    This location is going down hill. The staff is very friendly and appreciative but I am tired of not getting everything I need in the bag and paid for. Ordered large fries and 8 out of 10 times I get a medium portion. Plus no straw and most of the time the condiments are wrong. Especially on large orders. Come on… this isn’t McDonald’s…

    Ordered through uber, they had given my food to the wrong person. My driver arrived not too long after I placed the order and they claimed it was already picked up. Driver showed them the app and I was even on the phone with the driver to confirm and they refused to provide my order stating I had to deal with uber even though they were the ones who gave my order out to someone random without checking the details. Called the store twice to try and talk to the manager myself and was unable to reach anyone. An hour of trying to trouble shoot ended up being wasted. Zero customer service. Don't order from this location or you will end up wasting your time with no food received.

    This is a joke, right? I wish. I haven’t eaten any fries yet. I keep thinking a large will come with an actually large amount of fries, but this keeps happening. The fries don’t come above the front rim. Great people, great staff, super friendly, but I come for the food. Give people the amount of food they ordered.

    Went through to try the new Pimento Cheese Sandwich. I received a regular chicken sandwich with jalapeños. no pimento cheese at all like the picture shows. They were closed by the time we got home, so can’t even call to try to fix it.

    Fries were not hot and very soggy! Also, they were barely full and I ordered a large. What is the purpose of ordering a large and paying more if I am going to get a medium size? I called to the store multiple times and I all I got offered was some points on my app! Like that’s going to make a difference. You guys need to do better.

    Chick fila used to be known for their customer service and accountability. Last 2 times I've been to this location an entire meal was missing out of the bag both times and when I called to tell them I didn't even get an apology. Just well you have 10 days to get the meal you paid for that we didn't bother to put in your bag. Thanks a lot. Need to have McDonald's prices with that type of service.

    I am beyond annoyed. I placed a mobile delivery order for two salads and a combo meal. One salad was not delivered but they put the condiments for both salads in the bag. I called the store twice but no answer. I then went to the store. I advised the cashier of my issue. I ended up waiting 40 MINUTES for a salad. This is unacceptable. I will be calling to request a full refund once I can get someone to answer the phone or a manager is actually available.

    I'd have given a higher review but lately the last few months this chik fila hasn't been what it once was I was there yesterday and then this morning and spent 30 on breakfast well the food wasn't like it needed to be coming from chik fila and I'm not being picky by any means I've ate at this location for 15 plus years and I hope the food goes back to normal.

    I usually love everything about my visit here, but my experience on Saturday 8-26 was different. Connor, the young man who took my order in the drive thru, was goofing around with the other employees in the line, was borderline rude and got my order incorrect. Usually the employees are so well spoken and respectful, I’m not sure why this young man had such a poor attitude.

    went to pick up, my dr pepper was absolutely waterdowned and i asked her if i could have chikfala sauce she said yes and never came out to give me the sauce. I waited 20 minutes then came in and got my own sauce and she was standing and doing nothing.

    The drive through line did not take long to go through and the service and food were excellent. It's just hard to believe a #1 combo costs over $10 now! It's just chicken! I can easily spend a few more bucks and eat at a nicer sit down restaurant.

    I want to start this by adding that I’ve never had an issue with this location up to this point. However, today I made an online order while at work. After placing the order, I realized that I put the wrong address. I called and asked if they could change the address, and I was told that I would have to cancel my order and re-order with the new address because they could not cancel any orders on their end. I decided to wait it out, and let the building next door know that they would receive a Chick-fil-A order for me. Time went by with no updates on the app, so I called back to get an update, only to find out that my order was in fact cancelled internally. I am mainly frustrated because of the miscommunication. I could have re-ordered my food and been done with it, but because of the false information, I completely missed lunch. Even after explaining all of this, I was not offered any accommodations or explanation other than “I can only tell you what I see on my screen”. Just a frustrating situation overall.

    The renovations look great! Such a lovely Chick-fil-A location with very nice employees, clean tables, clean bathrooms, and great service. Had a wonderful morning there over breakfast today.

    I LOVE Chic-Fil-A, but there are some very ill tempered people at the High Point Brian Gordon store. On December 29th I put in my usual $40 order that I get about once a week or so and Hubby picked it up from the drivethru. When we started to unpack the bag I noticed a macaroni and cheese we didn’t order. After all the items were removed from the bag, we realized the 12 piece grilled nuggets were missing. I suppose this could have been an oversight because let’s be honest, they come in the same type of containers so if one wasn’t paying attention (didn’t look at the label or the contents) perhaps this could happen. When I phoned the store, I was told by a nice manager if I could return right away it could be rectified. I couldn’t as our GrandTwins were at the house and the store is a good 20 minutes away. So I was then told I would need to return within two weeks. Why couldn’t the amount be refunded to my app since that is how I ordered? When I was able to return to the store today and explained the experience, the cashier went to manager “Chris” and he came over in an annoyed huff. Dude, my day was going great until not only was I made to show the picture attached, but pull up the order on my app and prove I ordered a 12 piece nugget. Seriously? Of all the crazy things for someone to ever consider being dishonest about, you want to assume and challenge a 12 piece grilled nugget on a $40 order? I will be taking my business to Kernersville. I hope anyone else that has been treated this way will consider the same. Check your bag and items before heading home. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service! 🙄

    Chick-fil-A is always good. I wish they would bring back the chicken salad sandwiches. I think it would be nice to have chicken taco too. I think it's time to introduce a new dipping sauce,,,like mango. Just a suggestion.

