It was a nightmare experience being there. Doctor talks very rudely , does not believe in sharing much details on the health of patient on daily basisi....we lost our mother after 11 days being there...he kept saying he would try this or that after today/tomorrow..kept us billing heftily....visited once a day or sometimes sometimes not even once....... kept us in total darkness,..she was just 59 and admitted for gallbladder stone with some infection....our only wish is now we should have listened to our gut feeling and could have shifted to other place....we want there after seeing all good reviews on Google...but looks like few of them might be fake

My wife (Harpreet Kaur) had gall stones and her gall bladder wall was too thin (which we came to know later), so it was complicated to get it surgically removed. We met Dr. Kanwaljeet and on seeing our reports, he suggested surgery to remove gall bladder. The surgery was successful. My wife did not felt an iota of pain. She was kept under observation of 2 days and discharged after the satisfaction of the doctor. Dr. Kanwaljeet, apart from being a gifted gastro surgeon, is also a very humble man. As we were from other city, on our demand we were provided good food. The staff at the hospital is well trained and too caring. After the surgery, a dedicated nurse was with the patient 24*7. The hospital staff take special care of cleanliness. The rooms were regularly cleaned and sanitized so that there is no risk of infection. My father had a life threatening accident in August 2023. Dr Kanwaljeet was called to perform an emergency surgery. I was in US then. He called me and told me the situation. Trauma was bad . My father had serious abdominal injuries. I asked him to do his best and he surely did that. He performed more than 5 hour long surgery and my father’s life was saved. Next day I arrived and by then papa was in ICU and recovering. Ileostomy was done and we had to get the second surgery in 3 months again. I was referred from Pathankot by a senior surgeon to get my complicated surgery done here. I had suffered a heart attack for which stents had been placed in my heart. I was taking blood thinners. I also had a very large tumour in the Liver just adjacent to my gallbladder that was containing large stones. I was suffering from severe pain on account of such large and multiple stones in my gallbladder, but all surgeons considered my case very complicated on account of my stents in heart, blood thinner medication and a large benign tumour in my liver just touching my gallbladder. One of my relatives who is also a surgeon found out who was the best specialist for my case and I was referred here. I underwent a highly complicated and dangerous surgery laparoscopically without any problems here. Very highly competent surgeon Dr. KJ Singh is. I recommend him fully for all routine and complex abdominal surgeries. He is a highly experienced GI and Laparoscopic Surgeon.

I was referred to this hospital about 10 years back when I was just about 21 years old in a very serious condition of severe pancreatic infection. I was virtually on deathbed. I was going through a very serious swelling of my Appendix. It was so serious and spreading that nobody was ready to take my case. Then one of my relative who had undergone very complicated surgery of their daughter here suggested me this hospital. I found them excellent. I was admitted here for about 3 weeks and the best thing is that they cured me without surgery. Very highly competent doctors here. Highly recommend them for gastro problems.

I underwent fistulectomy here at Healing Touch hospital, I had a really complex fistula in Ano as it was open from one side and closed from the other. The hospital, and staff, nurses were really caring and most of all patient and kind. I really liked it here as I was there for almost a week. The surgery went well and even after I got discharged, doctor Kanwaljeet sir, asked me to come to the hospital every two days for the next one and a half month for check-up to ensure that I recover safely and there are no chances of infection. At first, we were thinking of going to Chandigarh, but someone suggested Healing touch hospital. We went for a consultation and decided to go for the surgery here only. So, I would really suggest that if you have any issues or so, I will really recommend it here. It's been 6 months from when the surgery happened, and I have no issues. :)
