Food service are most worst service and complimentary service is an 1 plat for 1 person no extra food it's will be charge Water is also playable

Really nice premium like hotel in jamkhandi. Rooms are spacious and good. Service is not as great as you expect in bigger cities but for a small town it's pretty good. May feel expensive for the standard of living in jamkhandi

Very Poor service. No hot water and no quick response house keeping service available. Very upsetting thing to see such type of service in this hotel.

Take away experience: Not so impressed about the main courses in veg. (Veg Kholapuri) Jeera rice served with normal rice,(No Basamati rice)Quantity is less & Gravy was pathetic. Very expensive!! We get better tasty food @jkd for a lesser price range.

I was experienced, Hotel grand inn is one of the best hotel in our town for providing good quality food and silver Service. Rooms are too neat and clean. In banquet hall party with a/c and buffet arrangement it's amezing Experience.

I went with family & I liked the service & cleanliness.if you want to go with fam n children,this one is good option.they have separate halls for veg n non veg!!.Food is 👍🏼

Worst service ever experienced, waiters don’t even response to a call, late service! In veg section only 1 waiter is assigned, he has to take order, he has to deliver, everything he to do!! I request hotel manager to take a look on service section!

As a Compliment Didn't accept that comfort at the prime location. It was wonderful. I am unhappy that I had forgot to carry my DL during check out, I had requested over the call with Lodge staff that my DL is misplaced please help me in finding it. But unfortunately I got a negligible response. Later one of my colleague visited the Lodge cross checked it and was collected from the Lodge. Check IN was done on 25th Jul 2023

They provide good service.Foods are excellent. They have sent my forgotten luggage at hotel by courier to my home address. Nice

Hotel stop service is not good and they were can treat only limited people not full tabled people .. food quality is not good and quantity also too low compared other good hotels in JAMAKHANDI city... very bad experience.. this hotel only offered for money not for good food and service ... very bad ....

I feel they are not using good quality refined cooking oil.
