Totally disappointed. Very bad experience. I would completely regret to order the ring here. We ordered engagement ring of one model but delivered some other model. The finishing was also very worst. Don't expect much in name embossed model rings. Didn't expect such a pathetic shopping experience with joyalukkas.

Not at all customer or user friendly. The support staff doesn't know how to talk respectfully, on top of it the worst examples they explain. A big joke is the monthly scheme. They will not explain the rules while starting. We dont get any alerts or calls for the monthly installment, missed payment in between. After a year they didn't give a wastage waiver on ornaments as they promised, saying you missed installments. 1 year money was with them, lost interest, you are forced to buy something with the wastage charges of 11-15% on top of it the GST. Think twice or thrice before you take any monthly schemes with them and check all rules properly.

Worst servicing never seen in joyalukkas. We are 7 years customers in chennai & banglore, never faced like this in Kadapa branch. Poor service and manager will not responding anything. Worst staff.

Hi, On Jan 07, I visited Joyalukkas jewellery shop in Kadapa at around 2000 with my family to purchase gold items. Our assistant (salesman Mr. Ashok) was good and polite in his behavior towards us. Because of that, we stayed in the shop until closing time at 2145, even though it was a Sunday. He genuinely explained and guided my family in choosing the gold items. His explanation about the gold items was simply good and easy to understand. His nature is very obedient and polite. I do faced very worst experience with sales persons though we are asking them support they said will come another sales person finally we have waited 15 min for salesman assistance they said customer is God some good words and they added over charges on gold and tried to bargain the charges they are providing another quatation on the same with some more extra amount and team is asking us to give better quotation than what they provided Better I would like to inform you all kadapa customers please before going to joyalukkas try to work in some gold shops because then only we will get a idea about gold.. So when sales persons ask us to give quatation we can do because team will treat us we don't know anything about gold.

We are fully satisfied with the sales person Bala subramanyam he explained about the design very carefully. TQ for that There are more types of jewelery than ever befor. Nice collection Diwali offers also good 👍

Disappointing customer service. You can find decent designs in there but you will be seated for 30mins before anyone turns out to provide you a service. As a customer I would expect them to value our time and not just our money.

One word, Worst experience. All Salesman are from Kerala, they won't understand what we are asking and we don't understand what they are explaining. It took me 15 minutes to understand what he is saying. More over they are not patient enough to show us the models if you are not buying the jewellery immediately. Update: This time felt little better than last time. I forgot the name of the lady. She has shown all the items with much patience though we didn't buy them. Finally we bought ear rings.

Management is poor,salesman don't know Telugu well , difficult to communicate . Very few designs available. Bcoz of one to one service , sometimes other customers need to wait for a long time.

Worst billing process.. none of the billing counter staff are willing to check whether the amount is received or not by RTGS...took 3 hours to fix a moving bead, but ultimately it wasn't fixed and handed over the piece without repair.... On the top they feel annoyed when we question... Disgusting The only good thing is the attitude of the person who showed us the jewellery Mr Mohiddin.. very nice
