Worst treatment center.. my mother admitted in nephrology category under doctor Rajiv Bhatia & Ajay Marwaha. Treatment start from 19th Nov & i took forcefully discharge in 24th November within these 5 days period don't seen any improvement in our patient. These 5 days they cost us test charges around 35k. Total amount around 1.25 lakh. 0 improvement. humbled request to everyone pls don't go with @shrimaam Hospital. If you have money which floating here and there and you don't have love with your parent then go for it. Worst worsted experience very unqualified doctor. They do research on patient.

If there were zero stars , that is what I would give them. Dr Harmeet Paul Singh did surgery on my mom and during surgery, he did internal injury and worst of all he did not even tell us about it. She was in lot of pain after surgery, which the hospital completely ignored. Thankfully, she was moved to another hospital where she survived after a long battle of 5 months. And during this time, she was moved to 3 different hospitals.

We had very very bad experience. I have lost my mother. Dr VP Sharma have very poor assessment level for his patients. My mother believed him like a god. She was his patient from last 6 years. She goes for regular check ups. He couldn’t assess my mother’s heart condition properly. My recommendation is never go to VP Sharma never trust him if u want to save ur family member.

2 stars not because my known passed away. Its because of the poor management. The toilets are clean however the staff is undereducated. One of the staff nurse cleaned the patient and made awful faces while cleaning. One of the Receptionist said the doctors are moody. They think they are talking to uneducated people all the time. After performing 15 test on their patient who they were about to discharge, they still couldn’t find the problem.I am not doing any favouritism here but there was only 1 doctor who actually were on point all the time. I think her name was Dr.Navneet. You pay more to get less. Expensive as compared to the services provided.

WORST! WORST! WORST! HOSPITAL I really have very bad experience there. They are big cheaters. They fooled us by letting my father in Covid -19 ward with many infected patients who are having covid19 without taking any test or sample of my father.. Their staff and nurses doesn't co-operate with us.. we can't even meet him for many days.. Due to their careless behaviour, my father lost their life.. Shame on them !!🙏

Everything is good but I have a big submission. Many of the patients at the hospital would relate to me. The thing is there is a big television screen in the cardiologist department in which there are continuous videos in which it has been taught regarding how to treat patients during heart attack. I wish to submit that the videos are good no problems in that but they are very much depressing to the patients those who are attending view when the patient is already suffering from heart diseases and videos like this are seen patients get very demoralised, demotivated and tensed. Further, if any positive or motivated videos may be displayed, it would be good for the patients. Three stars only for this.. Regards

Worst hospital in punjab ...they let every patient in covid 19 ward..and mention as so called "Emergency ward " Whether they having covid-19 or not..and keep their life in danger...even when you go for a regular check-up...They only make their money with lots of useless injections and medicines even there is no need of it.. they don't even care for a patient life...

Service is extremely unpleasant. The staffs doesn't seems to communicate and the way they handle COVID 19 emergency patient is risky. They let other patients who came to check whether they have COVID 19 stay in the covid ward with full of sick patients without any protection

Shrimann Hospital in Jalandhar has left a lasting positive impression on me with its remarkable healthcare services and patient-centered approach. My recent experience as a patient showcased the hospital's commitment to delivering quality care. The hospital's modern infrastructure and well-equipped facilities stand as a testament to their dedication to excellence. From advanced medical equipment to a well-trained medical team, every aspect of the hospital exudes professionalism and high standards. The medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, demonstrated exceptional expertise and empathy, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout my stay. A standout feature of Shrimann Hospital is their holistic approach to patient care. Beyond medical treatment, they prioritize the emotional well-being of patients, creating an atmosphere that fosters both physical and psychological healing. The hospital's efforts to ensure effective communication with patients and their families further enhance the sense of trust and support. Furthermore, Shrimann Hospital's strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols is commendable. The emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control measures reflects their unwavering commitment to patient safety. While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, I did notice some minor room for improvement in terms of administrative efficiency. Some aspects of appointment coordination and paperwork could benefit from enhanced organization. In conclusion, Shrimann Hospital is a shining example of excellence in healthcare. Their advanced facilities, compassionate staff, and patient-centric philosophy come together to create an environment of healing and trust. By addressing administrative processes, the hospital could further elevate its exceptional care and make a lasting impact on patients' well-being.

