Absolutely
disappointed
with
their
service
when
it
comes
to
delivery
on
Menulog.
The
restaurant
accepted
our
order
and
was
scheduled
to
deliver
in
an
hour,
but
when
it
was
close
to
our
delivery
time,
they
cancelled
on
us
halfway.
Interestingly,
they
were
still
open
(two
hours
before
closing
time).
You
might
as
well
decline
our
order
so
that
we
could
have
ordered
something
else,
instead
of
wasting
our
time
waiting
for
food
that
is
never
going
to
come.
This
has
happened
twice
and
that
is
completely
unacceptable.
I
have
came
to
their
restaurant
in
person
and
things
were
okay
-
food
was
great
and
it
came
in
a
timely
manner.
But
when
it
comes
to
delivery,
they
are
COMPLETELY
unreliable.
We
are
still
your
customers,
despite
ordering
from
another
platform
to
get
your
food.
But
instead,
you
treated
us
like
an
extra
revenue
that
you
could
choose
to
ignore
and
not
fulfil.
Your
actions
as
a
restaurant
made
me
lose
faith
in
your
business,
and
I
will
not
be
recommending
your
food
or
supporting
it
again.
To
think
I
was
finally
happy
to
find
a
Korean
restaurant
near
my
place.
In
all
honesty,
for
the
little
humbleness
I
have
left,
the
food
is
good
for
dine-in
and
takeaway.
So
if
you
want
to
find
a
place
to
eat,
good
on
you,
this
is
a
decent
place.
You
might
want
to
find
somewhere
else
with
better
service
though.
