. I just wish that it was in a better place. I was there before Covid and it was s much better then

Clean rooms! The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Nice view! uber ride away from Coliseum. Not the softest bed and the A.C was a little loud. But i honestly did not mind since the room was clean and nice. Our room had lot’s of mirrors. Shower and bathroom very clean!

I recently stayed here at the Drury Inn for work in the area. I arrived rather late in the evening, and I agree with another post that the parking is shady. Zaria at the front desk was very kind and efficient with checking me in. I booked an upper level king but was given a room on the second floor, no big deal until I walked into the room and it reeked of smoke. I immediately walked out and returned to the front desk where Zaria apologized and upgraded my room for the inconvenience. The new room was a King suite and was very spacious but hot! It eventually cooled down but I’m not sure how up to date the system is. There was also a faint unpleasant smell from the A/C,maybe mildew. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable! The GM also left a note with a snack gift bag the next day apologizing for the room inconvenience which I thought was nice. The breakfast was okay…nothing to brag about. My biggest rave goes to Ms.Nicole!!! She is absolutely amazing! I would stay again if I have to return to the area for work.

We stayed here at the end of June for a week. Other than slightly slow Wi-Fi at times (not bad enough to be a huge deal), everything was great!! The price was very reasonable for what you got. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast and (free) supper were great. The AC worked very well. The staff was always super nice and always smiling. It’s one of my most favorite hotels, ever. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Rooms were immaculate. Service surpassed everyone's expectations. Breakfast and dinner included. Popcorn, coffee and softdrinks available all day. Pool was inside and ouside. Would highly recommend.

We were at the Drury Inn for 3 nights waiting out Hurricane Ian. I will also add that we were in a number of hotels on this trip, most of them to try to get home to Fla. The staff here was beyond exceptional. I want to mention people's names that continued to look out for us at every turn. Thanks to Lamonte, Laura, and Nova. They're all instrumental in us feeling welcome and comfortable. This hotel is exceptionally clean, polite and well managed. Thank you! If I'm ever in Greensboro to stay the night, I will only stay at this Drury Inn.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, even with the hotel being pet friendly. The breakfast and dinner were nice. I just wish that they had more of a variety or additional option for people who don’t eat beef or pork but all in all, I will be returning as a in-state staycation get away.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I got two hours of sleep at best last night. Lets start with the smell. if you walked into a musty old bar. It smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. The air unit is so loud with random noises. However it saved me two hours of sleep when people started to wake at 5:00. You can hear EVERYTHING in the halls. I would avoid a room near the lobby at all costs. The area between the floor and door lets in so much light and sound, its as if your behind a curtain only. As for the worst parts of my experience, someone tried to open my door four times throughout the night. I would hear the door handled being pulled down on. My husband heard it too and checked to make sure the interior lock was secured. With the large crack at the bottom I would have thought I would have heard or seen someone in front of my door. Especially if it was a rascal kid. On the mysterious note, there was a very loud and variable humming/singing noise until after 3am behind the wall of our bed. Unmistakable human humming voice. However the room was the last one in that hall. Although the breakfast was decent, I would not recommend the hotel. It’s dated, smells, there is no privacy, and its far from peaceful.

The staff was very friendly, they even had fresh popcorn in the lobby. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. They had a restaurant in the hotel that seemed nice however there were so many options around the hotel to eat. Added bonus it’s very close to the Greensboro coliseum.

I’ll say this the staff are so so kind here. From the moment we arrived everyone was so nice. The man who checked us in was incredibly helpful and friendly, the lady who served drinks at dinner time was so kind and personable and even the night time desk person was so sweet. Even the rooms I have zero complaints absolutely nothing negative I can say about the staff or rooms. The only things is the pools. We were so excited but it was a bit dirty and smelled bad. Which is a completely easy fix. So minus that it’s practically perfect.