Staff was very professional. Patient was discharged in 4 days, and recovered within week at home. I was very worried, so we showed her reports to doctors in canada, also my cosuin is a doctor in canada he had a talk with dr anmol, they were very satisfied about the ongoing treatment. Thanks a lot

Doctor's are good... but nursing staff and junior doc are just careless.... instead of returning all medicines they bill on your name and keep it with them... that's what happen in any hospital these day..... I requested Nurse to leave all items as they are all billed on my patient name, but still she took everything mentioning that these are disposables... I requested nurses and medical officer to mention all medicines for sugar and BP but hospital missed to mention it and didn't even bother to inform me about it. After 2 days when sugar spiked I consulted doc again and found that they missed it.... Full of negligences.... Just consult senior doctors and keep your eyes open when you admit some one.... keep track of all medicines injections and drips.... else nursing staff is well trained to fool you... I have written it on there feedback form as well....

My mother was admitted on 28th october 2023 with problem of chest infection. We had been requesting staff time and again that she is dibetic and her sugar level goes down frequently, but the cruel staff did not paid any heed and ultimately she suffered with low sugar attack and now they put her on ventilator for nothing but just to make money. Never ever go to this hospital. They are not human being , they just are cruel playing with lives of people. The security staff is so much inhuman even my mother is on ventilator they did not allow us to see her last time. The standard of treatment is so ineffective. They are not paying any attention towards patient just thinking how to get money out of the pockets.. This is the hospital who donot allow one relative to remain with the patient as attendant. How much crueluty can be there than this. Attending nurses behaviour towards patients and relative is so rude. I havt lost my most beloved mother. Om shanti om

Worst medical knowledge. If a patient comes to this Doctor with simple cough, this gentleman starts treatment and do treatment till the patient dies. Visited Dr. Onkar Singh .. urologist for catheter related issue of my father in law ...on 23.2.23 . it was a disappointing encounter with the doctor as he was not ready to listen to the history of the patient and the medicines being taken. While telling him about this information (which we are always told to tell the doctor about the medicines being taken at present by the patient) he interrupted me saying "DON'T FEED ME ... FOLLOW ME " . This shows that the doctor is filled with his ego and proud of his education. Whereas this also shows that he does not know the basics of a doctor or the institute has not educated him enough about the very basic things of a doctor and how to serve the humanity and merely served him with a degree which he does not really deserve. Therefore the rating of this doctor is a big ZERO and a useless entity in the hospital. I tore off his prescription and threw it in the dust bin at that very instant and got to find another urologist ..a really good one. The image of the hospital is maintained high rather very very high by other doctors like V.P Sharma who treats his patients like a family. But the hospital must get rid of these black sheeps to maintain the image of the hospital.

I had uretric stone with infected HUN. I had to get admission in emergency on 4.10.22 as per advice of DR. ONKAR SINGH but stone didn't removed and told that if stone removed now it can cause irrevocable damage so only DJ stenting was done after removal of HUN only and I was discharged on 5.10.22. I had been told to come after 15 days. I went after 15 days then after waiting for whole day in fasting since 9am the DJ stent was removed alongwith the uretric stone under spinal anaesthesia at approx 8 pm. Re DJ stenting was also done and told that if Re DJ stenting not done, it may cause infection. Nobody told me that you cannot get up from bed otherwise it may cause reaction. I was discharged on next day without telling the precautions and advise regarding reaction of anesthesia. I was told to come again after 15 more days for DJ removal. I was feeling shivering and High fever so I had to visit again after only after 10 days. When I went and told the doctor regarding fever etc. he said that you are ok and you are only pretending. But I was not able to get removed the DJ stent. But you can't keep DJ stent after 15 days otherwise itself cause serious infection. So went again and got removed the DJ stent after waiting for more than 6 hours on that day also. When I came back home vomiting was started at midnight and i had a severe fever of 105 digree with shivering. Next day I called doctor he told me it's viral fever take medicine from local doctor. When I went cantt civil hospital they told me it's not viral fever, it may have some infection. The doctor was on leave and not responding properly. When he came i went again to Shrimann Hospital and when my blood and urine sample was taken then transpired that I was infected with severe pylonepheritis. I had to get admitted again and given a lot of medicines in glucose and orally also. After continuous medication of 4 days. The fever and vomiting was treated. What is the benefit of 2 time DJ stenting when ultimately i have faced severe pylonepheritis and unforgettable suffering. The hospital is just making money and doing business. Most egoist doctors. Worsen experience. Zero Star 😞. I have paid approx Rs 225000/- just for a kidney stone when I am a CgHS beneficiary. You can imagine what happens with General Public. Even then they charged excess rates and i got refund after making complaint to Ministry of Health Most worsen experience.

