It's a fraud, don't book any rooms here

The bed was broken . We were given a room with broken bed. It was a uncomfortable stay. We had tremendous backpain. Would never recommend this OYO to anyone. Even the rooms were not clean. In our room the pillows were full of stains. Please think thousand times before booking this OYO. Totally uncooperative staff.

Ok ok stay. Rooms are very small with no ventilation. Food was bad & they charge hefty price for food/water. Plus there were rats & mosquitoes in the room. Only good thing was that they allow you to drink & party in room. I won't recommend this hotel though.

A turbun guy at the reception would say that they are no longer associated with OYO and would get surprised in the end asking you about your refund status. They are running a SCAM and they're fooling people! Save yourself some time, money and comfort. NEVER. GO THERE!

It was bad experince to stay in hotel.Room is too small just for one bed 4*6 beds, TV is also not functioning well some time working some time not most of the channel are deactivated. Food also they serve in broken bowl, i'll attach picture in the galary.Bathing facility also was not as per the guest Convenint.

The staff was really unprofessional. Especially the receptionist guy, they kept at staring at us to a point that I literally had to ask him what is wrong... Very disappointed with the hospitality.

Worst hotel I've seen in my life First of all wrong hotel's name as mentioned online Wrong location as mentioned online Location as well as hotel was hidden from us even when we called the hotel 1-2 days prior to check in Unclean rooms Waited for about 2 hours within the hotel for a better room to be allocated No tea service before 10:30am . Can you imagine 🤣🤣 Rooms full of mosquitoes. Unprofessional staff

The services confirmed by the Customer care executives while taking the booking were not given in the hotel. I was confirmed complimentary breakfast and 2 hours late check out, both were not honoured. To my shock, I was told by the front desk executive that the CC executives make any & every kind of wrong commitments just to take the booking. This is cheating and unethical.

Walls are very dirty. Bathrooms are clean. Bed is made up of springs so not comfortable and create pain in back and muscles. Room service is Ok Kitchen service is so bad and they don't serve properly. Ventilation is unavailable. Overall i will not recommended this for visitors.

I visited this hotel first time. Experience was good and like the food very much. Rooms and bedsheets are clean. Will come in future also Keep it up 👍👌

The staff were very professional and polite and the service is really great. Their food is also good enough. They also have a specific ground floor parking which is great!

They denied my check inn because i have booked online. They said and i quote "Online nooking are nkt accepted we have already submited application to remove this property but oyo is not removing". They then chared me double price for same room.

Worst oyo i have visited till date.. 4 times i had to switch room before taking one. Either rooms are full of mosquitoes, ac dosent work or beds are not in satisfactory condition with dirty linen. Worst part which i got to know after arival is they are not even listed anymore on application Recommend everyone to not visit here due to any reason.

You all will be surprised but I don’t know how they are registered with renowned hotel booking sites. It’s a complete scam.This property is not at all located at the mentioned address. I have cross checked with the actual owner. You will find a hotel with the name Townhouse but it’s not this 1236 Sunder Vihar. Also they haven’t mentioned even any personal number to reach out any respective staff.

The receptionist was very rude. Rooms beds were in worst condition. The springs were making it uncomfortable to lie on bed. The food was bad, not cooked properly. Outside food was not allowed and the food in the kitchen was not good its waste of money. Rats were moving in the room. There were shoes marks on the blanket.