During my couple months of stay here the staff was very kind to me and helpful with anything I needed. Housekeeping was also very nice and were respectful about my belongings. Overall great experience I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly and room/ hall was quiet. Checking in and out was also a breeze. Thank you the staff and housekeeping! The hotel is perfect for a quick stay while on business or just taking a brief break while traveling.

The Drury never seems to disappoint. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Brooms were clean. Common spaces were clean. We enjoyed the evening dinner that was offered for free. I've never eaten at the Drury before during their evening wind down, but I have to admit it was pretty good and filling. Drury is our go-to

Our family stayed here over the weekend and it lived up to all the great reviews! The staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious, plenty of hot water with good pressure, and the kids enjoyed the free popcorn. Considering the convenient location and great perks, it felt like a great deal. We would be happy go back whenever we visit Greensboro.

It’s clean. Friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere. Great access to local food nearby. Great shuttle ride to High Point market. Food suggestions- Many options for hotel breakfast. The kickback/happy hour was fun with appetizers and drinks. Beds are comfortable. Popeyes in the parking lot was great and Daryl’s was under staffed but good food.

We had an excellent two night stay while in town for the weekend. Hotel was extremely clean, and staff was so nice. The rooms were surprisingly spotless (and fur free) for a pet friendly hotel. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant, smiling and eager to please the guests. Zahria at the front desk deserves a special shout out. She was especially kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed at Greensboro location as our first stay at a Drury Inn and it has sold us on this hotel chain! Loved our stay! 5:30 kickback meal was wonderful and their breakfast was stellar! The staff were friendly and attentive. Room comfortable and clean. Definitely will pick this hotel again in future!!!

This place was amazing!! They had free popcorn and fountain drinks for the guest and the dinner was great too! The staff did a good job. Very hospitable. Rooms were clean, pool and lobby was clean. Can’t wait for breakfast in the morning 😊😊.

The friendliest staff we've ever encountered at a hotel! Which includes every staff member we engaged with over a 3-day stay. All the extra perks during our stay were great, breakfast, popcorn, dinner and drinks. An extra shout out to Miracle, she's a gem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn and Suites. The room was decently clean and well supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was nice for to weary travelers. The staff was helpful and accommodating to any need or question we had. It is an older hotel but maintained. We would stay here again.

I can't say enough positive things about the Drury Hotel! Exceptional cleanliness everywhere was noted, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I felt very safe during my 3 night stay. All the staff I encountered were very courteous, helpful and willing to address any needs or requests. The thing about the Drury is that you definitely won't go hungry! The breakfast buffet featured sausage, gravy, biscuits, seasoned potatoes, eggs and more. My only disappointment at breakfast were grits in a pack you prepare with hot water...in other words no real grits in a southern establishment! The surprise food was another buffet for dinner, which included 2 alcoholic beverages, using beverage tickets given at check in. The buffet changed nightly, but the pork BBQ with baked beans, and potato was my favorite. The chili was good as well. Soft drinks are available anytime of day, as well as popcorn for a snack. You definitely won't go hungry here! And all this food is included in your room fee. I probably gained 10 pounds during my stay, and would definitely stay in a Drury again if given the opportunity!

This may have been one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Every member of the staff was exceedingly friendly. The provided meals were much larger and tasty than any "complimentary" meals I could have imagined. The room was a nice standard hotel room. No complaints. The hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool were a surprise and made the stay even more enjoyable. The real stars of this visit were (as other reviews have mentioned) Miracle and Michael. These 2 were hard at work every time I saw them during my visit (to include Christmas eve and day) their friendliness and just general demeanor were wonderful and their hospitality and personalities set a bar I'm not certain I'll ever see met again. My hat is off and my gratitude is extended to these 2. In the event that I ever find myself back that way again, I will absolutely stay here again.

Room was clean and accommodated our large family. It was a nice surprise they included dinner and breakfast. I was impressed for a hotel and the kids loved it. The pool area is nice though the pool needed some attention. We were visiting during a state wrestling tournament so there were tons of kids in and out of the pool. Hard to keep up with that level of traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. We will be back.
