McDonald's which one of the oldest and very popular food chain across the world here it is located in the centre of the city Heritage City offers a variety of eatables frozen desserts and also many other also has value meals and serves both the non veg and the veg. This place is very budget friendly as it offers many offers. A perfect joint to visit with family and friends which isn't cost you much.

Weirdest McDonald I have ever been to. And I have been to them all over the world. They have this weird rule that you can't click pics inside their establishment. As if it's not a fast food joint but some kind of top secret military establishment. The assistant manager some guy Raj Tilak was very voical about it. Plus they have an "offer" and posters about hosting birthday parties. I guess that will be a party without pics!

A good place to hang out specially in the heart of city. But huge problem is of parking specially in day time. Staff is very cooperative. 1 of things was a bit cold they immediately replaced that. All over good place

Mcdonalds has the best burgers. Period. And they serve coke unlike other fast food chains who serve pepsi products.

Great place to have indo china mouth full experience. We visited this place on my nephews birthday and ordered a variety of dishes from Chinese to indian to mangolian all were very authentic and mouth watering. One suggestion if ordering chilli chicken do order dried option because chef doesn't know how to make chilli chicken gravy #hahahaha, rest other noodles options are all great and American chowpsy was seriously amazing. Don't forget to order Juice Dimsums

Hygiene is taken care of.. Nice ambience ...doesn't take much time.. Dine in and take away both available... Overall a great experience.

The ambiance is fine but the food was not good at all. Burgers were not fresh at all. Fries were soggy. Even the service is very slow and they take time while preparing orders. They take online orders first and than prepare dine-in orders.

What can go wrong with McDonald's! Their taste is the same throughout India. The atmosphere is very good and service is quick! We ordered this time through an automatic kiosk and the order was very easy to place. Overall a very good experience. Will visit again soon.

Definitely try this one out. It is an amazing place. This place has Great Ambience, Cleanliness and amazing atmosphere to just go eat and chill. Also the parking area is pretty good. There is only one thing i don't like about this place is they complete zomato orders first and then in store customers order. That is not really fair to the in store customers. Hope u guys work on it.

Extremely poor service even when it has a handful people. The staff is extremely mismanaged. They open one terminal for billing and fail to take orders properly because one person is trying to attend 10 people at a time. NEEDS THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT’s ATTENTION.

Worst staff ever, they dont take orders properly, deny to take meals order and force you to order individual items instead. And even to refuse to do any changes in orders. Stating the order is placed and you have to order individually. The staff service is only for females !! If you are single male dont visit you will not be entertained. And have to proceed woth self service. Manager is arrogant and does not listen to customer complains. Simple advice do not visit !! Even if you are super hungry. Instead visit roadside vendor, they will provide you better service.

It was hell of a restaurant. I was surprised to know that they charge ₹1 for a tomato ketchup. But except that everything was fine.

The fries they serve here are absolutely trash. Every time I ordered French Fries they are not at all crispy. It just looks like its old though it is fresh. Burgers are also not that good . The Ice cream machine is working always though. Overall very poor eating experience.

Its a McDonalds quality outlet with nice dining space, neat and clean interiors. Staff needs somewhat more refinement on suggesting offers floated by company from time to time. Otherwise courteous staff but only problem is, its located at heart of the old city and parking is the major issue to deal with.

Everything is good but could be better as well. You will find it difficult to find any sitting place mostly on weekends. Always use McDonald's app to order, you will get so many offers in the app and can get so many discounts while ordering.

Today only we went and did scan and ordered our things. After 10 minutes,a staff member came to us that your order is cancelled due to some reason. And after giving our order on the counter,we have to wait for good 30 minutes for our order.and when we came back home with our order,it was all different. Very bad service.

Best school in our town. A prestigious school run by eminent educationist and highly qualified faculty members. Administration of the school is very helpful and cooperative. Air conditioning premises (class room) and indoor swimming pool is the main point of attraction.

Wonderful place to be at. But it's only the location which makes it difficult to reach particularly during the peak hours.

If you ordering from here it's not worth it food is subpar there is no quality control my burger had a hair in it, chicken wings are dry like fried cardboard however my dine in experience was completely different.

This McDonald's is situated at Residency road, Jammu. The place is nice and has a lot of sitting space. The food and service is nice, but the only issue you can face sometimes is unavailability of parking in this area. 2-wheelers can get easy parking but it is sometimes difficult in case of 4- wheelers

i had gone there outlet. McDonald's near raghunath temple . i had order one Kartik aryan food and 1 cold coffee and 1 mango shake .. for take away ..they gave me cold coffee and mango shake in .one hand cary box . which is of very bad quality .. they even dont seal the cold coffee and mango shake cups.. when i reach my home and carry those drink . box tear off and all drink spill on road .. they even should use good quality of packaging for take away .. of drinks very bad service.
