Worst hospital Poor quality administration..we have reached in hospital 9:30 AM ..fasting..there is 11:30 AM ..there is No MD Medicine doctor available...room number 12....then they said wait for doctor...poor quality administration..poor quality service..poor quality people on reception desk ..they only argue .this is private hospital..waiting period of doctor md medicine is 2 3 hours.rather then it advised to go Government hospital. They have only 1 2 hours waiting period..i suggested to you ..kindly visit another hospital..they provide good service..worst Hospital

Worst hospital ever. Nursing staff is pathetic. They treat patients very badly. Also the srevice staff keep entertaining multiple people at the same time. And keep making mistakes on documents. Doctors keep making excuses to delay the surgery so that the hospital could make some extra bucks. Experiencee this first hand. Even the normal patients are directly taken to ICU. Why ??? Walls are full of stains and there is a problem of hygiene too in food and in wards also. You people should not be running a hospital and playing with the lives of people.

Horrible treatment and very bad experience lead to a death of a family member. After starting the treatment started patient had gotten a fever and they did not let him in for three days saying that he had the coronavirus without any checking and then we said that we will tell the police that you have not been treating him correctly they let after letting him in he was kept in bed for 10 days doing nothing that was helping him and then charging us without reason, and upon discharge he could not walk again then sadly passing away.

To be very honest this hospital is one of the worst hospital in Jalandhar. People are fascinated by cleanliness but reality of this hospital is something else. Two doctors from one department one will say patient is fine reports are great but another one will say patient is not ok this that and continue to make fool till the family pays the whole amount for the treatment and when treatment doesn't works they'll say please take your patient Home we cannot do anything . Such a rubbish disgusting behaviour I really don't want to name the cheater money minded doctor of capitol but I can only urge people not to go capitol for any treatment . These kind of greedy doctors must be in jail . "Capitol doctors" god is watching you how you are playing with innocent people's emotions and lives. You'll pay for it sooner or later.

My father received the Cancer treatment from this hospital through ESI, The reception staff is good, and the blood samples staff is also good at communication. DR. SK Sharma's behaviour was also nice but the Radiation therapy staff head is rude. She has absolutely zero tolerance. Treatment finished in time my father was cleared in a CT scan but he couldn't last due to other medical issues.

It felt as if the hospital's main objective was to extract as much money as possible from patients, rather than prioritizing their well-being. The staff's relentless insistence on additional payments left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Furthermore, the credibility of test reports conducted outside the hospital was questionable. It was disheartening to realize that the hospital did not place much trust in these reports, making it difficult for patients to have faith in the accuracy of their diagnosis. This lack of confidence in external test reports only added to the overall sense of unease and uncertainty during my time at Capitol Hospital. What added insult to injury was the discrepancy in rates discussed prior to admission and the subsequent demand for extra money once admitted. It was distressing to witness the hospital's sudden change in attitude, where they conveniently disregarded the initial agreements and started asking for additional funds. This deceptive practice only further eroded my trust in the hospital's integrity. In conclusion, my experience at Capitol Hospital was deeply disappointing. The hospital's focus on monetary gains, the lack of trust in external test reports, and the demand for additional payments after admission all contributed to a distressing and disheartening encounter. It is my sincere hope that the management of Capitol Hospital takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their services, ensuring a more compassionate and transparent approach towards patient care.

Very poor experience. U ppls should give training to your staff specially to the nursing staff who is attending urology OPD she don't know how to behave and talk with patients and those receptionists also not much experienced.. my humble request just think twice before visiting this dabba hospital

I'm giving one star because there is no below that. Extremely expensive than the others. 1. What is the reason of paid parking inside the building premises? 2. Much Higher entry/registration fees. 3. Much Higher tests price than the others. 4. Why the outside tests are not accepted? Overall they are trying to recover the loss happened during pandemic. Not recommended at all.

Dr.Pruthi and Dr.Summit are unprofessional.when someone ask questions they become so rude. they just focus on making money not on health of the patient. when we were not statsfied with treatment of our father and we want to take discharged they become so greedy and start making money from useless medicine and test at mid of the night. we want discharge at 9:00 A.M but because of their money mind we get discharge at 5:00P.M.Because of which my father has suffered. I am falling short of words for the care and professionalism shown by their staff. From security guard to Doctor, everyone was polite and helping (which is very rare in hospitals). I was there for ultrasound ,we reached at 10:30 ,there was only one patient before us but still our turn comes at like 12:45 because they were sending patient who were relatives of staff and doctors and we complaints abouts this nurse was laughing smiling like this is regular thing for her . This hospital is having full state of the art and modern facilities, spacious parking place and canteen facility. The doctors are well trained in their profession and helpful. Mr D.P.Singh, Makkar, orthologist surgeon and his team conducted operation for knee replacement of my father on 04.11.2020 and operation was very successful. The patient start to walk from 06.11.2020 and discharged on 10.11.2020. The rooms being provided are neat and clean , very spacious. We are very thankful to the owners for giving such a nice hospital with well trained staff which gives so much pleasure to every one who visit here. We pray to God that this hospital shine as a star in the sky in future and recommend to everyone to visit for curing of their diseases without any doubt and hesitation. This is to bring to Your notice that my wife Meena got admitted to capital hospital in emergency with the pain in her leg because of which she was unable to stand and walk . we make referal under ECHS for ortho treatment, but Dr.amit patil start the procedure of neuro and told us that we need to operate Meena immediately in spine bone. When we said that give us sometime to think he said you have to do the operation otherwise you can discharge your wife, And next day another doctor said that the hip bone is cracked and we have to screw it . This difference of opinion between two doctor made us suspicious and we asked manager Harsimrandeep Singh for the report a of my wife Meena to get2nd opinion but he and hospital ECHS staff did not give us reports . None staff co-operate and even asked us to sign on blank paper and did not give us any reports. ECHS staff , Manager and doctor of Hospital are incompetent and worthless with. Minimal knowledge of any disease treatment. I saved my wife from the hospital with great difficulty.

Poor staff management. My dad was there for 10days. No improvement in his health but worse thing was that nurses doesn’t care at all. No communication between departments waited almost 2days to get of the Chaos. I would suggest other hospitals then this.
