Good treatment service

I got the ACL Surgery from Orthonova hospital. Dr. Harpreet have done My Operation. He is like a God. He has done so many operations around 25000 without infection. This is Big achievement for any person but he is very Down to Earth and polite.

Harpreet is More of a comedian rather than a professional surgeon. He gives you a garbage advice for Rs.500. I went to see him regarding my left knee problem. Rather than listening to my problem and see my MRI, the very first thing he told me is to go to gym even when i am not capable of with my knee issue. According to him my knee pain is just an illusion in my brain, there is no pain in my knee. Another best advice he gave me was to do all the exercises in gym because i am young. but i surely recommend you go visit him if you are fed up of your life and need some laugh for few minutes.

Well, visited the doctor Harpreet known for the reputation but felt disappointed with the experience. The doctor seemed distracted, prescribed medication without examining the MRI scans, and the prescribed medication didn't work. the doctor appeared as somewhat braggart. Hoped for a good treatment! Edit: Treatment seekers are not NRIs. None was looking for surgery either. Long nose!? Name calling, distracted and merely 2 minutes dealing with patients is not cool. Regardless, we respect doctors, everyone is entitled for an honest review about the experience.

Well infrastructure wise its really good hospital But regarding treatment okay okay .. I was with my relative some days back at orthonova Doctor stops seeing patients suddenly and you have to wait endlessly for him to press bell We waited for 2 hours for a 2 minute consultation.. I expected more interaction with doctor but it was too short n quick.. No scope to clear any questions with doctor One really gud thing about the hospital is the standing MRI.. This is sumthing which is only available in this hospital and beneficial for claustrophobic people I am giving a benefit of doubt still to doctor coz my brother case was not serious.. it was a simple issue so maybe less time given

WORST HOSPITAL and Staff. we took our mom at 4.20 p.m for emergency check up of her wrist No Dr. Was available. Without consulting Dr. staff said to get her X-ray done. Staff said Dr. Is in OT can’t tell at time he would be available which is right at there part but if there is no other Dr. For Emergency what the hell they charging for check and how could staff say , pele X-ray karva lo saahnu patta sir ne v exray karvaan nu kenna. These kind hospitals are good for nothing. They minting money. Don’t know about other but had bad experience. we went for the first time. I won’t suggest.

Being from canada .. I chose this hospital after seeing the reviews for my dad’s knee replacement . I went to go see Harpit for my foot and my knees. While explaining him my issues he was on his phone rather than giving me his full attention. I found it very disrespectful. We paid him a lot of money. My ankle is dislocated and my foot has multiple fractures. My foot is swollen and I can barely walk with out my foot and full leg brace. My knees are very weak, they can’t support my weight, and at times my knees won’t move while laying down. First while doing my X-rays. They did not do a proper x rays of my knee. They only took a top view. The doctor did a MRI of my foot and then he wanted to do a x ray. Normally x rays are done first. No one can read an MIR that fast. Within five minutes he goes your foot has healed to a sprain. He said told me to go gym, remove your brace, and you will be fine. I told him I was recommended physical therapy and he says no I don’t need it. He said your young just go to the gym. He said to do squats. My foot is still in pain, how can I do squats? It will hurt my foot and make it worse. I asked him for what kind of exercises I should do he said anything. You’re young you will be fine. My knees and foot still hurt. Don’t waste your time and money.

I got a refrence from my sister for this hospital for my knee replacement surgery ..I got good facilities here and most importantly procedure which is too good ,proper medications, hygiene ,good food,physiotherapy and many more things they provide to patients ...really a good experience her..and after care too

Doctor is so arrogant.. we had visited from Ludhiana and taken prior appointment on Sunday.. As timing on Sunday was 12:00pm to 3:00pm.. But Dr Harpreet Came late 1:35pm.. We reached hospital at 2:50pm but doctor denied to meet.. I told their employees that i have prior appointment to visit but their staff was also very rude.. Not recommend this Hospital as it has poor administration and also illiterate kinda staff.. Overall Zero Experience at first.. Not Recommended..

Doctor has a good knowledge of orthopaedic but he never comes on time. A patient should have to sit about 2-3 hours to meet the doctor. Less space for sitting. No parking facility. Good staff but they have to delay there work due to the doc. I would recommend that the hospital should have kept one more orthopaedic doctor so that the patient's would not wait too much.