    My order was correct, food hot and delicious. BUT. . They don't put enough waffle fries in the container. When I pay for 2 large waffle fried I want them filled past the bottom line. I had to look down in the container to see how much was in there and it wasn't enough.

    I might as well go to McDonald's or Burger King cause this chick fil A use to be high quality and i dont mind the long lines in drive thru if i get good food in the end but now the fries i might get two waffle and the rest is end pieces and crumbs, the nuggets are old and just warm ( they have a button they press for fresh nuggets) all should be fresh. My last straw is i ordered A grilled chicken no let no tom add pickles well got to work and the writing on the box was right but inside was chicken with lettuce and tomato no pickles and the hardest bread ever( got pics) Sad for the price of the food everything should be top notch.. Burger King momma's coming back home baby... 😢 Why i cant add my picture of the chicken i got?oh and i got charged .30 for a splash of lemonade in my tea!! Really you need money that bad..Why i can't upload pictures?

    This is a super busy location of Chick-fil-A. We were there at 3:00 in the afternoon and it was packed so it was pretty noisy in the dining room. The food seems pretty expensive these days but the quality is still high.

    Not sure what happened to this place but I got raw chicken a few months ago and haven't gotten fresh fries from here in awhile. Is your fryer not working properly or are you simply ok delivering over priced soggy food that doesn't even fill up the container its supposed to go in. Get it together

    Love Chick-fil-A. By far the best quality, service than any other fast food. I just wish the chicken salad and slaw were back on their menu. Wondering when location in High Point, NC , North Main will open back up from remodeling. Thanks Chick-fil-A for being the best!

    Never had a horrible experience but for some reason at this location I always do. They seem to always be in a hurry when I place my order in the drive thru and when I get to the window the lady is ALWAYS MOODY. Kinda over this location. This time they messed up my order again and when I finally got my sandwich it was not right and the bready was stale...

    There food is always good but the drive through is probably the worst of any that I visit. Multiple reasons: I've sat behind vehicles after receiving my food for up to 12 minutes while the ones in front still waiting for there's. Also I've had 4-5 cars come in after me and one lane move through while ours sit

    I haven't found a Chick-fil-A yet that's not good, and with that said this one is no different. Friendly and professional staff that attempts to over achieve and they do. Food is prepared fresh and hot. Very good store.

    Let's be honest. Everyone does a chicken sandwich now but this place is still the gold standard. I wish the chicken sandwich was larger but that is probably more of a personal problem. The flavor of said chicken sandwich is always perfect. This location is always packed and because it is in the parking lot of a popular crowded retail behemoth it is even more crowded. The parking lot is way too small and the drive thru is always packed and cars not using the drive thru are restricted to only one side but they get you in and out quickly. Tried this honey roasted bbq sauce for first time and I have to say 'winner winner chicken dinner'!..... Or chicken sandwich.

    Incompetent!!! Needs better workers, spent 55.00 on food and had missing items. Had to go in three times and my order was still wrong!! How hard is it to make a grilled chicken sandwich??? Ended up asking for a refund won’t be back to this location.

    Pulled into drive through at 10:25, at 10:35 the worker asked for my order. I asked for a chicken burrito and was told breakfast ended at 10:30. It was not my fault it took so long for them to take my order. So, I was stuck waiting in the drive through with no order to get.

    Saturday night food tasted like some crayola crayons & sandwich had no temperature. So I called back 2 times. First girl I told I didn't get the receipt & wrong drink. She was kind on phone even though I was upset. The salad looked like half was missing out of it. My strips had no temp not even warm. I was upset. Then I called back to say I was bringing everything back. The lead Brian was on the phone talking to me with an attitude. Did not try to resolve issue. I cussed in my sentence but nothing directed to him & my voice was same from beginning of the call till end. He claims he didn’t know what I was talking about & not to talk in my tone then hung up on me. So I called right back. But even after bringing all the food back & drink. They gave me back a better looking salad but gave me the wrong thing again. I now have nuggets instead of the 4 strips I brought back. Then I was told by Brian to go to side door I refused but he insisted. Drove around waiting on a side salad & chicken strips. He came up to door & said we are closed. He will bring food out. I told him I do not want to talk to him after speaking with him on the phone. The lady was handling me anyway. He wanted the last word, I felt. They claimed food wasn't ready at window & I waited like 4 minutes outside. The food was warm nothing fresh out of frying grease. I knew they were just being difficult. The service & food has gone down a lot.

    I despise having to tell my name to get food...and I would like to see a menu. I don't know why people are trying to reinvent a system that worked fine. I just wanna look at the menu and tell the speaker box my order and pull up and pay. I will not be eating any more of the food that I like... I haven't noticed any speeder service.

    I wanted ranch on my sandwich not in a cup I'm going through the drivethru to avoid messing with food and driving. I have no idea what is on the menu because I can never make it to the board before they want my order, whats the point of having outdoor menus if I can't read what's on them? People are super friendly though. Lettuce was a bit wilted too.

    Chick-fil-A on Main St., High Point they have got their stuff together. They are so organized and kind. They have six employees outside taking orders and passing out orders and a multitude of employees inside working to get the job done it’s awesome. We are so glad we came here
