Very rude and unprofessional behaviour by dr. Vikas Sood to his patients. I live 50kms away from jal. Still my family used to visit Dr Vikram since many decades, but since Vikram is rarely available, we visited his son Vikas sood and had pathetic experience. Even the receptionist charged 500rs instead of 400, then on asking he returned the change. I swear i would never visit him again, they are into money making business rather than treatment of patients. Still if next time i visited him and treated us the same way, maybe he would require the doctor. VIKAS really needs to learn how to talk to the patients.

I've been there for the skin treatment of my sister in law who was suffering from a chronic skin decease. Doctor did the diagnoses and told us that her condition is irreversible. She is unmarried hence my mother in law requested the doctor for any alternative to minimize the skin damage from the face area so that she can get married at least. Doctor replied very frustratedly and shouted "Then don't marry your girl". He didn't think that he shouldn't behave like that in front of the patient who was sitting in front of him having tears in her eyes. This incident broke her completely down. I would never recommend to visit this doctor if you have a patient with weak emotional health.

Negative stars for Dr. vikas Sood, He behave like illiterate person, Angry behavior, Frustrated attitude towards patients who are already suffering from skin problems, Doctor council should take an action against this doctor. Definitely I will try to reach Doctor council report about him behave with my Mom she specially came from USA for her skin treatment.

Extremely poor staff service. Rude receptionist. Money making gimmick is then treating client. Poor machines and technology. I got treatment done from Dr. Meenakshi Sood who acts extremely confident in her field but will give her 1 in 5 star.She burnt the wrong area on my skin and did not bothered to wear magnifying glasses on treating minor scar on my skin. I feel sorry for myself on just wasting money.. still problem persist which any expert, intermediate or even beginner doctor could have treated as it was just cosmetic and very simple to treat. It's a shame a skin doc cant be careful in handling patient's most delicate skin which can spoil their beauty and make them lose confident. Thankful to GOD I changed idea and consulted another one of the leading Doc lady in Jalandhar who is sensitive and considerate patient's problem and acts carefully.

I’m very thankful to the doctor as he saved me from very rigid acne that was continuously going on since the last one and half year. I tried everything but nothing worked. My father saw the doctor explained everything and sent me the medication. I noticed the results after one month. My face is returning back to normal:)

Not recommended at all. I have visited there for hair treatment. Dr. Vikaram Sood gave me prescription for 2 month. They gave me very costly medicine at MRP later i checked online there was a lot of cost difference. It's not the problem but when i used those medicines for 34 days my hair fall increase instead of improvement. When i call them for continuation of use of medicine they simply told me to book an appointment of Rs. 500. When i told them 2 Month have not completed and its ur responsibility to listen to the patient. Then Dr. Sood simply said complete the course for 2 month and then Take appointment. They have charged for Rs. 3000 from me and i didn't cure of a single rupee. I strongly don't recommend this clinic. Pls don't waste your money here.

Timing on google and outside the clinic says 10 am But receptionist said that those who came before 8:15 am dr vikram sood will check them and u dont need appointment for that I have been there at 7:30 and there was already a long queue outside the clinic They dont even open the doors until 8:25 am People make a line on their own as per the serial they came to the clinic The peon / helper who opened the clinic at 8 am though refuse to give entry to people inside and let them stand outside in the hot n humid weather. He said dr vikram sood only see 20 patients and then only the appointments If this is the case Why dont u Open the door on time Why dont u keep a person from the clinic outside who can actual write down names of 20 people and then refused all of those coming coz there is no point anyway I know dr vikram sood is famous Unka business chal raha hai unko kya tension kisi k time ki Dnt make fool of common people Either u write down for that 20 people only funda or u only take appointment Stop ur double standards

I seen incredible results in my skin Undoubtedly the best dermatologist in our approach. My whole face was suffering from severed acnes, I tried ample of other dermatologists too but couldn't able to see the results. I lost my confidence and grace. Felt embarrassed to face anyone or to contact anyone. I left watching my reflection in mirror never clicked my pictures during my acnes but now I gained everything and glowing . You just have to be patience towards the treatment. Gradually it will work from your inner side and will help utterly .I completed my course but still having his consultation. Must Consult Once Guys! Guys, let me share this with complete responsibility that RMP doctors that are their in your village are better than the doctors here in this clinic. I went with a genuine problem last week and met Dr.vikas sood. After taking a look at my problem which i know persists for 2 months he said there is no issue at all he did not even know what the problem is called I had to tell him Cox I had researched it and also met PGI doctors regarding the same in past. 2nd for my normal itching around the thighs he prescribed me medicine worth Rs. 1100+400 consultant fee. I came out went to a medical shop and bought a anti fungal tube worth Rs. 55 I am good now. I only want you guys to be beware of the loot and the kind of knowledge these doctors has.

I had a very good experience with hydra facial, my face was feeling so happy with such a soft and effective massage on it. Doctor was coming repeatedly to check the procedure and staff who performed it was very experienced and polite. Overall a very good experience. ✌️✌️

Few people are very right the staff here is very unprofessional and I don't understand if the Doctor is really concerned about the feedback. I knew visiting him is like throwing money but shear unprofessional staff.

Dr Vikas Sood and His wife Dr. Minakshi Sood are worst doctors. They don't have much knowledge and experience. They go with hit and trial method and keep on experimenting, unnecessary tests and encourage for laser as they can extract more money. They are after money only whereas his father Dr. Vikarm Sood wasgood earlier but now he is also on footsteps of his son and daughter in law, only after money and having unprofessional and rude behaviour with patients.

Got the worst hydra facial of my life done at the clinic. Instead of the dr, staff did the facial horrific experience with over rated price for the stupid work. I washed my own face 3 times is a hydra facial. No product used properly still have white and black head. Never again at this clinic
