Good ambience. They serve a huge variety of desserts and I loved each one of them. Super delicious. Do tell them in advance regarding the spice level you want, otherwise it’s going to be very difficult for you to digest that level of spiciness. Starters and main course were also good. And a special mention to Mr.Chandan, who was our host for the night. Kudos to him! Overall the crowd was also decent. Good experience. Would love to visit again.

You might be thinking that Castle's Barbeque is just like any other bbq restaurant. But its not. Unlike other restaurant they are pretty good at what they serve. The quality of food is amazing, the chicken is tender and well cooked. Ohh and do have the chicken wings , they are so delicious. And the best part that most bbq places lack is good quality main course. But here you will get very tasty main course items like mutton and gravy chilli chicken. In sweets there's a lot of variety to choose from and best is to have brownie with ice cream. The tandoori fish is also amazing guys and crispy sweet corn and kajun potatoes. The ambience is good and the servers are very responsive and friendly. Plan a lunch or dinner with your friends and family and spend some quality time here.

Food is quite good as well as mocktails. Ambience is pretty graceful but space is small. Hopitality is also good. Some similar to barbeque nation but having more varities from them. Lunch timings - 12p.m. -5 p.m.

Outstanding View from the camp location is very nice with Excellent food. Easy to reach on campsite. Great experience and fun on kalatop campsites...must go for trekking. Mr Vivek kumar is very good guide excellent. 21 June 2022

We visited the restaurant on 18th April. The restaurant staff is very rude and disrespectful. Even after going with booking from Zomato and the whole restaurant was empty. We were told that all table are reserved for large groups which may come in some time. Meanwhile either we take the 3 seater place for 4, or take 4 ppl table but will be asked to move during meal if reserved group shows up. As if we as customer were paying less or are beggars requesting to be seated on floor. The staff rudely said to contact Zomato as bookings ftom there are not responsibility of restaurant, which is something i heard first time since the booking are generally confirmed by restaurant not Zomato. Pathetic experience and worst people It was my parents anniversary and we had to go to different restaurant. Note, the place remained empty for another 1-2 hrs that we checked while enjoying in mall.

It was my first time in one of the outlets in Delhi. I had read so many reviews of it and wanted to check it out for myself. The had so many starters including some kebabs and awesome paneer dishes. You won't get a seat on weekends if you don't book in advance and they are usually super crowded.I'm gonna visit the CP one on my next visit to Delhi. All the dishes are a bit on spicy side and the spice is love or hate, I loved it. I’ve tried so many barbecue places but so far this is the best barbecue place I’ve been to. The desert menu is vaaaaaaaaast and believe me you’ll know it once you reach there. Special Mention to Chandan as he served with a smile on his face and helped me with some extra request fulfillments.

If you love buffet and is a foodie then this is a perfect spot for you! The food and Ambience was amazing and the live music just adds an extra touch to it. There is no parking issue and it's perfect for celebrating any occasion!

This place comes as a surprise and expectations. While everything is well set for a good experience, it just falls short. Located on the top floor of Pacific Mall, this place has a great decor and comfy feeling around it. At times you might have to face a waiting. Food spread is good and they have a nice round of snacks and main course to go with. Prices are reasonable. With everything going fine, all of a sudden the staff will start behaving weird. Running around and in a hurry and will start ignoring you.

I made a reservation through Dineout and got the confirmation for same but was denied entry at reception saying they dont have any info, after waiting for 15 minutes they gave us a table. Service was not at all satisfactory had to ask for a single thing multiple times. Food was okayish. Overall experience was not good, wouldn't recommend going here.

Went there for a family dinner. We were a group of 10. Pros- Nice ambience, live music, variety of desserts. Cons- Servers are incompetent and less in numbers. We were waiting continuously for the grills to be refilled. Cold coffee was watery. Ice tea was too sweet. Food was okayish. The passage towards the main course &sweets is too narrow, had to wait for others to pass and that is an inconvenience. Buffet menu isn't so nice.

INVITE FOOD POISONING BY GOING TO THIS PLACE - NEVER GO PLEASE So in my last visit to Castle Barbeque , Pacific Mall , Tagore Garden was terrifying , horrifying and just beyond imagination. The entire restaurant serves rotten food items on menu . The service doesnt even deserve a 0 star . Even after confronting the head Manager, Manager and Chef the restaurant had to intention of doing anything about the mistake, in-fact they accepted saying the batches are prepared in advance. We couldn’t bear to risk our healths and just said them we want to leave without wanting to eat anything just after trying the pathetically prepared and served starters. The restaurant still wasnt a least bothered and made us pay for 2 complete buffet meals . Please do not ever go to this place and ruin your time and health.

Do not go for birthday celebration or buffet, their prices are less for a reason. Food sucks, seekh kabab and other chicken items were not fresh, there was smell in food and your family can get ill. Service is poor, we need to literally goto waiters to ask for stuff even on not so busy day. Aircons are also not in working condition, there is water dripping in some part of restaurant and other area is not properly cold, its very warm, they have kept 2-3 fans but they don’t cover all tables.

Hygiene is so poor that they serving plates have cockroach on it. Even after completing to the staff and manager no steps has been taken.

The ambiance was good. But not happy with the taste of the food. You can go here only once for change. If you are a regular customer of Barbeque Nation.

Castle's Barbeque provides an awesome non-vegetarian dining experience. However, the meal service quality was NOT "OKAY" , demanding improvement. To increase overall customer happiness, staff must improve how they handle meal serving. Additionally, reservations for special weekends must be made in advance.
