Arnold
gym
point
is
the
best
gym
in
town.
I
am
not
exaggerating.
I
have
been
working
out
at
this
place
for
3
months.
The
"Coach"
Mr.Saif,
My
journey
with
Saif
as
a
gym
coach
and
a
trainee
but
now
i
can
say
he
has
become
one
of
my
close
friends.
He
treat
his
clients
with
respect
and
friendly
attitude
but
trust
me
when
it
comes
to
Work
outs
and
cardio,
he
is
ruthless.
My
goal
was
to
stay
fit
and
loss
fat.
Thanks
to
my
friend
Saif
and
his
training
regiment
i
am
half
way
through
to
what
i
have
desired.
Speaking
of
training
the
best
part
is
the
motivation
that
one
receives
from
Saif.
Now,
i
am
lifting
heavy
weights
as
part
of
my
training,
which
i
never
imagined
i
could
do.
That
is
the
type
of
motivation
and
spirit
he
brings
to
the
gym
and
he
does
it
everyday.
As
you
enter
the
gym,
there
is
a
poster
which
reads"70%
DIET
+
30%
GYM=
100%
BEAST"
honestly
i
love
that.
Now,
i
have
realized
that
is
true
af.
Diet,
the
most
important
thing.
Saif
is
more
than
an
expert
when
it
comes
to
diet,
you
ask
him
any
food
item
he
will
give
the
approx
calories
by
protein,
carbs
and
fats
wise.
That
is
the
level
of
knowledge
this
dude
has.
He
prepared
a
diet
chart
specially
for
me
(depending
on
the
body
type)
,
one
glance
at
the
diet
chart
will
make
you
feel
dieting
is
easy
and
do-able.
He
has
taught
me
so
many
concepts
like
Calorie
expenditure,
1RM,
TUT
etc,
which
helped
me
build
confidence
to
get
up
and
go
to
gym
everyday.
I
wish
i
knew
these
concepts
earlier
but
its
better
late
than
never
right!
So

me
to
reach
my
fitness
goal
and
i
