I had an extremely bad experience with Dr.Ruche. There was an anomaly in my Level II scan (which turned out to be minor problem with my baby’s lung) and her first reaction was tell me to terminate my pregnancy. She did not even ask me to get another scan done. She so casually told me to not think too much and abort the pregnancy. It was obviously very traumatic for me and my family. We got another scan done in Delhi and the doctor said this is a minor issue and there’s absolutely no need for an abortion. When I reported this to Ruche her attitude was extremely callous and she wasn’t interested in continuing my case. I continued my pregnancy with another doctor and delivered a healthy baby boy who is perfectly fine! Would never ever recommend her to anybody!

There is no option of 0 stars which this hospital deserves. Especially the behaviour of Dr Ruche is very rude. The worst hospital in the town. Taking appointment here is just wastage of money.

They just take appointment but the Dr. Ruche bhargava is worst she is just making money better to go somewhere else than wasting your money and time over here…. Made appointment asked to call for consultation as she was in hurry but on call she was so rude just wastage of money t else…

Pathetic experience. The hospital lacks quality facilities which are inproportionate to the price they charge. No system of appointment. You have to wait for your turn. Attending emergency calls of patients is also out of question. Doctor and staff are quite rude. Just concerned with minting money. After delivery care also not there. They simply are concerned till you make payment after that it's none of their business whether you live or die. The rooms they give are equipped poorly. Bedding and clothes they make you wear during Caesarean are made of hard cotton, which feels like plastic on body. So insensitive they are. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

The doctor ruche is very rude she even don’t know how to speak with patients. According to me its a miracle that she becomes a doctor

I don’t have words for how smooth my experience of a c-section at Bhargava Hospital was. The staff was super polite, the doctors were extremely gentle and caring and the admin staff too was extremely supportive. We had the most pleasant experience despite the dire circumstances like Covid. Dr. Ruche ensured both the baby and I were well taken care of. The nurses were really sweet and careful and made sure my recovery was quick and easy. Because of an overly supportive and pleasant environment I was able to return home in exactly 48 hours. I personally assure anyone who is reading this review that you are at the right place and in the right hands. Not only are the doctors extremely efficient and capable, but also very very patient and gentle with you. The entire staff deserves extra credit for treating their patients so well. I have had a really great experience here! Thankyou and all the best to everyone!

pros: 1. Experienced doctor with more than 20years of experience. 2. Cleaning. 3. Nice and cooperative staff and other workers. 4. Nice infrastructure. cons: 1. High rate of C-section. 2. No much efforts for normal labour. May be because of less manpower as only one gynaecologist is there for all cases and normal labour requires full commitment. 3. No medical officers in wards 4. Surgical scar can be improved. 5. Costly : it is even more expensive than coperate Hospitals and DMCH.(eg. S.A charges in punjab is 1500 to 2500 max, but they are charging 7000 for the same. 7. No in house paediatrician. Though they are easily available, but delay can be expected. 8. No parking For P no. 1, all cons can be neglected except C no. 2.

The best doctor in the city, I would say. We saw Dr. Ruche Bhargava on a friend's recommendation and been with her ever since. During all our visits throughout my wife's pregnancy, we never had to ask a single question. Dr. Ruche is vastly knowledgeable and understands her patients' expectations, so she'll tell everything you need to know at the time of your visit to her. The best part - Dr. Ruche managed to normally deliver our baby even when my wife and myself requested the doctor multiple times for C-section because of insufferable labour pains.

The nature of doctor Ruchi mam is the best.❤️ the nature of the hospital staff felt friendly.❤️ whatever suggestions were given by Ruchi mam I did not face any problem during my entire pregnancy time.
