    Very disappointed my parcel been sent from India on 26th of August 2021 to United Kingdom and its 1st of October 2021 I have not received my parcel .they give us number to track and when I connected them they said my parcel has been booked but have not been sent yet.i have attached proof it says parcel still with sender.My parcel is still with that jain courier company .I spoke to person called Rajja very rude don't know how to deal with customer.

    Their service is very good, and all the staff talk very politely and they deliver the parcel at home not like other companies who deliver parcel on specific location and than ask costumer to take that parcel from that location.
