There is a 12% service charge in this restaurant. We were looking around and ended up here because of the cold. We didn't look at any reviews. The price is pretty expensive to compare with the quality. The chicken cullet was so dried and hard. With the amount money I've paid I think I could get something better and more tasty.

I almost feel bad leaving a bad review because times are tough but I don’t know how they call themselves a restaurant without a STOVE! There is a microwave and oven. I peaked over the counter watching food being made and under the stove hood is just a granite counter, no cooktop. It all comes pre-made in packaging. I stopped here for dinner and canceled my order. The only bonus, the spritz was cheap and good 👍🏼 place looks nice. Too bad the quality of food was something I could pick up in a frozen food aisle of my grocery store 🙃

The food was excellent. We had lunch, dinner and lunch again the next day. The waiters, Bilal and Razoo provided excellent service. The prices were 2/3 the prices of other places. Yes, the annoying thing was the addition of a service charge, which is mentioned on the menu, but it is not something that one reads when one is hungry. The management should note this and amend the prices accordingly. Just stating this on the menu maybe technically correct, but it poor customer service as is obvious from previous reviews regarding the same.

The food was okay and clearly not made from scratch. Service was poor and the waiter’s attitude felt like we were wasting his time when he took our order. We only went here cos it was late and we were hungry. The price may match the food, but the service definitely doesn’t deserve the charge they stated. I’d spend more money elsewhere to have a satisfying meal and better service.

Had I researched this place prior to going, I wouldn't have come here, simply because of the low reviews. But we passed by, saw a lot of people, and thought that was a good sign. The prices were decent and the food was delicious. The pizza was tasty and had a lot of cheese. The pasta with the shrimp and zucchini was delicious. They were sweet to give us lemoncello at the very end.

Stopped by while trying to get away from the cold, ate pasta (lasagna, and tagliatelli). It wasn't perfect Italian quality, but the food was ok. It seemed like it was just preheated dishes. There's a 12% service fee. Other than that the atmosphere was great and the location is quite good, the lighting inside is nice for pictures

If you are not in Italy, this might pass for a pizza but for a place charging prices equivalent to a high-end restaurant this was not good pizza. The panini was okayish but I still won't recommend it... i am quite sure for that price you can find something good.

It was ok, cheap and a good warm place I ate a pasta for 8€ other for 10€ Beer 5€ Glass of wine 5€

Surprisingly good food. We found this restaurant randomly walking around and after we sat down we were alarmed by the low rating but the wine was amazing and the pasta and bruschetta as well. Would definitely recommend. The staff was friendly, involved, and funny.

Based on the reviews, you would assume this place is bad. It is not. It is amazing. Came here twice on our 3 night stay in Venice. Staff were efficient and very kind, made our experience eating here that much better. Food was delicious, especially given the price. May not have been the best Italian meal you will have but nevertheless, it was 2 very good meals. Staff recognised us on our second visit and were kind enough to give us a free Aperol and Prosecco drink when we came back! Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for good food that won’t break your bank.

The service was exceptional, and the food arrived promptly and was delectable. Though the dishes were straightforward, they were incredibly tasty. Altom and Tantu, our servers, were both pleasant and efficient. The bartender also crafted delicious cocktails.

Reheated dishes, and tasteless sauce. Poor quality pasta. The nero spaghetti looked like a painting by Soulanges, the darkness was so deep. I didn’t eat my food .

I was eating here with my parents. We all got pizzas. They were NOT good. I think the base was pre made, but not in a good way. It was soggy and undercooked and the pizza was covered in oregano. The crust was nice though. It was a long wait, and my Dad was about halfway through his pizza by the time my Mom's arrived. The potatoes were OK, some were undercooked and it was covered in oregano once again. It came with sachet of ketchup and another of mayo. They provided free breadsticks and not all tables got bread, ours was one of the ones that didn't. The waiter was friendly and we initially thought the food was cheap until we got the bill. There was a 12% service charge. The toilet was so small there was barely room to turn around and there was no toilet paper. A waiter was eating his lunch at a table. I have no problem with that as he has to eat too but it does imply that the staff had no place to eat. The interior was nice enough but not my style. Overall, I am giving it 2 stars because of the friendly waiter.

Not enjoyable-Caesar salad was lettuce with a processed breaded chicken breast and olive oil, no actual Caesar dressing. Ravioli had a very strange taste. Pizza was edible but tasted as good as a frozen pizza-certainly not anything special.

We had a brilliant meal and a big beer! Not too badly priced either considering the location.

Well presented outside dining. There is a12%Service Charge….but okey …Linen table covers !! It was worth every €. .if you are passing here stop -and watch this little part of the world-well done to the staff …edit…to the toilets -one star down as they were just Okay…no better -need to upgrade I thinks…..

I hate giving bad reviews, but this place really gives you no choice… Luckily we only got a latte and a drink, the place is definitely overpriced. The little bottle from the picture costed €4. The worst part is that the waiters started undoing the covers from the sun (not sure what they are called), they would do it standing in chairs destined to patrons as well as doing it right next to where we were eating…. Just avoid this place…

Please read all the reviews before you eat here. Pizza was straight out of a packet with one of those awful biscuit bases. We complained about the quality and we were offered no refund or any kind of apology. Its like the waiters know its bad and are used to hearing it. 😢😢😢

Worst Pizza I’ve had, feels like it was bought frozen from a supermarket. On top of that I had to pay 12% service charge. Please find another place for a pizza, even though it may cost a bit more.

The worst pizza i have ever had. What a let down save your money!! The pizza we were served must have cost 5€ for a packet of 10 from their suppliers. I told them what I thought and they didn't care. Then I read the reviews and realised they must be used to it. It's unfair to rob and con people of their money in exchange for such poor food. ☹

Friendly enough waiters but cant say the price was worth it for the food. long wait for the food which came wrong so had to be sent back and the rest of our table had finished their food by time i got mine back. was just abit warm and nothing special. We didnt check the reviews before but once we orderd we had seen and if we knew i dont think we would have gone. 🙈 such a shame as it seems from the outside a nice little place. and it was full there was no empty tables. also portion size wasnt great it was big enough for a child.

DONT EAT HERE! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! MICROWAVE MEAL! We ate here cause it was late and we got lost on the way to another place. The first warning should have been that there was no one else here and the second warning should have been that the cutlery was in a paper bag. The waiter lied about how the food was cooked. I watched the ‘chef’ take a single serve of pasta out of the microwave and whack it on a plate. They don’t cook anything. If i wanted a microwave meal i would have gone to the supermarket and ate it in my hotel room. I get the waiters and ‘chefs’ need to make a living but if you want even cook pasta then find another career. The worst place i’ve eaten at in thr whole of Italy.
