New renovated MacDonald is amazing. There is new vending order machine installed. Its staff are very supportive. New sitting are installed and it is very cleaned. There is also new MacDonald cafe available. Food quality is amazing. Cleaning staff are also good.👍👍

Visited this place in Monsoon season. Food quality was awesome as usual. However, some of the key points need to be improve. 1. AC cooling was not up to the mark. They used cooler to cool. 2. Cleanliness was also awful. Tables was not cleaned. There are many Houseflies inside which irritates.

Beautiful staff alongside good menu with lots of options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We are trying his colddrink with ice cream and peri peri french fries with paneer tikka wraps. Taste is as always good when visit everytime.

1. Parking couldn’t find, had to park on road. Maybe in the mall but no such sign or help. 2. Restaurant is spacious. 3. Staff is good and attentive + responsive. 4. Crowd is scattered with noise. 5. Sitting space may not always be available but a decent place to go. 6. Parcel collection/ take away is fast

The food served was very cold compared to served at Bhat area McDonald's. Service was very much impressive. The entire staff was nice. Next time please take some extra care while serving food to increase the stars from my side. Thank you so much.

Just received this in the name of allo tikki Burger. Worst experience ever. I have visited most of the macd outlets of ahmedabad but this was the worst. They are not returning money and not solving the issue i have raised. Never ever order food from here. .

Quality is little different than other outlets. In the name of coke, they are serving a glass filled around 40-50% with ice cubes and remaining with the coke. French fries are also tiny little chunks of potatoes. I think this can be improved a bit. Anyway, the service is nice here.

Ac is not working properly but nice place

Too bad service, I have been to almost every outlet of MacDonald throughout Ahmed but this outlet is worse. Service is worse. They treat customers like slaves. Recently on Sunday me and my brother visited this outlet and as there was crowd we choose to order via screens, after that only payment was pending and when I visited desk for payment they rudely told me to stay in line, in contrary to which they have told everyone waiting in line to be sitted just prior 5 minutes. Then I stood in line for approximately half an hour to just make a payment. I don't understand if they ultimately want us to stood in line then why the hell they have kept screens. I would definitely raise this concern to you team.

So much crowded place and order also getting after the 25 minutes.....and too much surrounding noise at this place so i don't recommend you to seat hear for food...u can go other place if you want some peace.....mc donalds food is always awesome and tasty so no complain about food.....but the waiting time is too much......at this outlet so suggest you to go other place.....if you want....

Try Oreo mcflurry

Food taste is good and the atmosphere is very good and service is also good. Counters are also has a passionate workers. They do not provide strow in any soft drink but only for shakes.

Didn’t get proper food which I ordered not 1 time not 2 time but it happens 3 time in raw. I told them to give me coke without ice but they gave me with ice 2 times and I told them to add onions in our on of our burger but they didn’t. When I ask for complaint book manger give me his or one them’s mail id so my complaint didn’t reach to management.

Today I want to try 2 burgers from McDonald's with that minimum price just one is also a tikki and another a Mexican tikki burger. and the taste is not good for 2 years taste. I think the branch should be effect bcz previously I try burgers near navarangpura. when I was working in an office that time I eat a burger on harmony C G Road and the burger tasted awesome. I love that taste we are the berger at 3 am of our night shift break. I think McDonald had good taste but I was wrong. the harmony burger is mouthwatering. u just love that taste.

I'm a big fan of oreo mcflurry, but here when i order it it tasted different. Good but not best. Service is good though.

The staff is good and friendly. The place is well maintained too. The only problem is that most of the times they goofle up with my favourite McFlurry by giving me Oreo mostly although I specifically mention Choco Crunch. The next concern is that many times due to lack of ingredients they ask me to change the order and lack of staff results to pick up and no delivery. This happens sometimes only though.

In Nikol one of the best mall is pavillion mall. In which one of the best food corner is McDonald's. Around 2km radius only one MacDonald is there.This MacDonald's service is better.

McDonald's restaurant in the Pavillion Mall , East Ahmedabad. This is one the best McDonald's restaurant I visited. I have been in McDonald's on 20+ countries. Restaurant is busy but always clean, fast working friendly staff. Impressive! I m visiting this McDonald's many times. They are much better than on West Ahmedabad.

I had ordered food here but they didn't on AC for me....when I informed them to ON the AC twice though they didn't ON AC for me nd told me that it is our policy that we only one room/hall of outlet can be ON at a time.... Main sales man lied me for AC .. I seated in outlet without AC in another room for two hours with food nd online meeting and ofcourse with sweat cz they didn't On AC for me... When 3 ladies came nd told them to ON the AC they came and AC ON ...how poor behaviour nd service....shame on the name of humanity.

McDonald's was once an epitome of quality and comfort but now this outlet has got nothing no quality food no good service at all. Sometimes items are missing sometimes food is stale and smells like trash, the best part is that there contact number is always off or out of reach . How do they expect us to contact? No e-mails are replied as well

Quality of burgers is average and it's QSR but they were taking so much time for regular burgers. Cleanliness is good. I had to wait around half an hour for Maharaja Mac Combo thing which is not acceptable.