My mother was admited in this hospital. She was caught by pneumonia. The infection was very low in one lung when she was admitted after 5-6 days i found out that pneumonia had infected both of the lungs severely. I asked doctor but she was totally blanked.. And told me to take my mother to other hospital. I planned out to take her to dmc... During discharge I went to icu room where my mom was admitted I found out they had switched off the oxygen my mom needed an oxygen at very high rate unless she cold died.. It was my biggest mistake to take my mother to this hospital they made my mom's health miserable and she died next day of discharge.. The doctor named Preeti salhan is the worst doctor I've ever seen she doesn't have any knowledge.... I request u to all don't you ever go to that doctor... She doesn't have clarification at the starting too as well as at the end.... I pray to God what my mother had gone through Dr. Preeti Salhan and her medical staff have to pay off... God is looking at you people... U all will pay off soon... Remember that.. My wishes always comes true.... Dr. Preeti Salhan Throw ur degree...Dr. Preeti I'm cursing u each day

Worst management. Patients have to wait in long cues for hours to see doctors. I visited with an elderly patient in gastro OPD and the staff kept patient waiting for good 3-4 hours. Hospital needs to understand how this can be physically and mentally harrassing for patient and accompanying person. I suggest everyone to look for other options rather visiting SHRIMMANN HOSPITAL.

Full marks to the doctor and the working staff working there except a few. Because of them I’m cutting 2 stars. I had a surgery and everything went well but after OT recovery room staff was highly unprofessional. All of them were talking so loudly even after asking them to not to do so they continued the ill behaviour. One of them even talked rudely, i was in anaesthetic situation so I don’t remember their names. Authorities must take strict actions against them so that the patient don’t get disturbed. Secondly, the parking facilities in this hospital is not upto the mark. They should work upon that too! Rest my experience was satisfactory, so I’m giving 3 stars.

One of the Popular and Expensive Hospital in Jalandhar. Which also serving people of Jammu and Himachal states. Many Govt organisations and Insurance companies are providing Treatment in this hospital. Transparency between Patient and Family is very minimal because they don’t tell the current conditions in details in my case. Also the Cafeteria is very crowded. No chairs and tables available during our time. They have to open one at every floor. Stairs are very hard to find. I’ve been to many places, but on this particular site Stairs are hard to find and why they put doors 🚪 on every floor for stairs.

Not satisfied with ICU and Emergency staff. Some of the employees are so unprofessional that while receiving our emergency patient two of the employees were discussing about their trip to Dharamshala. During admission housekeeping staff was not doing their service upto the mark. Moreover on Sundays nursing staff was least bothered about our admitted patient..But we are very happy with my father's Doctor.. Dr Burhan Wani. He is a veryyyy good Doctor and a great soul..

Recently visited this hospital for emergency, had immense pain in kidney because of the stones, was taken to the emergency didn’t help, asked me to wait to see a doctor, doctor was in the surgery and couldn’t see me when asked the front desk how long will it be, they told me that they don’t know if I could wait for the entire day, I can sit on the front desk or otherwise I may leave, they were very humble in letting me leave in pain without helping me out! Nice way of dealing with people.

Hospital is just to keep the patients not to treat the customers. Can you explain Why we can't keep the copy of MRI reports during treatment. I asked for the report and you just called bouncer to delete the pic from my phone. As already payment was made for MRI scan. You keep patient for 2 days make bill of 55000. Dr Anmol Singh gave us hopeless comment that we have no idea. At last we left for other hospital dr ji say nothing and said kara lo discharge 1 ghante ka process he did not update about latest position of doctor, InHuman. At last they did not give up MRI scan (film) they say they can't share with any one.. Hadd hai we have paid single penny.. At the end pathetic hospital.. Sorry five star hotel. Keep but they don't treat.. Even don't interact with patient family
