Excellent service plus delicious dishes. The place is small and plenty of people queued. Good job.

🍁Autumnal brunch in Belgravia🍁 . Enjoy all the brunch classics and take a picture with their beautiful autumnal display 🥰 I absolutely love places that have seasonal decorations and TomTom did a great job there! . From the menu we tried: 🥑Avocado on toast with spicy kale, feta cheese, poached eggs and sweet chilli jam 🥞Pancakes with seasonal berries and maple syrup 🥐Their daily selection of fresh cakes and viennoiseries 🎃Pumpkin spice latte ☕️Salted caramel latte . We really enjoyed both meals that were also nicely presented. Would definitely come back to try more of their menu items 😊

Great choice of menu and fresh produce with good quality ingredients used. They have good choice of coffee and pastries too. Try their Banana Cake it's awesome. Tom Tom coffee house is close to victoria coach station so it will be ideal place to wait and rest before journey. Great service from staff as well.

There is a bit of a wait but I was able to be seated within 15 minutes. The staff were friendly but service was slow. It took us a while before someone finally noticed us and took our order. I had gotten the avocado toast with scrambled eggs instead of a poached egg and they did it exactly the way I like it. And let’s just say it was the absolute best avocado toast I’ve ever had. Cappuccino was also amazing. This place is not only perfect from the decor, but the food is also amazing. Definitely recommend it!

The commute, the trek, the queue and the rain were all completely worth it. We shall surely make the effort again for such good coffee👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 The customer service is top notch. And as your favourite coffee connoisseurs, we highly recommend it. My only suggestion would be to have all the coffees in tall glasses but that’s just me and my adoration of aesthetics 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ What we had:- Spanish Rose latte, Oat latte, Rose matcha latte, Golden turmeric latte, Smoked Salmon and poached eggs, pancakes with berries and maple syrup. 🥹🥹🥹 Coffee ~ 10/10 Vibe ~ 10/10 CX. ~ 10/10 Food ~ 9/10

Used to be a favourite, now has become a mediocre place with terrible coffee and food. Don't go there if you love coffee, is not good anymore...

Service was very slow, sat down outside and took ages for anyone to come. One dish came 10 minutes before the others. Jasmine and lime iced tea was almost too sweet to even drink. Food was ok but won’t be making another trip back here.

Lovely spot to enjoy a light meal or coffee in peace, while people-watching on pretty Elizabeth Street. Ordered the classic toastie, which was tasty, but what really stood out for me was the hot chocolate—smooth and velvety taste of not-too-sweet, dark chocolate. Recommend coming early, as they seem to get busy as soon as they open.

'Simply tomato' toasty made with their homemade focaccia was delicious. I thought the focaccia itself was very tasty. Perfectly toasted as well 💯

Such a lovely place in a fantastic neighborhood. The place was packed, and for good reason. The pumpkin spice lattes were extremely fresh, and you could tell there was real pumpkin puree used. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was I unbelievable. Only complaint is that there is no wifi available so not a great WFH place. I’m sure that’s intentional. If I lived in London I’d be here every day!

Stumbled across this little cafe when shopping in Chelsea and were very impressed with the coffee and some quick bites we had. The service was very smooth and friendly which created a relaxed atmosphere.

I was writing a review about Elizabeth Street for my blog. We had breakfast at Tomtom Coffee House. I had a supergreen omelette and my partner had the spicy tuna toastie. Both very tasty. The staff were super friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed the hustle and bustle of pretty Elizabeth Street.

Unfortunately last week I had the most UNPLEASANT time at this restaurant. I got dragged by a recommendation to get there to try the famous pancakes which happened to be good but highly overpriced. Not only the food experience was extremely second-rate but the restaurant experience was the worst. After waiting for 30 minutes to get a seat, I finally got in, received my food and got bitten by a bee. There were two huge bees remaining inside the restaurant! I was in absolute pain and after reporting it to a server, I was told that « Ok madam I hear you but there is nothing I can do ». No one suggested to get rid of the remaining bees that were clearly disturbing the 6 other customers inside. No commercial gesture were offered. And no sympathy at all was shown. Pictures speak a thousand words so you can check by yourself how bad this bee bite was. If I did not take the medicine straight away to tackle the bite, it could have been worse. I strongly do not recommend this place due to their overrated brunch and lack of consideration of giving the best restaurant experience to their customers.

Sat down outside and asked if it was table service, menus given by one member of staff, another came 10 minutes later to take the order (2 simple hot drinks), then waited 10 minutes and then a different member of staff came and asked for our orders, we explained we were waiting on drinks could she chase them and also bring the bill as we would need to leave after we had drunk them, 5 minutes later she comes back to take payment - we said not until we have received our drinks? Asked for them to be put in takeaway cups if they had already been made as we were now In a rush or if they hadn't been made just cancel the order... she went inside to check and didn't return. We left 5 minutes later. Beautiful area but slow, rude and zero service - 35 minutes for no drinks - ridiculous. Don't bother.

Wow! One of the best places to get coffee in SW1 area, I must say. Highly recommended. They have a range of tantalizing bakes too, both savory and sweet. They also sell Allpress whole coffee beans :)

I usually dont leave a comment when I'm not happy of a place , but .. sometimes to have a bad comment is here to help people to get better . Because it's a nice place . But we waited 40 minutes to get 2 coffee and 20 more for our breakfast . They came to ask our order 4 times. They're not organized for only a few tables . And we paid the full price.. i wouldnt recommend .

