Good food, good cakes and friendly staff. The customers were even friendlier. I think the atmosphere impacts people in a positive way so they treat each other with positive regard, at least while in this environment.

Not good. Checked the website and prices seemed reasonable so booked a table for a group lunch only to find that on arrival they didn’t honour the prices listed on their website. There were also no menus so we had to gather around the till area to read off the wall. The place was devoid of any atmosphere, very cold and although the staff member was polite didn’t have a clue about hospitality and how to address our reasonable concerns. I can’t believe they didn’t even offer salads as a main, really!! On that we left and went to Nando’s. This is was very unfavourable, very amateur with no style and no substance.

Great local hangout for the creatives, allowing a platform for artists to perform and get featured. The restaurant has great vegetarian options including a sumptuous Indian thali and vegan burger. We were there a few Fridays ago and met a great community of talented poets and artists.

This is a cool place, with acts and DJ's performing (although none during our visit). Great food too - although, far, far too much for one person. The trimmings included "golden beetroot" which was a first for me, and rather delicious too.

Cool venue. Main space is open and airy. Smaller side room is arty with comfortable sofas. We had lunch and the vegan food was tasty. We'd like to return, maybe to one of their live jazz evenings.

Without a doubt the best vegan Sunday roast in town! I had the pleasure to visit yesterday and I will be a regular for sure! Both the but roast and the “chicken” and mushroom pie were so tasty! The portion are huge so go hungry! Not to mention the Cheese platter, it was the best fake blue cheese and Brie I ve ever taste! as a vegan, I really couldn’t ask for more! Lovely little space; very warm and cozy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We popped in for the Christmas Market and to get something to eat. We enjoyed a very good French onion soup and a very generous vegetarian wellington roast dinner.

Lovely atmosphere and very kind staff. Lots of cultural events happening, which is quite refreshing for the area. The band that played was a bit amateurish but had great charm nonetheless. The main drawback was how expensive the drinks were. 6 pounds for a pint in zone 3 seems a bit excessive. I had the stir fry and it was a bit bland and lacked seasoning: There are much better vegan restaurants. I would return for the gigs and atmosphere though!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, however the vegan Sunday roast was a little disappointing. We had the mushroom pie and the almond wellington, which were alright, the gravy was also very tasty. But the veg that came with it was quite bland and underseasoned. Moreover, we had to wait over 45 min for the food to arrive.

Been going there as much as I can lately, it's really a hidden gem, lovely food, great service and a warm casual atmosphere. Had a great bangers and mash, the desserts are quality and I love their weekday lunch deals. Incredible cheeseboard!!!

it could have had 5 stars since Diana Vickers the gorgeous Diana Vickers was there when I was there in 1 of her events but there was a not very nice man and lady who should have been not there really cause I said though. they weren't very nice to me they took me away from the gorgeous Diana Vickers and chris Matthews had to listen. but having said that life was a bit better in those days. I want to put my life to an end in just under a year from now. If you ask me there should of been a que like there are for rides or even santa at Christmas to talk to the gorgous Diana Vickers otherwise it's not very fair. so there. everyone should have say a 10 minute chat with her fans this is then the next one comes to talk to her defetly no shorter than 10 minutes

Sunday roast. Blown away!

Generous portions of genuinely tasty vegan roast. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Didn't appear to be any need to book on a Sunday afternoon. Don't be put off by the rubbish kerb appeal: this backside of Wood Green is about as unhip as London can manage. Live music and art-based events in the evenings.

Great staff, very friendly and good food. The Sunday roast we tried made some Omni friends eat Vegan food happily. We will be back to try burgers, ramen and pizza. Great space with lounging areas to have a decent chat.

We went to London from Sweden to celebrate new years eve. We heard about this restaurant and how great it was. Apparently they have a new years event every year. We got there, almost all seats were gone even thought we had bought tickets in advance to get in, which is weird planning if you ask me. Shouldn't everyone who pays to be there be able to sit down and eat? We had to sit in the children's section cause there was no other seats at that time. Our plan was to eat dinner, listen to some live music and then go outside and watch the fireworks. We waited for our food for over two hours, the new year was closing in. When the clock turned 11:50 we still hadn't gotten our food that we ordered at 09:30. We left, having payed £20 to get in and £20 for food we never got, cause the whole point with new years eve is to watch fireworks when the clock strikes 12. We didn't wanna sit there, watching SpongeBob with some kids as the clock turned 12. I'm not disappointed in this whole restaurant, I'm disappointed in their new years event. I bet this restaurant is terrific when there is not an event and has good food as people say. But on this day, this evening, nothing was organized, we had to sit by children and we left without food. I was disappointed and hungry as the clock striked 12.

Rarely leaving comments or reviews. Worked as restaurant and cafe manager and know how hard and stressful is the front and back of the house in the industry. Unfortunately we (3 families with children) were repeatedly told to to stop the children from playing in the empty restaurant for health and safety reason. This was after a children storytelling event. We even went to the shop to get some papers and crayons (they don’t provide any). The kids were very well behaved (we go to cafes and restaurants frequently and never got told off by the managers). Yet after a long discussion we felt not welcome and left without even finishing the food.

Very nice vegan roast. And we were kindly given a bargain on the wine.

I was pleasently surprised by finding such a place in a touristy location like Goa. I have been to such cafes outside India but never came across one here. If you want something super healthy and delicious at the same time, this is the place for you! From juices to bowls to smoothees to every single dish on their menu, it's delightfully delicious and different. I had the mezze bowl and rainbow juice and they didn't disappoint. In fact, was so full that I had to take quick nap afterwards 😋

Wow! What a surprise. It was just a random visit, on a week day. It turned out there was a jazz concert. I couldn’t see anyone eating but the kitchen was open. I ordered food and it was far above my expectations. Tasting platter was appreciated by my Indian friend for its authenticity. Sausages in a bap were delicious as well. And this live band. It was a beautiful experience.

Creative and cool venue; we had our work staff away day here, it is a great space. The food is INSANELY good, you would not believe it's vegan. Delicious. The team here are lovely and friendly. All the way round, lovely, have to check out one of the jazz nights next!

From walking through the door we were disappointed. Service was slow but they were helpful. Had really been looking forward to trying this place but was a serious let down. If anyone had asked, I would have given feedback face to face, but no one did. The staff seemed sweet (hence the second star - based on the food it would have been one) but completely either overwhelmed or somewhat confused. The food was lukewarm (I suspect due to the confusion there seemed to be around the orders and what was meant to be where) and therefore consistency was unpleasant and also impacted on the taste. I don't know if we went on a evening that they had more than usual going on, but chaotic and underwhelming are a kind description. I'm genuinely bewildered by all the positive reviews.

Went on sat night to try some around the world fusion vegan options as per the menu published. However they were serving mostly Indian Gujarati like vada pav, Papdi chaat, platter (dhokla, samosa, patra, kachori, pakoda), masala dosa, etc. it was good atmosphere inside. It was Sat live music night £10 pp. perhaps the menu might have been different due to that. Very friendly staff. Check the menu before you go.

Warm and friendly vegan restaurant with the local, independent feel. Had a tasty vegan pizza Palermo accompanied by free Brazilian Jazz music in the background. I arrived before dinner was being served and my prepared order was made before 1900. They go the extra mile. Obrigado!

Karamel N22 hosted a superb jazz evening courtesy of Collage Arts, with Mark Lockheart sax, Chris Batchelor tpt, Will Glaser dms, Tom Herbert bs. These guys are so on top of their game, playing fab numbers by well known composers, a real joy to hear such enthusiasm and energy! Well worth our support, only £10 ... and good wine, beer, food there too. 😋
