This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. I have lost my father here. He died because of pure negligence of doctors. Doctors are not available 24*7 here. Please note my father was fit and healthy. He had no history of b.p and all. I admitted my father due to Hemorrhagic stroke at afternoon in ICU still no operation was done till evening by doctors. Only after that operation the case had become very critical. At meeting time from 5 pm to 6 pm we were not allowed to meet our patient and they lied to us that my father is fine just to make their money. At last I lost my father. I request everyone who reads this review please do not admit your close ones here as they only want money and they have no emotions. Doctors are not available 24*7 because they have to go some other hospitals too so that they can earn more money. I want to give them the lowest rating possible but still have to give him 1 star but they didn't even deserve this.

My brother was admitted to this hospital in emergency ward and i went to pharmacy to take medicine then refused to take payment by card. The pharmacy guy (gagan) asked me to talked to the hospital administrator Romi Monga i called him several times, but not picked a single call. Is this kind of behaviour tolerable. This will make a patient in risk and attendant in trouble.

The worst empanelled hospital for reffered ESI Employees. The treatment with direct patients and reffered patients is totally different. They do good behaviour with only direct patients others are waste for them. Doctor bhatia is a good doctor here. But doctor narinder bhatti is worst from everyone. If you are going to consult with doctor bhatti then staying home is far better. Read this comment before coming in this hospital.

I went to this hospital for my family’s annual health check up as I had Religare Health Insurance for year 2019 as well as 2020. It was was pleased experience to be there especially Ms Kavita who handles the Health Insurance. She is very cooperative, humble and polite and a good human being.

Main Dr is good and very knowledgeable but I have often come across the emergency staff of this hospital and found it to be pathetic.. Sometimes no doctor avaible n they will make u wait for long.. sometimes some machine not there.. very ill managed.. moreover the nurses and doctor are always in non serious n joking mood.. That’s fine but emergency is not the place for mindless gossip and laughters.. patient lying on bed distressed and there the nurse is cracking jokes with the doctor lol.. Very irritating behavior always.. They shud act more professional Do ur gossips and dramas in breaks not in front of patient and there relatives And yes they often make joke about patient appearance etc which is again very shameful

The staff is convenient and comfortable to talk with! their warm gesture is so rare to find these days! the treatment provided here is among the best though little bit costly but at some part it justifies the cost! well maintained hospitality service is good great staff i'll recommend !!

best hospital in jaalandhar but shotage of staff

We got angiogram done from here. There was blockage in all three arteries and vessels. They missed one artery in the report and told that 2 out of 3 are blocked. This negligence in report caused my father an acute heart attack (stemi) because all the cardiologist suggested meds instead of angioplasty based on the report.

Worst hospital ever. Uneducated and untrained nursing staff as well as doctor. They have not any information regarding their patient. Dr. Bhatti is my father's consulting doctor, he never visit to him during the hospital stay, doesn't make a single visit. He is so irresponsible doctor that i hv seen in my career. My father condition so worst during he shift in global hospital, after that he put in general ward, where no body seen. Due to all hospital staff negligence i lost my father.. Ever their other hospital staff want extra money form us for any work . Such a ridiculous hospital and their third class hospital management.

My Experience was very bad, recently my relative was admitted, they ask to submit deposit money after final settlement on tuesday they ask to provide me cheque on friday, today is saturday still no refund of deposits