Excellent coffee and good breakfast We stayed in the neighborhood and decided to try the breakfast over there. I had great poached eggs on avocado toast and my son had sunny side up. The espresso macchiato was superb and also the hot chocolate was good. Good value for breakfast if you stay in the hotels nearby.

Food was decent. Extremely busy so we chose to sit outside. The food took about half an hour to come out. Couldn’t finish the pancakes as they became hard due to the cold. Avocado toast was good. The chocolate croissant was very fresh. Chai latte was not very hot kind of luke warm even when it first came out. Price was ok for central standards.

So the food was sooooo good!! And the waiters are so nice and calm even tho they have so many clients, respect😅 1 star less because the queue to get in was so long and it took us over 40 min in line, to have a seat. And I also ordered a peanut butter latte and it tasted really bad. But the pancakes and the avocado bread were so delicious!!! Really recommend the other coffees

The food was super tasty, my husband had the Turkish eggs, which were absolutely amazing. I had the spinach pancakes, which were also absolutely good. Paid 60 euros. Had a Macha Latte, a hot chocolate and 2 cokes. We had to queue for about an hour, which is completely normal for Lodon. In line, the waitress offered a place for two outside. Since we wanted to sit inside, two ladies were allowed to take the place outside relatively far back. After 10 minutes they noticed that it was very cold and asked for a place inside, which they were supposed to get and were just on the way in until I complained that we had been queuing here for an hour the ladies were way back in line. He said then he asked if you wanted a 2nd seat, they said no, then had to justify to myself that he asked for a 2nd seat outside, not inside. Once we got inside, everything was great, would definitely have breakfast here again, but a little earlier to avoid queuing.

Food was good but not anything special. I didn't really like the green smoothie. Staff was really friendly. The space is quite small so it felt a little crowded from time to time.

A very pleasant cafe tucked down a side road not far from Buckingham Palace. The staff were pleasant though the time taken to do a simple toastie lunch was a little too long for my liking. They also forgot a drink order. The cheese and tomato toastie and tuna toastie were very nice and the orange juice delicious. Probably not one to seek and go out of your way for but if you're in the vicinity then worth the while. An amiable atmosphere overall.

Nice location, menu and staff. Expensive smoothie prices, with the 12.5% service charge should you wish to sit. shy of a tenner for flavoured milk. Better getting a take away coffee before to be charged for sitting, alterntive milk and decaf.

Good coffee, good food and cosy place. Worst experience of my life working for them, they tried to fire me without notice and after that the accused me to steal money from the till without evidences, apparently was a till system failure,I didn't receive any apology. It's worth going for coffee but not working with them

Lovely little brunch place with a cozy vibe. The food and drinks were really tasty. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the slow service. We waited about half an hour for our food which was simply too long given the size of the place. I also asked for a blanket and never got an answer whether they had one or not. Overall a good experience with nice food(:

Hot drinks were not hot, the kids hot chocolate was lukewarm, my 7 year old drank it in one go! Food snacks took 45 minutes to come to the table, (mine especially).Understandable if they were busy but weren't? Thanks for the offer of two free coffees as recompense this was greatfull but it all still fell short.Maybe it was just a bad timing thing but not for families on this occasion.

Very delicious oat latte. Went 2 days in a row for the taste. Friendly service both at the counter and breakfast table service. Tiny, basic place with not many seats, but a cosy feel. The high bench seats are quite uncomfy & awkward to sit on. No idea if there's free WiFi. If so it wasn't advertised well, but it's so small I'd feel bad to sit there on a laptop. Take away only after about 7pm, and we got kicked out around 7.30pm.

Coming on Saturday around noon time, there was a waiting queue, I probably waited 45mins to get a seat with friends. As a quick note, it’s a crazy idea that we need to wait in a queue for coffee for local vibes. Anyway, I hv tried their Salmon with Avocado 🥑 and Poached Egg, as well as a Flat White; all are yummy 😋 . I probably will come back again !!! Heheee And the service is also quite good although one of my frds got the food slightly late.

The first day we arrive in London is rainy and cold in the early morning. Our hotel/service apartment does not allow us to drop luggage until 12pm. Finally we found Tomtom Coffee House nearby, and the boss here gave us a warm welcome and allowed us to sit with our luggage before their opening hours. Then we ordered foods when they are open. The day of soup and BBQ chicken sandwich are tasty! We do enjoy the time in Tomtom. Thanks very much for your kindness and delicious foods.

It was a wait to get seated but well worth it. First of all props to the tall waiter with glasses for organizing everyone into their seats and shuffling around chairs to make it work and comfortable for everyone. The area is so nice pretty, we sat outside and ordered the green omelette and avo toast it was excellent . Will come again

I love everything about TomTom coffee house. The location is quite convenient considering the proximity to the underground and coach station. Quite often there is a bit of a queue outside because space is small but the atmosphere is quite cozy, and the decorations that change throughout the seasons are so lovely and add such a special touch to the place. The food is just as good as it looks and the staff is quite lovely. 🥰
